Cozy and convenient
The apartment is charming, tidy, and well equipped. Francesco, the owner, stayed in touch and was there to meet us on arrival. The location is great, in a relatively quiet residential building, but right around the corner from Piazza Tasso with groceries, restaurants, public water station (with still and sparkling)- also at the edge of the ZTL if you are crazy enough to pick up a car here. It is within easy walking distance from the train station and the center of Florence and all the famous tourist sites, but far enough to escape the crowds. Francesco was responsive and helpful when we had questions. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.
Clean and convenient!
We had a lovely stay - everything we needed was provided. It was clean and very comfortable.
The apt. has so much character, and was extremely comfortable during our stay in Florence. It was very clean as well. The location was convenient; we could walk to all of the museums and enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. The owner of the apt. is attentive to detail and thought of everything: toothbrushes, shampoo, other toiletries, etc. It is very nice having a cafe, wonderful restaurant, and gelato stall all within feet of the apt. We highly recommend this apt!
We were only there for 2 nights. But the space was just right for my son and I. You can walk to all the sights. Good restaurants right around.
Excellent with only one reservation. Lack of daylight, one had to depend on artificial light at all
Excellent but as said in the review title the lack of daylight was a little disappointing. Not the fault of the landlord, just the configuration of the apartment itself. Otherwise everything one could wish for is provided.
The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. A nice quiet street but centralized to all of Florence!! The owner was beyond gracious and so helpful with everything!!
