About Tracy Secchiaroli
Coming from Laguna Beach, CA friends and family thought it was a little crazy to make the move to the county and such a big change in lifestyle. That's exactly what this family was looking for!! We have always loved spending time together with friends over a great meal and glass of wine. About 10 years ago after a trip to Italy we were introduced to Paso Robles and we became smitten with its charm and way of life immediately. The rolling hills, vineyard, and community reminded us so much of what we loved about Italy. We began the pursuit to make the move and create something for the whole family to enjoy. The dream has just began and you can come be a part of it and share in the journey.

Romantic and perfect getaway for one couple
Cute, 1 BR place in the heart of Paso Robles wine country. Easy drive to town as well as nearby wineries. Located on 2nd floor of building, great front porch overlooking the property sheltered by trees.
Loved this beautiful place!
We had one of the greatest experiences in Paso Robles and it all started with Terra Mia. It is so charming and we loved that it was tucked in the middle of vineyards. We were welcomed with a note from the owners and a delicious bottle of their wine. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the quietness of the countryside. We were impressed with all the details Tracy and Rich thought of - everything you could imagine they have. We would definitely stay here again!!
Clean, modern, comfortable
Beautiful property, great location, spacious one bedroom with cute, well appointed kitchen. Comfortable bed, large bathroom. Great for a couple to get away!
Website well reflects the simplicity and seclusion of this beautiful property. It's dark at night; the birds wake you up. Loved the koi pond and weeping willows. Great launch point for touring area wineries, strolling downtown, or heading for the ocean. Encourages romance, encourages rest, encourages a love for the region. Thanks, Tracy.
Magical property perfect for celebrating our anniversary.
Our first time to Paso and we will return to this place! The accommodations were perfect for us in celebrating our anniversary. The guest house is on a secluded property providing plenty of privacy. The property overall is amazing. We walked thru the vineyards and drank wine sitting by the ultimate feature of the property - its beautiful pond. Especially at night, the pond is like being on a movie set with the soft landscape lights, willow trees swaying in the wind, and the aroma of the lavender wafting in the air. As for overall location within Paso, it was the perfect launching point to all the top wineries along the 46 west and a short 10 min drive to downtown for all the restaurants. We knew we were in for a treat based on reviews, but it even exceeded our expectations further!
Un po 'di italia in Paso Robles
We loved our recent stay in the guesthouse at Terra Mia. On the second floor, we were perched amid the trees with views of the vineyards. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. The mornings and evenings were cool enough to sit outside and enjoy the huge terrace. We saw California quail as well as many songbirds and heard an owl and even a woodpecker. The unit itself is HUGE, well-appointed, with a giant, comfy bed and excellent AC. (Trader Joe's is nearby if you need to replenish the coffee supply.) We felt welcome yet secluded in our treehouse and enjoyed the complimentary wine as well as the neighboring wineries (including J. Dusi) that treated us like locals. È stato perfetto. We will be back!
