Bella Terra in Paradise Valley is a resort style community with beautifully maintained grounds, tranquil pool area with spa, gas grills and well equipped fitness room.

This second level two bedroom two bathroom corner end unit is bright and spacious with high windows and vaulted ceilings. There is a private balcony and private stairway to the unit

Conveniently located 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and 10 minutes from either the 101 or the 51. Fantastic location close to many restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, golf courses and trails for walking, biking, or hiking.

For the sports enthusiasts there is the Diamondbacks (baseball), the Suns (basketball), Coyotes (hockey) and the Cardinals (football) all within 25 to 35 minutes away. There are also 10 Cactus League Stadiums within a 50 mile radius of Phoenix. For golf lovers, the PGA Waste Management Open held in March is only 10 minutes away.

Why doug and lynn chancey chose Scottsdale

We had always planned on travelling to Arizona when we retired. We are golf lovers and had heard so much about the golf and weather in Arizona that we just had to go. We found a unit to rent at Bella Terra in April 2013, loved it so much we immediately booked again for 2014. While there we found this unit for sale and we are now proud owners of our own condo! We not only enjoyed the variety of golf course choices. In the two trips we drove to Las Vegas, visited the Hoover Dam, saw the sunrise at the Grand Canyon, and spent a day in Sedona. We have also gone to baseball and hockey games but also know there is so much more we want to see and do!

What makes this condo unique

We fell in love with Bella Terra right away! The beautiful gardens and paths that lead to a resort style pool with fountain, spa, gazebo and plenty of chairs to relax in the sun. The units are spacious whether its 1,2 or 3 bedroom. There is plenty of covered and guest parking.

Great Winter Get Away

I recently spent a month in this very comfortable condominium. It was spacious, easily accommodating four adults, and stylishly furnished and decorated. In addition, it was adequately equipped with appliances, supplies, and amenities for guests who are long distances from home. This condominium was clean and well maintained as were the building exteriors, grounds, pool and hot tub, and fitness facilities. It is conveniently located to shopping, groceries, restaurants and entertainment as well as to major highways for traveling to other parts of the metroplex and/or other state attractions.

Most of all, the owners Doug and Lynn, paid special attention to making this guest feel at home with their infinite amount of patience and prompt responses to my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this site to any one considering renting a condominium for a vacation. Sincerely, Elaine B.

nice Belle Terra condo

This is a very nice condo well stocked with everything you need for extended stay. The pool is a bonus, very nice with hot tub. The grandkids had a great time there. It is on the second story directly on Shea Blvd close to pretty much anything you might need, shopping, dining out etc..... Doug and Lynn were very nice people to deal with. Thanks Rick and Karla .

This was an outstanding vacation property!!!

We have just completed a second year (March, 2016) at this lovely condo. We love the environment of this unit because it is

clean, inviting, comfortable like home, light and airy, and cozy. It is a great floor plan, one that is easy to get around and everything at your fingertips. The owners, Doug and Lynn, are extremely easy to work with and their top priority is to ensure

their renters have everything they need and are comfortable.

The unit is tastefully decorated with quality furniture and is well stocked with linens, beach towels (pool), and all of the amenities of home. We've stayed in other condos and none compare with the amount of kitchen utensils and equipment- well stocked!

The complex itself is attractive and well maintained with a lovely pool and very friendly people. The gym, adjacent to the clubhouse is well equipped with cardio and strength building equipment which lends itself to all participants.

This great location is close to all kinds of shopping, numerous restaurants, and grocery stores.

If you are looking for a fabulous vacation location with all the amenities of home, look no further! THIS IS IT!!!

Great place to spend the winter

Doug and Lynn your rental unit was very well maintained and the beds were very comfortable and we slept just as good or better than we do at home. The unit had everything that you could possible need to enjoy a get away in the land of the sun and warm weather.

We only called you once , but you were only a phone call away if we had any questions or problems and we only had a question which accounted for the one phone call.

Your unit is centrally located and convenient for shopping, restaurants and minutes away from "Old Town Scottsdale" which is a must if one stays in the Phoenix area.

We also made the trip to Sedona twice and enjoyed the hour and a half ride through the scenic "Red Mountains" and desert. We also did the train ride from Camp Verde which was outstanding.

One suggestion and comment...

There are better windows available which would be 100 % better than the original windows that face Shea Blvd. and would eliminate most of the traffic noise. The front door needs new insulation on the top and hinge side, because it was painted and has lost the sealing effect that would also eliminate the traffic noise from Shea Blvd. The upgrade of the windows would be a one time expense and would make the unit a perfect place to rent any season of the year because the unit would not be loosing heat or air conditioning depending on the season in addition to the noise reduction.

We grew up in the city of Chicago and are used to the traffic noise but for a renter that is not used to the traffic noise...it could be annoying.

Doug and Lynn we enjoyed your unit and left it as close as possible to how we found it and we may be calling you again in the future.

Our home away from home

We stayed here for almost 6 months to be near family. The condo was very clean, well stocked and conveniently located. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and I got a lot of use out of the gym. The owners were very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Great Stay in Paradise Valley

We truly enjoyed our month's stay in this beautiful condo. The owners are great people to deal with and they go out of their way to make sure that your stay is the best possible experience. The place is very clean, beautifully furnished and stocked with everything you might need for your stay. The location is great and there are many golf courses, grocery stores and walking paths nearby. I would definitely rent here again in a heartbeat!
