My master bed is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between guests. Mattress protectors are washed and mahogany bed frame cleaned. This is routine.
You didn't mention anything like this to me during your stay & have waited till you've received your deposit in order to leave this review. I wonder why?
Seemingly the 'bad smell' you refer to left with you, as the guest beforehand & directly after have had no complaints.

Negril Stay
Good location! Sheena was very responsive and helpful. The housekeeper was very nice and helpful as well. Will definitely need to take a lot of taxis so make sure to look up rates beforehand so you know how much you should be paying; they usually charge per person. There are some free shuttles to restaurants/hotels/attractions so make sure to look into that! Only about 3.5 miles from Margaritaville!
The pool/beach access is awesome! Very friendly neighborhood/neighbors.
Spacious enough for 4-5 people.
