Beautiful and clean 1-bedroom vacation condo in South Kihei Maui. Kihei Kai Nani complex is directly across the street from Kamaole Beach 2. Walk to restaurants, shopping and fun beach activities. Sleeps 2-4; Cal King bed and Queen sofa bed plus comfy recliner chair. In-suite washer/dryer, digital safe box, air conditioner. Free parking, 50” cable TV and Wi-Fi internet and Tommy Bahama beach chairs with cooler at the back.

Our deluxe ground floor unit #162 has beautiful garden views and even a glimpse of Haleakala. You will instantly feel at home as you enter the unit.

Hallway: Reception table for your convenience, a glass computer center, in-suite Washer & Dryer; digital safe for your valuables.

Bedroom: California-King bed with memory foam mattress topper, beautiful linens, nightstands with reading lamps, tropical ceiling fan with remote, 32” TV and bamboo dresser, double closets, and tower floor fan.

Bathroom: Renovated tile floors and walk in shower, large vanity with granite counter tops and storage, hair dryers, curling iron, lotions and even a first aid kit. Bath and beach towels are provided.

Kitchen: Well-stocked with refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, counter top appliances, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, glassware, cookware and even spices for your cooking pleasure.

Living and Dining room: New 50” smart cable TV allows connection to your streaming accounts perfect for a “Netflix and chill” night-in; wireless Bluetooth speaker; Air Conditioner, which although located in the living room, extends cool comfort to the bedroom; 4-seater dining table and recliner chair to sit back and relax with a good book or a glass of wine; pull out Queen Sofa bed with memory foam mattress topper. The entertainment unit storage has DVDs, Music CDs, playing cards, dice and board games, binoculars, Road to Hana CDs and guide books of Maui.

Lanai: Tiled lanai, pull-down blinds and storage cabinet with boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs, mats and umbrellas, beach toys for the kids and the young at heart. We also added Tommy Bahama beach chairs with storage and cooler at the back so you can relax all day at the beach in style.

Starter Supplies: Initial supply of tissue paper, paper towel, dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, high-efficiency (HE) laundry detergent, hand soap and can liners will be provided complimentary for your use upon arrival. Additional amounts are your responsibility. Whalers General Store is conveniently located right next to Kihei Kai Nani complex.

Parking: Free parking in any unmarked spot in the complex with a parking pass.

This was our second stay in 162. Great communication with the owners. We love that it is towards the back of the condo complex. It's quiet and within walking distance to everything you need.

Great condo, location and hosts!

We had a very easy check in and check out process. The condo was just as described. The location is perfect, just a few minute walk to the beach, and all beach gear provided. One of the best sunsets I’ve ever watched. The entire town had a power outage, but the hosts quickly called us, and were super kind and helpful. Overall, highly recomend this unit and wonderful hosts!

My husband and I stayed for 9 days in April. The condo was clean, quiet and had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped and the BBQ was just around the corner. The Lanai was beautiful for morning coffee. Check-in was simple and Mike and Z were great to deal with. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect space

This is a great condo complex, and a great condo. Everything we needed was there. AC was a big bonus as it was pretty warm in Maui during our stay. This is a great location near great beaches. A good jumping off point for exploring Maui. We will be back!

This condo is well suited for a couple. It's comfortable and has everything you need to settle in quickly. The lanai is particularly lovely as it is spacious, located in a quiet area of complex and has comfy furniture. We enjoyed the wonderful ocean cross breezes and made good use of ceiling fans but didn't even need to turn on the AC once. And , it's also in a convenient spot in South Kihei - near beaches and shops (all walking distance).

Wedding in paradise for my dad

My ohana and i came to maui from hawaii island or the Big Island as most people call it for my dads wedding. I lived here on maui for some time as a young child with my dad and miss just being able to just walk and or drive a short distance to the beach. I really liked our condo experience here at kihei kai nani and working with Mr. & Mrs Lau. I would highly recommand this place and unit to others.

