Spacious, Updated, Short Walk To The Town Of Vail Bus, Park, Playground, Trails!

This home features three bedrooms with queen sized beds, and one with two twins. There is also a double bed in the bonus room as well as a raised queen sized aerobed for your use. Towels and linens are provided, as well as a washer and dryer.

Enjoy the private hot tub and patio or visit the common pool and hot tub. Located right next to Big Horn Park, which features open space, Gore Creek, a pond, and a large playground.

This home is very kid friendly, with a pack 'n play, toddler cot, and toddler bed, as well as two high chairs. There are also two child sized sleeping bags and two adult sized as well. The bonus room is filled with toys and a child sized table and chairs.

Don't have kids? No problem, everything is stored away, so you would never know!

We loved our stay. Short walk to free bus. Kitchen well supplied. Nice hottub right outside the back door. Nice grill and fireplace. Kid friendly. Would stay hear again if we come back to Vail with a large group again.

Comfortable, convenient and a great home

Recently stayed during the summer in Vail and this townhouse was great for our family of 8 adults and 3 young kids. The location was right next to the bus route as well as an easy drive to everywhere, including hiking and stores, but so very quiet. Our 3 young kids loved the park just a short walk across the creek. The unit itself had everything you could need and was very clean and everything worked wonderfully. The hot tub was great after an unexpectedly challenging time.

We would absolutely stay here again! Host were always responsive with answers to questions.

Wonderful condo

This unit was just perfect and had everything we needed. The owners really understand what a family needs when traveling! The beds, linens and supplies were so nice as well as many extra touches. Having a washer -dryer upstairs made laundry so easy! It was a warm, cozy place for families to spend time together. I would highly recommend it.

East Vail Condo

The walk to the shuttle stop was farther than expected. It appears the hot tub water needs changed was cloudy.

The condo was very nice and fully equipped with everything you need.

Excellent Holiday Rental

This was our second time to rent this unit and it is wonderful. This time, we came with two families (total of three children ages 10-13) for Christmas week and last time we came for Spring Break. There is plenty of room for everyone. The amenities are great and Stephanie is super-helpful and responsive (she made sure that the post office knew we had packages coming for Christmas so that everything got there on time). If you don't want to take the shuttle, it is an easy drive to either the Village or Lionshead parking garage, so it is convenient for skiing. The hot tub is awesome and the gas grill on the deck works great. As an added bonus, you can load in luggage and groceries through the garage and and you only have to carry clothes up the stairs to the bedroom. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to outside of the Village or Lionshead.
