About Alice Leeper
We moved to Ouray the 'Switzerland of America' in 1994 and fell in love with it. Alice sells real estate while Larry fixes all the rentals. They love to hike all the great trails in the area, eat in the fine restaurants, and soak in the hot springs. Come join us!

Location, value, comfort and charm...this little gem has it all.
My husband and I love Ouray and have made this little town a yearly getaway for us. Each time we stay, we make a point of staying in a VRBO. This time we brought another couple along and needed bit more space. This house was not only economical but also just the right amount of roomy. The kitchen is huge and has a great open floor plan. This made for fun, entertaining/conversing when cooking. Two full baths allows for privacy. The showers were clean and roomy and water stayed hot for all of the guests. The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Street parking directly out front. (which was never full,..like ever) The main street is 1/2 a block away. The location is ridiculously perfect. Walking distance to trails, dining and hot springs. The transaction was easy, the communication prior to our departure was great and our time spent there was very private. Couldn't have asked for anything more. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!!
This property is cozy, clean, comfortable. The iron stove added a nice touch to the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed. Wonderful clean showers and bedrooms too. The shops and plenty of great restaurants 1/2 block away. The owner was fantastic getting back to me with answers. If you have a pet, the fenced yard is in great shape. Highly recommended!
Very comfortable and relaxing
Alpine house was great and allowed our grand kids to play outside and very convenient to town.
One block off off Main Street. Perfect location to walk to everything. (Maggie's burgers, and Ouray brewery are great!)
There were two families with two boys that stayed for 10 nights. House was perfect size and very clean. Also very well stocked with household necessities.
Open the windows at night and sleep to the cool mountain breeze, with the rustle of the Aspen leaves.
Perfect location for exploring Ouray
The property was clean, functional and had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed we slept in was comfortable.
Wedding in Ouray
I couldn't have asked for a nicer or convenient place to stay. My daughter had her wedding reception one block away. So close to town but yet quiet. Enjoyed sitting out front and enjoying the view between adventures. So much to do in Ouray. A beautiful town. We had a blast renting 4x4 razor's and exploring Yankee boy basin. Thanks so much
