well located character old house

House is old and quaint, very French. Well located, very close to the centre of the town and the beach. There is no garden but there is a front yard that gets sun from noon and has outdoor furniture. It is enclosed. Owner very nice, easy to deal with and prompt with replies. There is no kettle or hairdryer. House is well equipped but could with more kitchen utensils. St Pierre is a lovely little town with restaurants, bars and two supermarkets.Great walks and cycle paths in the area. Very quiet area.Shower is not the most practical for a rental house., There are steps up to the entrance and the bathroom is upstairs so may not suit if a person has mobility problems. A very relaxing area and lots of interesting places around the area.We would stay again for sure.

Tolle Lage, älteres aber charmantes Haus, nette Vermieter

5-10 Fussminuten zum Strand und zu 2 kleineren Supermärkten. 2 Minuten zum Bahnhof. 4-5 km bis zu Lidl, Super-U und Quiberon. Wir haben netterweise 2Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen und konnten dann auch dort einkaufen. 25 Fussminuten zur „wilden“ Küstenseite. Schöne, relative uneinsichtige Terasse mit Esstisch, Sesselchen und Liegen. Das Haus und Einrichtung sind schon älter und nicht modern aber wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und hatten viel Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wenn man viel Kochen möchte lohnt es sich noch ein scharfes Messer einzupacken.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sofort in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Auto ist alles wie Supermarkt, Strände, Cote sauvage schnell erreichbar.

Gute Lage, altes Haus

Die Lage des Hauses ist top. Das Haus selbst ist aber alt und hat Renovierungsbedarf. Man darf hier nicht geruchsempfindlich sein, denn das gesamte Haus, einschließlich der Kleider und Küchenschränke riecht alt und muffig. Die Betten sind schmal, aber in Ordnung. Garten gibt es keinen, aber einen Freisitz im Hof, mit großem Tisch, vielen Stühlen und Sonnenschirm. Die Vermieter sind sehr diskret und bleiben im Hintergrund, bei Fragen aber präsent.

Nous sommes arrivé avec 30 minutes d'avance. J'ai contacté le propriétaire qui n'était pas à proximité mais son discours "entrez, installez-vous et j'arrive d'ici 30 mn". A son arrivée quelques phrases très sympathiques échangées. à l'intérieur tout ce qu'il faut et dans un super état de propreté. Un excellent séjour.
