Second story guest house on the West side of Paso Robles off Highway 46W. The guest house is situated on 27 acres which boasts 15 acres of planted vineyard, 350 olive trees, and pines. Relax under the weeping willows around our pond with a great book and a glass of wine. The surrounding setting is very peaceful and serene. You can walk to some of the best wineries the Westside of Paso has to offer. This is a working family vineyard so you will most likely catch some activity during your stay. There is a fireplace and heater to snuggle up to on the cooler nights as well as A/C. The apartment size kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities including a wine fridge. The bathroom has a spacious double vanity and walk in shower with multiple shower heads. The bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress and hypo allergenic pillows and lush comforter. The living room is a great place to relax after your day out enjoying the scenery. Sit and relax at the reclaimed barn wood dining table and enjoy the view. There are two outside seating areas to enjoy as well as your own parking. You can sit and enjoy a glass of wine on the veranda or enjoy your time on the patio below. This is the perfect place to come enjoy your time in Paso Robles and truly experience Paso living at it's best!!

Beautifully maintained property, friendly staff! Tracey came by to say hi after we got settled. Very quiet and so nice to walk around with a cup of coffee in the mornings. Jack, the "ranch manager" (cat) also visited on occasion but never asked to come in. We spent 2 nights here and enjoyed it so much that we were on property much more than planned. Would stay here again!

Beautiful setting, great location to town and wine tasting. Very peaceful, but know it is a working farm with a little noise at times...but very friendly workers if you happen to see anyone! Would definitely stay again when I travel to Paso...thank you Tracy for your hospitality!

We loved everything about this property. Clean, peaceful, feels remote but you are close to endless wineries, shopping and restaurants. Only negative is that we live too far away to return on a regular basis! Highly recommend!

Just what I had hoped for!

Our stay here was perfect! Secluded yet just a short drive to the highway and wonderful wineries! The pond, the vineyard, the grounds were wonderful! The suite was cozy and the bed was super comfy! Having a Tesla charger on site was also a bonus! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Lovely Location

Cute get-away place for a couple. Tucked away off a dirt road, it offered a quiet respite. The nearby home occupants and occasional vineyard workers were polite and gave us space. The adjacent wedding venue looks amazing.

Coming from Laguna Beach, CA friends and family thought it was a little crazy to make the move to the county and such a big change in lifestyle. That's exactly what this family was looking for!! We have always loved spending time together with friends over a great meal and glass of wine. About 10 years ago after a trip to Italy we were introduced to Paso Robles and we became smitten with its charm and way of life immediately. The rolling hills, vineyard, and community reminded us so much of what we loved about Italy. We began the pursuit to make the move and create something for the whole family to enjoy. The dream has just began and you can come be a part of it and share in the journey.