Just excellent!

Our trip was significantly enhanced by our stay here. Very clean, very significantly equipped with high end snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, mini appliances, spices, air conditioning and much more. Our time spent in Maui was completely worry-free mostly because we had a fantastic place to stay! It is in a great spot, central to all Maui attractions making it easy to get to and from everything. The beach across the street is one of the nicer beaches. When we come back to Maui, this will be our home. Mahalo Mike & Z!

Excellent condominium in Kihei

We spent a week travelling all around Maui. Mike and Z's one bedroom property was perfect. A two minute walk to the beach, plenty of reastaurants within walking distance and just a perfect place to hang out. The property was clean and had all the amenities necessary to cook a good home meal. Accessories for the beach were readily available and a really nice touch for a complete holiday!! I would recommend this property to anybody seeking a comfortable condo, the beach, food and all local activities. We will certainly look to stay here when we return to Maui!! Holme away from Home

Mike and Z's condo is wonderfully equipped to meet all of your home and adventure needs! I travelled with my 21, 15, and 11 year old children. We could walk to the beach every day and walk to wonderful shops and restaurants nearby. From Netflix and WiFi to coolers and beach chairs we were perfectly accommodated to do everything we needed without having to invest in further supplies. They are great to communicate with and to rent from and I will most definitely return. Our stay absolutely felt like home away from home. We already miss it!

Always a plus with convenient access to beach

Stayed for two weeks in October and it was very nice. Weather has cooled a bit by then and the A/C in the living room works well. USed the fans for the bedroom at back of unit. Washer and dryer convenient and beach is just a short walk away. Nice and quiet at the back of the complex. No little kids this time of year and lots of retirees so the complex was extra quiet. Unit is clean and the staples provided cuts cost a bit.

Home away from home

We had such a great time staying at the Kihei Kai Nani condos! They are centrally located walking distance from three main beaches and a short 3 minute drive to the beautiful Wailea beaches. The owners of the condo take excellent care of their unit and it was pristinely clean. We had an excellent night's sleep as the bed is super comfy and has a pillow-top. The washer and dryer are an added bonus along with the lanai filled with useful beach boards, snorkel gear in a travel pack and chair, umbrellas etc. All the added comforts. Everything is clearly labeled and explained in the directions that accompany the unit. Highly recommend and will visit here again soon. Thanks Mike and Zheila for opening your home to us.

Absolutely Wonderful!

My husband and I just got home from our stay in This condo, and we couldn't have been happier with EVERYTHING about this condo! From working with Mike and Z (any questions we had were immediately responded to), to the many, many thoughtful extras in the condo, and last (but certainly not least) was the spotless condition of the condo. We had an absolute blast during our stay, and the icing on the cake was the good fortune in picking this unit. We highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in the area, and would definitely rent this condo again if we ever get the chance to return in the future. We have rented many properties through VRBO in the past, and this is the first time I've been impressed enough with a property to take the time to write a review. Second stay. As good as the first.

Second stay in less than six months at this condo. We really like the location and the unit. It is a good size one bedroom and the complex has a nice large, clean pool with close proximity to the beach. Walk to the beach in just a couple of minutes, no worries about parking. Owners supplies lots of beach accessories and that is super convenient and money saving. Unit has everything you need to cook your meals. Weather was fine, sunsets were great and the management at the complex is always helpful. The owners are super easy to work with and provide a good product with excellent communication. Our deposit was returned promptly and we really appreciated that as it was almost Christmas. I keep looking at the openings in their schedule and want to book again. Still trying to figure out how to convince the hubby that we should go again soon.

Maui is one of our top vacation destinations. We love the beach and water adventures like snorkeling, scuba diving, swimming, paddle boarding, learning how to surf or simply relaxing and sunbathing. We ourselves have been coming to Maui for many years and enjoyed it so much, we bought our own condo in March 2014! Our last trip has been a blast as we watch tons of humpback whales with their calves (during whale season). We can't wait to go back in the islands again!
