Welcome to our cozy mountain retreat in the heart of Ouray, Colorado! This charming Main-Level condo is a historic home from 1898. It is the perfect getaway for families and friends, offering a cozy stay that sleeps up to 9 guests. With its prime location just across from Ouray Hot Springs and the town's park, you'll have the ultimate relaxation experience right at your doorstep. Wake up to mountain views, grazing deer, and golden alpine sunsets, all just steps from trails, parks, and downtown Ouray.

The space-
This comfortable first-floor condo features an open-concept living area designed for gathering after a day of hiking, soaking, or sightseeing. The space includes:

Fully equipped kitchen
Dining area for shared meals
Inviting living room with town and mountain views
Casual outdoor space with table, seating, and gas grill

Whether you're unwinding after an adventure or spending quality time together, this home offers warmth, convenience, and character.

Other things to note-
Please note that this house, built in the 1800s, is a historic/ older home; therefore, this condo has a lot of character and quirks, and we do not have all the modern amenities. Additionally, we cannot overload the electricity capacity. Many of our guests appreciate the location, coziness, and sleeping capacity.

~EV vehicles must charge at the town's EV charging station located by the Hot Springs parking lot, not at the property.

We are a Vacation Rental Management Company, not a private host. Therefore, we reserve the right to hold a security deposit before your arrival outside the Airbnb platform. Please refer to the Airbnb security deposit guideline under the HELP section. The security deposit will be released upon inspection 3-4 business days after your departure.

Incredible location! This place had everything we needed and was great for our family with 4 kids under the age of 7. You can’t beat the location, walking distance to everything and the hot springs and playground are right next door.

Great location, clean, was a little smaller than anticipated but two of the bedrooms were good sized. The bedroom in the back was veery small but good for small people.

Beautiful Stay in Ouray!!! This house was perfect—clean, cozy, and set against the most stunning mountain backdrop. It’s walkable to town but still feels peaceful and private. We loved having coffee on the porch each morning and coming back to relax after long hikes. The hosts were great, and everything was seamless. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved getting to walk out the door on Main Street to shopping coffee and dinner! Love the spring pool next door. And small side yard perfect for our dog. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location Downtown Ouray

The condo was located in a very nice area as soon as you get into town. Ample parking and very quiet. Easy walking distance to everything from groceries, to restaurants to hot springs. Beds were comfortable, but could use new pillows. We'd stay there again.

Ouray Historic Hot Spring Weekend

We came, we Nordic skied, we soaked, we watched March madness, we drank Samuel Smith Teddy Porter bombers and made this rental our sweet retreat. No duplicating a time tested structure like this one, respect for it’s endurance and gratitude for its comfort and convenience!

Summer Ouray trip

Wonderful location in a beautiful town. Perfect for families with the park quite literally across the street and the Hot Springs pools just beyond. Everything is in walking diatance; parks, pool, restaurants, the Ouray brewery, grocery store and all the other various shops in town. The house gave us plenty of room for all six of us to stretch our legs. Overall, a great place to stay in town, especially for families.

The property is wonderfully located next to a park and the hot springs. We got to run our dogs at the end of a day of trail exploring. Walking distance to everything! Very clean and well kept. Will come back and stay again.

Gorgeous house right next to the Hot Springs

We were pleasantly surprised when we walking into this property at how clean and comfortable it was. The beds were comfortable, the furniture wasn't old and run down and the house was nicely decorated. Nice size kitchen and 2 baths made it a comfortable stay for us. It was pouring rain when we arrived so it was a bit stuffy but there were fans available to help move the air. Great property and would stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious and convenient setting! Super clean and comfortable. As it is a downstairs area, you may hear people walking on the gorgeous wood floors above occasionally but it was t bothersome at all for us, and there’s no room above the master bedroom! Definitely recommend!

Great Location for Ice Climbing Weekend

We travel to Ouray every winter to ice climb and we usually have our dog with us. This location is great because it's right next to the park and right off the main road which keeps you from having to deal with a bunch of mud on most of the side streets. It's also a perfect walking location to all the shops and restaurants. We had plenty of space for our little family and were very comfortable. The only thing with the house is if you stay in the front room with the bunk beds, I would recommend keeping at least one of the doors open so the room doesn't get too hot. We setup our daughter's pack-and-play in there and noticed how hot the room got when we checked on her during the night, but once we opened up the doors, it cooled right down.

Great!

We loved the location, the cleanliness, the comfort of the bedrooms and living room with a big couch and comfy chairs for just hanging out! The kitchen had coffee which was great because we forgot. The silverware was in the island which took some looking but made sense once we figured it out. We loved having our own off street parking right on the edge of town, easy to walk to the pool, visitors center, restaurants and shopping, fishpond with turtles. The mountain above us was stunning and just sitting on the front porch and looking up was intense. The ac unit kept the summer temp cool and comfy. We were just blown away and this was the perfect place for our family to spend our time together in Ouray!
