Palm Trees and Ocean Breeze!

Welcome to Pablo Beach Vacation Rentals! (All roads in the area are under repair right now) This unit is a beautifully renovated beach condo 1 1/2 blocks from the water. Upstairs unit. Tile floors throughout. Updated kitchen with all the amenities. Private yard. Beautiful, spacious front porch. Great restaurants, coffee shop (local Breezy and also Starbucks), surf shops within walking distance. All other shopping very close! 2 full bedrooms with queen size beds. Dogs welcome. 2 max. $50 pet fee each.

The city of Jacksonville Beach in currently performing Street construction in the area.

One parking spot will be provided on the property. Possibility of uneven terrain (pavers, gravel, etc) between parking spot and the door. Second spot can be reserved on request and may be on property or in a nearby city paved permit-only parking spot.

Great location close to Jax Beach. Awesome having a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Erin was great communicating when we had a problem getting our check in info from VRBO. Would definitely stay again.

Nice location and quiet

The apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable. The beds in particular are very comfortable. There is a front deck area that allows you to enjoy a breeze and watch as thunderstorms go by. The beach is a short walk away.

My stay at Jacksonville Beach was very nice and very confortable.

One item of interest, is the stove - a couple of the burners do not work or when they work they only work on high making it difficult to cook. In addition, the stove is not level, again making cooking a challenge. The outdoor BBQ was wonderful, due to the stove, we cooked out most every night and it was great.

I'm very sorry to hear about your issue with the stovetop. I really wish I had know about it during your stay so I could have come and addressed it for you. We try very hard to prepare our apartments so that guests don't have any issues during their stay, and when something does come up we address it immediately. We are owner operators who live just 5 minutes away, and we take great pride in resolving any issues very quickly. As for the burners, I did check them right away as soon as I read your note. They are all working properly. Perhaps when we had removed them to clean the drip pans prior to your stay, they didn't get reseated properly. That may also cause the burners to not be level. We did check the oven, and it is indeed level. Again, very sorry for the issue.

Extremely clean! Great location - within walking distance of Brunchhaus, and if you sit just right on the porch you get an ocean view 😁. Plenty of towels, comfy beds. Will definitely book this again! Thank you!

Excellent stay!

We loved being able to walk a short block to the beach! It was quiet and yet we were only a couple of minutes by car to several wonderful restaurants and the main Jax Beach area. We loved it! The patio out back over the garden area and the huge porch in front both had chairs and tables for us to sit outside. Lovely!

The condo was adequate for a couple of people or a couple with a child. Bathroom was between the two bedrooms no access to living room with out going thru the bedrooms. The decks were perfect. Quiet and comfy.
