Daily cleaning , we provide linen and towels, final cleaning is included in the price.

It is on the 2° floor without lift.

The perfect position to visit the city by walking.

This is a cute apartment in a great location. It's a quick walk to things, and there are many services nearby. Louis was a pleasure to deal with, and he helped us with parking, which was so nice. Beds were comfortable. Nice place. Thanks!

Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment

This was one of the better VRBO rentals places . The Apartment feels and looks like a story book cottage inside with everything you need .

We were very happy here for the whole month of November!

We felt at home, they attended to our every need, from laundry and cleaning to parking. Great hospitality. A few minutes walk to restaurants and shops. We cooked, we enjoyed the complimentary espresso, tea and juice. Comfortable beds (meaning soft enough, rare in our experience in Italy). Sky TV worked well to provide news from home. Internet was pretty good too. We plan to stay here again when we can.

Super clean, friendly, helpful staff, great location.

Valentina runs a wonderful operation. Though we had an apartment, towels were changed daily, trash was emptied daily, beds were made. Totally unexpected and lovely. Well equipped kitchen in which we cooked a number of times. Spotlessly clean. The staff is available all day and helped us figure out how to run the washing machine. A completely wonderful 8 days.

Delightful Apartment in the Heart of Orvieto

Our family loved our stay in this picturesque attic apartment. We are a family of four: two adults, and two teenaged sons, and we found the apartment clean, comfortable and quite spacious. It is beautiful: brightly decorated in white, with exposed wooden beams, red-tiled floors, and slanted ceilings with windows that overlook the medieval tiled roofs of Orvieto. It is centrally located, and every part of the town is within an easy 10-15 minute walk. Valentina and Luis were both gracious and helpful. Should we be fortunate enough to return, our family would definitely stay in this lovely apartment again.

Very comfortable

It was a perfect set up for us, a couple with a child and another adult. Very centrally located. We could walk everywhere in town. We even walked to the funicular with our suitcases. Luis was so helpful when we had questions. The kitchen is small so cooking a big meal would be hard. There were so many excellent restaurants around there was no hardship. Hope to be back again.

Valentina was a wonderful host who provided great restaurant recommendations. Having her on site is certainly a bonus. Beautiful apartment; clean and comfortable. The location is ideal! We'll be back.

Five Star - Impressive!

Why does one give a 5 star rating? For us, it was based on 3 main points: 1) Location - This property is right in the heart of the old town, literally a few minutes walk to the Duomo! 2) Cleanliness - The apartment was immaculate and they came in to clean/replace towels everyday. 3) Assistance - Most places give you the keys and you don't see the property owners again. Valentina and her staff have an office downstairs and are more than willing to set up wine tours, give advice on sites to see and resolve any issues you bring to them. Luis was terrific and helped us get the most out of our time in Orvieto! We would come back here in a heartbeat and don't hesitate to recommend it to others thinking of staying in one of Valentina's properties! Davis's - Vancouver, Canada

Orvieto Holiday

This is a perfect place for two couples --beautiful and comfortable with two bedrooms and two baths. The apartment is located in the historic center of the city, and one can walk to all the interesting sites and a range of great restaurants. The owner is on site and very helpful. She found us a convenient longterm parking place, recommended a cooking school and wine tasting, and carried our luggage up the stairs. Orvieto itself is wonderful. We stayed for five nights and hope to go back for another week and stay in the same place.
