Great Vacation Getaway

Our stay was fantastic! The condo is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The pool and outdoor space was fantastic for relaxing after a long day of hiking. It is close to many shops and restaurants and not far from beautiful scenery and hiking trails. Our only complaint was that the hot water heater was not working for a few days, but Angie was prompt in finding a solution and our stay was wonderful overall!

Very, very nice!

This was our first time in the Scottsdale area attending a really great event, the Barrett-Jackson auction. The location to this event was close, plus we went to visit other places, and this location worked so nice!The house was very nice, and Angie was so great to work with!Five stars!!!

Great place for family or two couples

Very well presented. Everything you need. A bit of a walk to the pool area. Unfortunately the hot tub broke down during our stay, so we missed out on that.

Great location for a week in Scottsdale

The condo was beautifully and tastefully decorated with all the essentials and more. It was so easy to make meals, had enough chairs for 4 people to be comfortable dining together, enjoying the patio or watching a football game. The mattresses and linens were comfortable, showers with plenty of water and necessities. Everything worked and was clean. I might mention that this would not be for someone who needs ADA height toilets or step in showers as these are standard. Angie was very responsive , gave excellent instructions and we had absolutely no issues. We really enjoyed the space. Everything was a short drive in Scottsdale and we loved walking for miles on the paved trail that the patio overlooks. We would definitely stay here again!

Bella Terra 2-bdrm

Enjoyed our stay. Was a little difficult to see the bldg number at night, but the owner sent a map which was very helpful. Decent pool and fitness room. Parking was a little tight for our 2nd car the first night, but didn't have any issues the following nights. Unit was clean and decorated nicely. Had a problem trying to use cable--couldn't figure it out--but we have Hulu and used that.

The property was easy to get to, clean and welcoming. The layout of the condo is perfect for two couples! The host was very clear with everything we needed to know well in advance, very organized. Pool was wonderful, resort like. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Fantastic condo with great view

My wife and I spent 6 incredible days in the Phoenix area. The condo had everything we needed, and pictures of the grounds and accommodations were accurate and sensational. Having a parking spot under a covering and very close to the condo was also a plus. Angie (the host) did a great job in communication and contact. I highly recommend this unit.

Fun in the sun!!!

We came from Washington for a wedding and decided to stay a week lol The condo was awesome. The batteries in the remotes were all dead except one. We found batteries Sunday, lol we left monday, lol we ran completely outta toilet paper

Fantastic Stay

Enjoyed the clean, fully equipped, quiet condo. Spent time on the patio with its lovely view. Beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with Angie was easy. Would stay here again. This location is close to many amenities and restaurants.

Perfect place for our trip

Great location for our spring trip to AZ to enjoy baseball and hiking. Very quiet building, nice pool, beautiful view of the mountains from the patio. Condo was clean & comfortable. Only watch out/disappointment is be prepared to buy or bring your own toilet paper, Kleenex, and soap. Very little provided.

Bella Terra

Bella Terra is a large residential development consisting mostly of owners but everyone we met was friendly and accepting of short term renters. The unit was located in a prime area near the back with only pedestrian traffic behind the patio. Interior was a little cozy but well equipped and as pictured. As with two story units, you have to accept some noise from the upper condo and in our case a barking dog next door but it didn't take away from the enjoyment of our stay. Overall I'd consider this rental best for a couple or small family.
