East Market (Indiana) Executive Loft - This four-bedroom, four-bath, 6,000-square-foot 2nd/3rd floor loft sits in the heart of the laid back and walkable downtown New Albany, Indiana. New Albany sits just opposite Louisville on the Ohio River and is located conveniently just 6 miles from downtown Louisville and the KFC Yum Center. Downtown New Albany has experienced a recent explosion of independent businesses and restaurants including bakeries, cafes, Italian, Cuban, American Grille, Greek, micro-breweries, winery, pizza, award winning BBQ, and more. The loft, consisting of the second and third floors has a freight elevator and a 1600 square-foot roof top yard. Wi-fi and DirecTV are available throughout the loft. Great weekend

The house was amazing and easily fit our group of 11. The town is great and a short Uber into the city! Definitely recommend this place for any type of trip.

Location, location, location

Plenty of room and living area areas for everyone. We rented the flat for our daughter’s wedding and had a total of twelve friends and family stay with us. We probably had another 3-5 friends stop by and spend some time with us. We enjoyed the roof top deck, the pool table and foos ball table. The elevator came in extremely helpful with loading and unloading all of the stuff! We were fortunate enough to have our rehearsal dinner across the street at the Italian restaurant which was not only convenient but the food was amazing! The bakery downstairs was also a huge hit with everyone! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Matt who was awesome. Asked if everything was okay and was extremely accommodating. Thanks for making our special weekend even more special and one we will never forget. Would highly recommend to anyone with a large group wanting to stay in or around the New Albany or Louisville area! Thanks again!!

Amazing property - Photos do not do it justice

*Just left the property yesterday so very fresh in my mind*

Went to the area to visit Churchill Downs and do a bourbon trail with 7 other guys and this property was perfect. I didn't know what to expect because pictures can be quite deceiving and in this situation it was true. The property was way better than expected. The layout was incredible and there is more than enough space to hangout together or spend some time apart if you would like. It was very easy to get an Uber/Lyft whenever we wanted to head downtown and very easy to park the car. Matt and Jess were very easy to do business with and make the check in and check out super simple. I would absolutely consider staying here again if I am back in the area.

Roomy, comfortable and overall wonderful experience

We stayed at the loft the week of April 22nd. This was an annual golf gathering of 8 great friends. We played a different golf course each day, all within around a half hour drive. We were looking for a place in the Louisville area when the loft popped up. The loft and New Albany were the perfect fit for our annual excursion. The loft was perfect as it slept all 8 men very comfortably. Adrienne's was right downstairs and we at breakfast there every morning. There is a coffee shot just a couple of doors down and several wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well as craft brew restaurants. I can't say enough about the loft and how perfect it was for all 8 of us. We got to meet Jess who is just a wonderful host, very caring, warm and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. This was the perfect stay and we have already booked with her for next year. We already can't wait!

Great Accommodations for Large Group!

This is a great place for a large group of people. Plenty of sleep options and lots of room to hang out! Location is good as well. Very nice and up-to-date accommodations. We were visiting family and will definitely stay again if we have a large enough group.

Great location, off beaten path and close to downtown Louisville!

We had 11 adults during our stay! You could not ask for a better place to stay! The trips into he downtown area were quick. I would definitely recommend this house and would love to come back for another stay in the Louisville area! Thanks for making our trip a memorable one!
