Directly at the lake of Lugano with the stair to getIn the garden there are table with chairs and deck chairs. A parking space in the garden.
The location is unique because it is directly on the lake. The apartment was renovated in the winter of 2021 and I have yet to update the photos. There is an open space with entrance hall, kitchen and living room.
There is air conditioning for the summer while heating for the winter is paid separately based on consumption douwn in to the lake .It's possible swimm. The apartment Is completly
soundproof .There are windows anti-noise

Séjour agréable à Porlezza

La maison comporte deux locations. Nous occupions le logement du haut. Très bruyant côté rue, nous laissions les volets fermés. Le jardin ainsi que les commodités extérieures sont à partager. Très belle vue sur le lac. Bon contact avec l'hôte.

Schönes Ambiente nah am Ser

Sehr schön gelegen, nah am See. Schöne Palmen und sehr grün.Wohnung sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Nur das eine Zimmer (Kinderzimmer) zu Strasse ziemlich laut wegen Verkehr. Ansonsten sehr schönes Ambiente.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Haben den oberen Teil des Hausen gemietet. Da die untere Wohnung nicht belegt war, hatten wir den schönen Garten für uns. Ansonsten muss man sich den Garten teilen. Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausreichend und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Buchung, Anfahrtbeschreibung, An- und Abreise alles reibungslos 😉 Es gibt viele gute Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Da es aber kaum Gehwege gibt, ist die Nutzung des Autos leider unvermeidlich.

Sauber, klein, direkt am See und sehr freundliche Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung in Cima liegt direkt am See und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wir haben uns als 4-köpfige Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter haben im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthalts bis zur Abreise stets uns mit allen Information versorgt, sodass allesreibungslos funktioniert hat.

Nice, but noisy

The location is beautiful, the house is well equiped (but a bit messy). However, if you rent the top apartment (as we did), you are only allowed to use a very small part of the garden. The house is located right beside a very busy road, so there is traffic noise 24/7.

Romantisches Ambiente, traumhaft schöne Außenanlagen, kleine, saubere Ferienwohnung.

Leider mussten wir unseren Urlaub vorzeitig aus familieren Gründen abbrechen, haben die vier Tage aber sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber sauber, der Garten wunderschön. Leider kann man wegen des Bootsverleihs in direkter Nachbarschaft nicht vom Ufer aus angeln. Auch die Internetverbindung brach leider nach zwei Tagen schon zusammen. Ansonsten war es ein perfekter Urlaub in einer traumhaft schönen Umgebung und bei einer sehr liebenswürdigen, humorvollen und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin.

Ottima posizione direttamente sul lago

Bel giardino, accesso diretto al Lago. A fianco affitto motoscafi. Terrazza spaziosa e coperta in caso di pioggia. In parcheggio sempre disponibile. 2 camere a due letti e in piu possibilità di dormire in salotto.
