Beautiful property. Right next to a private beach. Tranquil setting. Safe, gated community. Two storey housing with a private balcony and view of the gorgeous Caribbean sea. Fantastic owners.

Great Apartment!

Beautiful, spacious apartment and property with two beaches and a refreshing pool. The apartment has everything you need. A/C’s, WiFi, and cooking items…. Make sure to look for the natural rock formed pools at the north end. It’s absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed this place!

A Beautiful & Friendly Apartment and Townhouse Complex

The complex is on the edge of the Carribean Sea The property is lush and well landscaped. It has tennis courts and a pool as well. We felt very safe and secure here in this gated community. The townhouse was clean and fresh with beautiful bedrooms and amazing air conditioning. Located very close to the pool and the beach. Parking was right outside our front door. The kitchen was well organized, it could use a few more things like a blender and sharper knives. This complex is very friendly and inclusive. We loved it here. Can't wait to come back!

Slightly Disappointing

I don’t want to bash the place because the price was very reasonable but I feel it should be noted that there were ants and a roach in the home. The table was down to three chairs and the remaining chairs were not very stable. The furniture is all a bit tired. I also flashed the neighborhood when I showered since there windows in both showers. The stove and fridge are kind of beat up and patio furniture was stained and tired. On the plus side, I slept well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The property was very safe and beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for more with the beach - it was private and gorgeous.

I got Scammed

We arrived to Jamaica for my vacation with family and the owner had rented the place to another family leaving us without accommodations. Then tried to say she never rented to me and that she doesn’t use VRBO. I have communication back and forth with her (Barbara). No one cared that we was thousands of miles away with no where to stay. They left it up to us.. I just want my full refund and I’m scared to every trust VRBO again.

Everything would’ve been all right or much better if the check-in was smoother and didn’t cost me $45 in roaming charges. I wasn’t able to check in online so I ended up going to the property which I guessed at cuz I didn’t have the address.I tried to talk to the security guard at the front but she had no idea that I was checking in so I had to turn my data on, find the host, phone number and phone her a couple of times to get checked in. Other than that hot mess I would really recommend this property. It was a great location and everybody that lived in the complex were very nice. I did have a car, so it was much easier to get around, but there is taxis and everything is pretty much walking distance.

Ok so this is first time in Negril that I wasn’t in a hotel…. So take that into account. So Point Village is older. The condo is older and I knew that by the price. It was clean and washer dryer was a huge bonus. The drawbacks are that if you want to walk on the beach to anywhere you walk through Hedonism. Sometimes the security stops you and gets you to sign. Sometimes not. You can walk on the street. The only place close is the Boardwalk and it’s a good place to stay for a day So if you want to be walkable to the action this is not the place for you. If you have a car no big deal. The beach area that is swimmable is small and sea grass. So my overall feel is that for what we spent it was good.

Jamaica stay

This was a very nice property to stay at but if you cannot do stairs it's not for you I just recommend that the amenities be updated as far as the kitchen utensils cooking utensils furniture could get a little better everything was kind of wore out all it needs is a update otherwise property excellent everything else was excellent loved it

Lovely Accomodation

Communication with Barbara, our host, was exceptional. She was always responsive and tried in every way to make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely look to book in the future.
