New Albany sits just opposite Louisville on the Ohio River and is located conveniently just 6 miles from downtown Louisville and the KFC Yum Center. Downtown New Albany has experienced a recent explosion of independent businesses and restaurants including bakeries, cafes, Italian, Cuban, American Grille, Greek, micro-breweries, winery, pizza, award winning BBQ, and more. The loft, consisting of the second and third floors has a freight elevator and a 1600 square-foot roof top yard. Wi-fi and DirecTV are available throughout the loft.                                                             This is a great place for a large group of people. Plenty of sleep options and lots of room to hang out! Location is good as well. Very nice and up-to-date accommodations. We were visiting family and will definitely stay again if we have a large enough group.

                                                            The house was awesome, had plenty of room for us. Walking distance to just about anything.. Very well taken care of, nice furniture and comfortable beds. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Louisville which we had a great time down there. Couldn't ask for a better affordable place. Would love to come and revisit.

                                                            A Perfect Birthday Retreat

                                                            My childhood best friends all have our birthdays within two weeks of each other, and we hadn't celebrated the four of us together since we were 22. So, for our 40th birthdays, we were looking for a place where we could gather with spouses and siblings for a long weekend. We all live in all corners of the country now, so we settled on a weekend on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. After starting my research for a place that could accommodate us, I stumbled upon Jess and Matt's Loft in New Albany, and it turned out to be the best find!

                                                            The Loft has ample space to accommodate a large group who wants to be able to cook meals together, play board games and just be together comfortably. Unlike other rentals that boast housing a lot of people, at the Loft, nobody had to sleep on couches. It was absolutely perfect!

                                                            New Albany was definitely a cute little town and fun for us to explore for meals and still get to downtown Louisville easily. Two of the crew had driven in from the east coast, and parking was very easy.

                                                            Jess was extremely helpful in giving me suggestions and answering my questions before our arrival. I would definitely recommend a weekend exploring the Bourbon Trail to anyone looking for a fun group getaway, and the Loft should be the first place you book!

                                                            The perfect owners...so responsive and understanding! The loft had everything we needed and more! We stayed in on a snowy evening but also enjoyed the downstairs bakery, nearby coffee house, shopping, pizza at the winery and lunch at a nearby pub. Also, so close to Louisville. We loved it!                                                             My husband and I invited 4 couples that were our closest friends to New Albany to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. It had everything we needed for a relaxing get a way. The loft is eclectic, modern, classic, & shabby chic all at the same time. We loved the history of the loft and really enjoyed our time exploring the area. It was the perfect place to stay and the perfect little town to visit. We plan to return again!
