Great Value

The apartment was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and the furnishings are of a nice quality. We especially liked the lanai in the back. It is private and well landscaped. The host was very quick to respond to our messages. The location is good. Restaurants are within a few minutes walk and the beach across the road is quite nice and not too busy. Would not hesitate to rent again.

We love the location, the apparment has everything that you need. The beach and restaurants are walking distance. We even got to see turtles at the beach close by.

Great Vacation Spot

The condo had everything we needed, the beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards were especially appreciated! The location is awesome, just a short walk down the driveway and you are at the beach and restaurants and shopping! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Karen for sharing your place with us!

Great condo

The condo was clean with well equipped kitchen and all the necessary beach stuffs are available for free (chairs, towels, umbrella, boogie boards etc.). The facility has a great and free parking lot and the building is close to several beaches and many restaurant, bars and stores. We really enjoyed our stay in Kihei.

Excellent getaway if you looking for a cozy complex.

Upstairs neighbors were a bit on the noisy side. But we were so close to the beach we didn't care. The air conditioning acted up each night. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Great location!

We had a lovely stay at this unit. Karen was very thorough in her communication and provided an in-depth document containing everything we should know about the unit, and the check in/check out process, which was greatly appreciated! The unit was dark (as expected), however, the kitchen was lovely and the bedroom was spacious. The only downside was the pullout bed in the living room was not very comfortable. Thanks again!

Roaches made it impossible to cook.

Our experience was horrible , the place was disgusting. Roaches were crawling on the kitchen counter. Along with the silverware. It was basically impossible to cook and not have a roach around.

Unit 171

The unit is well appointed but advertised 2 tvs...there is only 1 in the living room. There is no laundry in the unit and most of the washers and dryers by the pool are not working so was not convenient to wash/dry clothes. I didn't like the location of the unit as it backs against trees and you get no sun or light in the unit. There is very little hot water...you only get a very short shower before water goes cool. If you have >1 person it would be chilly. The location of the property is great...right on the beach. Easy access to several good restaurants and grocery. Bed is very comfy. Kitchen has everything you need. Kihei Kai Nani is great, my preference is a sunnier unit with 2 tvs and in unit laundry. Will use KKN again, but not this unit.

Found one dead cochroach and we didn’t know why it was dead or how it got there after we were in the condo for so many days! Only issue we had was the umbrella was broken and we are pasty Canadians lol Loved the stay! Thanks for having us. We loved it!

Quick trip to maui

Easy to book. Easy communication with Karen - when I wanted to extend two nights, she did all the work - all I had to do was ask!Easy check in/out, easy to find. The AC is in the living room, my first night while I was acclimating to the heat, I slept on the pull out in the living room because a) the bedroom is too far from the ac and b) it would be dumb to expect or wait for the ac to cool it down. And, for my frugal self, it just made sense to sleep on the sofa... but, its Maui, its hot, I'm just not used to it!Anyhow, all the windows and doors have screens so the rest of my stay was fine.The place is great, its in a great location.

Hawaiian Getaway

The location was perfect with several walkable options for groceries and restaurants. The condo was very well stocked. There were high quality chairs and boogie boards included, which was fantastic.The only two items I’d share: 1. The air conditioner is in the living room, so the bedroom does stay a few degrees warmer than the living room. 2. The windows are a certain style that don’t provide an airtight seal, so you can at times hear neighbors and outside noises.That said, I do recommend this unit! It was clean, comfortable, and really suited our needs!

Short Notice

Karen saved the day, or at least the vacation!!My initial rental (booked 6 months in advance, a different unit—not Karen) cancelled with less than 36 hours until our arrival. Panic!!! Luckily this unit was available. It fit our group and our needs. The unit has everything and is comfortable. The neighbors were a tad noisy, but if that’s all I have to complain about it’s a WIN!Great condo. Can’t beat the location. Good communication with Karen. Definitely recommend!

We need more soap :)

Karen was quick to reply to our questions and with a late flight home we were thankful for the late checkout out time. The property was stocked with al the kitchen gadgets you would need, plenty of towels and beach needs. Just a couple of suggestions... we wanted to ensure that we were on the ground floor because of my mobility issues, however there where stairs from the parking lot to the building. Secondly with an 11 day stay and 2 adults being provided with more than one small hotel size bar of soap for the shower would have been nice. Overall it was a great stay and we would go again!

Amazing little home away from home

Very sweet little stay, wished I would've booked for a longer stay! Highly recommend and will most definitely love to stay here again! Everything from shopping, to great eats, and amazing beach access all within walking distance!!!!! Sunsets across the street were truly epic!!

Convenient in Kihei

We have stayed at this condo on numerous occasions and it never has disappointed. It is close to so many beaches, shops and great places to eat. From Kihei you can take a short trip or a day trip and see everything that Maui has to offer. We love it here and cannot wait to come back.

Good place close to beach

We are very grateful to get to stay here. The proximity to the beach was great and the people were all very nice. The condo has beautiful, upscale furniture and fixtures except for the bathroom, which needs a little remodel. Beach chairs were a huge benefit! Mahalo.
