Great stay!

  • 5 of 5

The house was beautiful. It was a little difficult to find but there is a marker with the house number on it. We had a great stay. It was extremely hot upstairs but we were aware of no AC upstairs before arrival. I would recommend bringing a box fan to put in the window. The washer and dryer was a great addition especially since were were caught in a huge rain storm! Very cozy home. The bed was pretty hard but we lived through it. In the check out instructions, it says to sweep floors but I couldn't find a broom. Kay was a pleasure to talk to and was very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Owner's Response: Thank you Jennifer. I'm happy you enjoyed your vacation. It was a very hot weekend. I hope the standing fan brought you some relief. No worries about not finding the broom. I keep it in the bathroom closet next to the vacuum. Kay

Cozy escape!

  • 5 of 5

We love Kay's cottage - it gives us a place to stay close by family but a separate retreat to escape to. Great kitchen for cooking (gas stove), stainless appliances, woodsy feel, love the decor, clean and very cool even in the heat. This is our second summer staying there and we will go back again!

Great place to get away!

  • 5 of 5

This home was clean, well kept, and comfortable. Close to many attractions and activities, yet just far enough to be quiet and relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this home.

The house and property were spectacular! It was a perfect getaway!

  • 5 of 5

The house was extremely clean with clean towels, sheets, dishes, and cleaning supplies. Kay had a binder that explained everything about the house and even had info on the area and places to go. The house is very organized so that made everything easy to find and use. We had an easy time driving to the concert we went to at the meadow brook amphitheater and getting our paddle boards on lake winnipesaukee. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!

Perfect!!

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful home had everything we needed for a quiet 3 night stay. Short drive to BofA Pavillion, sightseeing, shopping and great restaurants. The home is exactly as pictured - neat, new, comfy and cute as a button! You absolutely can't go wrong!
