Bella Terra in Paradise Valley is a resort style community with beautifully maintained grounds, tranquil pool area with spa, gas grills and well equipped fitness room.
This second level two bedroom two bathroom corner end unit is bright and spacious with high windows and vaulted ceilings. There is a private balcony and private stairway to the unit
Conveniently located 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and 10 minutes from either the 101 or the 51. Fantastic location close to many restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, golf courses and trails for walking, biking, or hiking.
For the sports enthusiasts there is the Diamondbacks (baseball), the Suns (basketball), Coyotes (hockey) and the Cardinals (football) all within 25 to 35 minutes away. There are also 10 Cactus League Stadiums within a 50 mile radius of Phoenix. For golf lovers, the PGA Waste Management Open held in March is only 10 minutes away.

Why doug and lynn chancey chose Paradise Valley
We had always planned on travelling to Arizona when we retired. We are golf lovers and had heard so much about the golf and weather in Arizona that we just had to go. We found a unit to rent at Bella Terra in April 2013, loved it so much we immediately booked again for 2014. While there we found this unit for sale and we are now proud owners of our own condo! We not only enjoyed the variety of golf course choices. In the two trips we drove to Las Vegas, visited the Hoover Dam, saw the sunrise at the Grand Canyon, and spent a day in Sedona. We have also gone to baseball and hockey games but also know there is so much more we want to see and do!
What makes this Condo unique
We fell in love with Bella Terra right away! The beautiful gardens and paths that lead to a resort style pool with fountain, spa, gazebo and plenty of chairs to relax in the sun. The units are spacious whether its 1,2 or 3 bedroom. There is plenty of covered and guest parking.

Great Location and Property
This was my 2nd year at Bella Terra at Doug and Lynn's property. It is conveniently located in Paradise Valley with easy access to Highway 51 and the 101 loop. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants and movie theaters nearby. Also centrally located if you want to go to multiple baseball spring training parks.
Doug is a great host and very responsive. I understand that some remodeling will happen soon to further improve this 2 bdrm 2 bath condo. The pool is close by with barbecue facilities and the unit is fully equipped with everything you could need to cook in the unit if you choose to do so.
I would stay here again, but next year the dates I need are not available so I'll need to find somewhere else.
The only drawback is that it backs onto a busy street (Shea Blvd) and can be a little noisy with the deck doors or windows open. When closed, the street noise is really not noticeable.
I don't think anyone would be disappointed with the uni, the facilities or the location!
Glad you enjoyed your stay , since you have left we have had new windows and shutters installed. We will also redoing the master bedroom washroom. Hope we can accommodate you in the future.
Second Time Around
I have just completed staying in this condominium for the second time. Once again, I enjoyed it as my home away from home. It has ample room for entertaining family and guests and is well appointed with nice furnishings, enough equipment and aminities. The owners, Doug and Lynn, are very conscientious about insuring that the place is clean, comfortable, fashionable and functional. They take questions and concerns seriously and always provide quick responses and/or assistance. The grounds and accompanying facilities at Bella Terra are attractive and well maintained. The location provides quick access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, sightseeing, and major highways. It is for these reasons that I am looking forward to returning to this condo again next year.

Clean, comfortable, close to amenities, well stocked and furnished nicely!
We were down in Scottsdale for the week before Christmas. Doug and Lynn's property was excellent for us. Two bedrooms, each with their own bath, and both with King Size beds! The unit was very well appointed with two nice tv's, a great sounding Bose wave system, and a well stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, dishes and cutlery. Doug and Lynn were excellent to deal with and responded quickly. Pool complex is well maintained with a hot tub and exercise room. Two large gas BBQ's are available and we used them twice.
The complex is close to restaurants, groceries and to shopping. The Fry's store is great with its own somalier and wine counter! Don't miss Oregano's for pizza and pasta.
Only two minor issues to be aware of. The unit faces Shea Blvd and can be noisy, but earplugs at night worked great to solve that. Last, the cable package does not have a lot of sports with it, so if you are looking for the games, there are several sports bars in close proximity.
We will certainly stay again next time we are down.

Bella Terra was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. We came here for my husbands first Ironman and we were very central to amenities and the Ironman venues. The condo was immaculate and it had everything we needed, plus more! Very comfortable and instructions were easy to follow. The pool, hot tub and gym were great way to wine down or perk you up! We are planning our next trip already!

Great Winter Get Away
I recently spent a month in this very comfortable condominium. It was spacious, easily accommodating four adults, and stylishly furnished and decorated. In addition, it was adequately equipped with appliances, supplies, and amenities for guests who are long distances from home. This condominium was clean and well maintained as were the building exteriors, grounds, pool and hot tub, and fitness facilities. It is conveniently located to shopping, groceries, restaurants and entertainment as well as to major highways for traveling to other parts of the metroplex and/or other state attractions.
Most of all, the owners Doug and Lynn, paid special attention to making this guest feel at home with their infinite amount of patience and prompt responses to my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this site to any one considering renting a condominium for a vacation. Sincerely, Elaine B.

nice Belle Terra condo
This is a very nice condo well stocked with everything you need for extended stay. The pool is a bonus, very nice with hot tub. The grandkids had a great time there. It is on the second story directly on Shea Blvd close to pretty much anything you might need, shopping, dining out etc..... Doug and Lynn were very nice people to deal with. Thanks Rick and Karla .
We are 1.5 hours from Sedona , 3 1/2 hours from the Grand Canyon, 4+ hours to Vegas close to Casinos and Barrett Jackson auto auction
