If you're attending an event at Gunstock Mountain Resort or you're just planning to go on their Zipline then this is a perfect location for you. I loved the cottage! It was very cute and I loved the bear and moose decor. Location was great for our needs. We were up for a concert and the location was great for that. We also went to the Weirs a couple of times since it was so easy to get to. Would definitely stay there again!

I love a clean property and this little place was exactly that. My husband and I stayed here with our baby for a few days while visiting family on the lake. It was the perfect home base for us. As some others have noted, an AC unit of some kind in the bedroom upstairs would be nice. We opted to sleep downstairs because it was quite hot for the few days we stayed. My only other comment (which I acknowledge is a bit bit-picky) is that the towels, while freshly washed and clean, were a bit old/dingy looking and could use replacing. But otherwise this was a great stay and I would 100% stay again!

A cozy spot near the lake

The location and size of the house was perfect for my wife and I. The house has all of the basics and is within easy biking distance to Ellacoya State Park and walking distance to Ellacoya Barn and Grill (great food!) The house has a bedroom upstairs while the bathroom is downstairs. There is also a sleeper sofa downstairs. We chose to sleep on the sleeper sofa because of the proximity tot he bathroom and it was much cooler downstairs with the air conditioning.

Cute and clean house next to everything

My family and I rented the house for a weekend. The house very cute, clean and had everything you could need for your vacation. We went to Gunstock Mountain, which was 5-10 minutes away and had the best time riding the mountain coaster. Kay was very helpful and responded to text right away. My family and I would definitely stay here again.
