The condo was really nice and clean and decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfortable, and I loved the small sectional in the living room. Our host, Sarah was very prompt when replying with any questions that I had. She was very informative about her condo and the resort. The resort was amazing and all oceanfront. Definitely a great condo to stay in at this resort.

We had a great stay at Sarah’s place. She was very responsive and helpful. The condo is updated and has everything you need, including chairs, umbrellas, books, and games! We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible view of the sunrise each morning. The beds were super comfortable. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I wish the lazy river didn't have weird water spraying on you as you float by. I really wanted to float and read a book until I turned into a lobster. That's not a reflection of this condo, though. Just a general comment about the resort. Beach access is fantastic, just walk from the pool to the beach... Can't beat that. Sarah was a wonderful hostess and we can't thank her enough for our cute little condo.

The view was to die for! The condo was clean, everything was where the owner said it would be! The pools and other amenities were great! Parking was easy in and out, we had no problem finding a spot after going out! Would highly recommend it and being on the 10th floor meant we did not hear the hustle and bustle below if the pools.

We were so impressed with everything about this condo! The beds were super soft and comfortable. The decor was beautiful. The condo was supplied with plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. She even provided cleaning supplies. Everything was top notch. I would definitely recommend staying in this property.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo in North Myrtle Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable stay.Sarah, the owner, was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. One of the highlights was her fantastic food recommendations—she suggested some wonderful local spots that made our trip even more memorable. First time staying, we loved it so much we booked an extra night and will be returning! The unit was clean and cozy, ready with everything we needed, and had a beautiful view. The staff was so nice, but our stay was so easy we didn’t really need help with anything! Pool area was INCREDIBLY taken care of and there’s so much room to relax. Only super minor complaint is the breakfast served in the cafe, it took forever and it wasn’t anything special but we had food in our room :) loved the bar though!! Direct beach access and the beach was so clean as well. Our host was very helpful and communicative and had all the info to share about our stay. 10/10!!

My husband and I live in Florida with our three kids. We own 5 condos at this same resort in North Myrtle Beach and a cottage at North Beach Resort. My husband is an attorney and he grew up at the beach in Delaware and loves the feel of sand between his toes. I grew up in a small town in New Hampshire and rarely got to the beach except for our annual February family vacation to Myrtle Beach. I have such a soft spot for Myrtle Beach and really enjoy sharing my condos with my guests who want a clean, modern vacation spot! We also own #612485, #559776, #452170, #1986577 and #682268.

Please be courteous and do not call me between 9pm-6am. I respond much faster to text messages and emails.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

There are three main things that make the resort special. First, the pool area is so tropical with a palm tree grove, a tiki bar and grill, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs, a lazy river and lots of places to read, relax, enjoy a drink, unwind, etc... Second, the layout of each condo feels great. It's not a long narrow condo with one room after the next. The open layout allows lots of natural light and allows guests to see the ocean from the bedroom, and the living room and kitchen. The only place you can't view the ocean is from the bathroom. The floor plan feels very comfortable. Lastly, the beach is very wide, even during high tide, and the waves are gentle enough for small children. The water gets very warm, especially in the summer and fall (it often feels like bath water), and the tide pools are a favorite for children. When I'm on the balcony looking out, I might see a few kites, people throwing a football, playing badminton, swimming, splashing, building sandcastles, reading, jogging, shelling, biking, riding a banana boat, enjoying the pools and hot tubs, getting a drink from the tiki bar, eating a cheeseburger from the grill and much more. This is a vibrant and fun place to be. There's even live music during the summer!

Some of my happiest childhood memories are in Myrtle Beach playing on the elevators with my sister, running around on the beach (the waves are SO gentle here), playing mini golf at Jungle Lagoon and eating at K & W Cafeteria (which isn't quite as good as I remember actually). I have new memories of Myrtle Beach as an adult and have watched my children shriek with enthusiasm on the beach and have watched my husband grow to love the North Myrtle Beach area (he formerly believed only Delaware beaches were awesome). My favorite place in the world is the balcony at the condo. It's the best place to drink a cup of coffee while watching the most stunning sunrises that I've ever seen. The condo also has new mattresses and new furniture so you know it's clean and fresh.
