Clear and airy house on the edge of the dunes, recommended to ocean lovers (small footpath right in front of the house to go up to the beach).
Only 10 minutes walk away, you can also reach 'the Bassin', the other side of the peninsula, which offers much calmer waters. It is ideal to learn sailing, windsurfing or to go fishing.
The house sits in a garden spilt on two levels, where it is possible to park the car. At the back, there is a nice decking area in exotic wood, surrounded by flowers and plants: the perfect spot to enjoy your meals or sunbathing. One wing of the living-room is equipped with a double sofa bed, so it can be used as either a drawing-room or a spare bedroom when the door in closed.

Family-friendly stay near the Atlantic beach

Dominique is a warm and helpful host — she even gave us and our baggage a ride to the ferry! The place is well-equipped and everything is thoughtfully provided for (dishwasher tabs, coffee capsules, a welcome pack of beverages and snacks, etc.), and we loved the lush terrace. The location is ideal for the ocean coast and only a short walk from the bay side.

A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time. Dominique is a great host. She made us feel very welcome and even picked us up at the ferry station. She also had lots of recommendations. The house was perfect for us. It is also very well located - we did not need a car as everything is very close. Our three children also had a great time. Many thanks, Dominique!

Es ist ein sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines HĂ€uschen. FĂŒr alle Zwecke ist es sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Holzterrassen sind an zwei Seiten des Hauses angebaut und sind eine wertvolle ErgĂ€nzung. Wir haben oft den Außengrill und die AußenkĂŒche genutzt. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der nĂ€chste Strandzugang ist gleich um die Ecke. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in zehn Minuten Fußweg erreichbar, die Promenade und der Markt in etwa zwanzig Minuten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und fĂŒrsorglich und hat zum Beispiel fĂŒr den Transfer von und zur FĂ€hre gesorgt. Wir können diese schöne Unterkunft uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.

Charmante maison au Cap-Ferret

Maison idéalement située entre bassin et océan à quelques pas du phare du Ferret. Les propriétaires sont trÚs gentils et accueillants, ils vous reçoivent avec des petites attentions forts appréciables. La maison est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. On a particuliÚrement aimé les aménagements extérieurs: terrasse filante pour circuler autour de la maison, plancha, barcecue, bains de soleil, hamac, salon de jardin avec store télécommandé pour des repas à l'extérieur avec ou à l'abri du soleil. Les espaces intérieurs sont également accueillants et on se sent bien dans la maison. La maison permet de garer son véhicule à l'intérieur si on le souhaite, la rue en face permet également de stationner son véhicule en sécurité. Bref une fois parfaitement installé il ne reste plus qu'à profiter des vacances.

La maison est bien placée, prÚs des plages océanes et à une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre du Cap Ferret. La terrasse est trÚs agréable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut en terme d'équipement. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour.

Entspannte Urlaubswoche am Meer

Cap Ferret ist eine gute Wahl, um ruhige Ferien zu verbringen. Es gibt nur wenige Hotels. Das Ferienhaus hatte eine perfekte Lage, fußlĂ€ufig zum Einkaufen, Restaurants und Atlantik sowie Becken. Sehr schöne großzĂŒgige Terrasse, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin.

Wundervolles sehr gemĂŒtliches Ferienhaus in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zum Meer. Top ausgestattete KĂŒche, große eingewachsene Veranda und sehr nette Einrichtung. Das Highlight fĂŒr uns war die AußenkĂŒche :-). Sehr sympathische Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Une belle semaine au coeur du cap Ferret

Nous avons passé une trÚs agréable semaine dans la charmante maison de Dominique, située tout prÚs du Phare et de l'océan. TrÚs sympatique et attentionné accueil, piece principale et terrasse dans la verdure vraiment agréables, meme si le soleil n est pas au RV ! Cuisine moderne, trÚs bien équipée et deux chambres confortables... bref, parfait pour une famille. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Une semaine idéale

Merci Ă  Dominique pour son accueil et ses attentions. Nous avons passĂ© une semaine dans une villa ou le repos rĂšgne. La villa est idĂ©alement placĂ©e a cĂŽtĂ© du phare et a quelques pas des plages ocĂ©anes. Le petit casino est aussi a quelques pas de la maison. Concernant la maison tout y est, le confort du lit aussi pour bien se reposer et le magnifique salon ainsi que sa sublime terrasse entourĂ©e de vĂ©gĂ©tation le cadre est tellement reposant. Nous reviendrons c’est sĂ»r car nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous. A bientĂŽt Dominique 🙏👍😘

Superbe séjour dans cette villa cozy
