A highlight is the cozy, fully glazed sunroom—perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying peaceful yoga sessions. At the desk overlooking the greenery, you can let your creativity flow.



Enjoy the large private garden with terrace—ideal for a break. The property is located directly on the Kraichgau cycle path, making it a great starting point for bike tours and walks through the picturesque surroundings.



Gemmingen and Schwaigern are about 3 km away and offer various shopping options as well as medical care. Both towns have S-Bahn connections to Heilbronn and Karlsruhe if you wish to visit the city.

You can park directly on the property. The EV charging station (wallbox) at the house can be used upon prior arrangement and for an extra fee. Pets are welcome by arrangement and for an extra cleaning fee.
