Enjoy Your Stay at This Charming Three-Bedroom House.

Experience the perfect getaway in this delightful semi-detached house, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. Located in the peaceful residential area of Badia Blava, this property offers the ideal balance of comfort and privacy, with convenient access to S'Arenal, the airport, and Palma city centre.

The house is spread over two floors:
- First Floor: Features three double bedrooms and a full bathroom.
- The master bedroom is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and opens onto a private terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views.
- The other two bedrooms have ceiling fans and windows overlooking the pool, ensuring a cool and pleasant atmosphere throughout the day.
- Ground Floor:
- The living-dining room includes a Smart TV, a CD sound system, a wood-burning fireplace, and hot/cold air conditioning.
- This floor also houses a fully renovated (2021) kitchen with direct views and access to the private pool. It is fully equipped with modern appliances and kitchenware, providing everything needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
- A second full bathroom with a shower is also conveniently located on this floor.

Outdoor Spaces:
Relax in the garden, lounge on sunbeds by the private outdoor pool (9 x 4 metres), or dine al fresco using the patio furniture provided. The property also features a private covered garage for one car, with additional on-street parking always available.

Situated close to Llucmajor and S'Arenal, the house is an excellent base for exploring the area. Nearby attractions include the Maioris Golf Club and the Marriott Golf & Spa Resort, both just a short drive away. Wonderful villa with a very accommodating and helpful owner.

We stayed at this villa in August this year as a group of 5 adults. From the moment of booking Victoria was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions and help in any way she could. The Villia it self was fantastic with great outside space to relax, eat and an enjoy the amazing pool. It had a well equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge (which we hardly used as we spent all our time outside.) Upstairs were three good size bedrooms and the air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom kept the whole villa cool throughout the week. Locally we had a fantastic meal and evening at the beech club what was a 15 minute walk where we had brilliant service and watched the sunset whilst eating a really good meal. We also had a good meal at the Italian in Badia Gran. Along with trips into Palma (about 30 minutes by car or 50 minutes on the bus that leave from directly outside the villa.) and el arsenal (about 15 minutes by car or 25 by bus). All in all we had a great week and would definitely return. Vicoria was very accommodating and helpful during our stay and we would highly recommend it to others.

Das erste Mal vier Wochen und ein eigenes Haus auf Mallorca. Für das Pech mit dem Wetter konnte keiner etwas, das Haus hat Heizung und einen Kamin.Wenn es wärmer ist, ist es mit Sicherheit schöner, denn dann kann man den Pool benutzen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und es ist sehr sauber

Tolles Haus, tolle Gastgeber!

Das Haus in Badia Blava ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, die Ausstattung, auch in der Küche, ist mehr als ausreichend. Von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum Flaschenöffner, diverser Pfannen und Töpfe ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind super nett. Sowohl die Kommunikation vor der Anreise, als auch während des Aufenthalts war sehr gut. Und es sei erwähnt, dass der Pool extra für uns im November und Dezember offengelassen wurde, obwohl dieser sonst nur bis Ende Oktober in Betrieb ist. Das war toll! In den Ortschaften Badia Blava und Badia Gran gibt es alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Auch einige Restaurants, die auch im Winter geöffnet haben. Der nächste große Supermarkt Mercadona ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Flughafen, in 20-25 Minuten in Palma. Eine wirklich schöne Gegend, von der aus man überall auf der Insel gut hinkommt mit dem Auto. Absolute Empfehlung, sowohl für das Haus, als auch für die Gastgeber!

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie 2 erwachsenen und drei Kindern vor Ort Das Haus ist in einer guten Wohngegend mit schneller Anbindung nach Palma oder Arenal. Man erreicht mit dem Auto schnell alle Ziele die mit Meer oder Spaß Centren zutun haben Kontakt mit der Agentur ist einfach und sehr nett . Schöne Grüße und wir werden uns wieder sehen

Preis Leistung - Absolut Top

Wir haben 4 Wochen in dieser Finca verbracht. Ja, sie ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch alles absolut Top! Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wenn man Party haben will ist man mit den Auto in 10 Minuten in Arenal und die Bushaltestelle ist auch nicht weit. Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr nett. Der Pool ist der Hammer und wird regelmäßig geputzt. Victoria ist super!!! Sehr, sehr nett und wir freuen uns jetzt schon sie nächstes Jahr wieder zu sehen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort wirklich sehr genossen und wunderschöne 4 Wochen dort verbracht.

Wir waren zu dritt mit unseren Motorrädern auf Insel. Haben die 5 Tage in dem Haus sehr genossen. Der Pool war perfekt um sich nach den Touren abzukühlen. Die Garage war groß, so das die Motorräder hineinpassten. Das Haus war für uns drein sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Für unsere Reise war es die perfekte Unterkunft. Immer gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

Ein schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Mit dem Mietwagen und auch zu Fuß konnten wir uns bequem versorgen und dann auch gut kochen. Den Pool haben wir sehr genossen, aber auch die nahgelegene Küste. Die Nähe zu Palma war uns in diesem Urlaub besonders wichtig und das war in 20 Minuten erreicht. Ein toller Stützpunkt also, und dazu mit sehr nettem Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Volle Punktzahl!

Das Haus ist groß, gepflegt, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Supermarkt nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt, der Bus hält direkt vor der Tür. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere Cafés und Restaurants. Die Nachbarschaft ist eher ruhig. Die Besitzerin stand in ständigem Kontakt zu uns, sodass wir uns bei Problemen an sie hätten wenden können. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schönes und geräumiges Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt etwa 15 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Victoria in Empfang genommen. In jedem Bad ist Handwaschseife und die Erstausstattung an Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Spülmaschinentabs sind auch ausreichend vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer und in dem Hauptschlafzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer haben einen Deckenventilator. Wenn man allerdings den einen mit der Fernbedienung einschaltet, geht auch der im Nachbarzimmer an. Die Terrasse und den Pool kann man von den umliegenden Häusern kaum einsehen. Der Pool ist auch ausreichend groß und tief, um darin zu schwimmen. Schräg gegenüber ist die Bushaltestelle für den Bus nach Palma, was allerdings auch recht laut ist. Als ziemlich nervig haben wir das Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft, insbesondere gegenüber empfunden. Die Hunde waren fast immer draußen und haben rund um die Uhr gebellt. Ein Auto sollte man auf jeden Fall mieten. In einer knappen halben Stunde kann man Palma erreichen.

A great and restful stay in a beautiful home

A marvellous week's stay enjoyed by a family of five adults in June. The swimming pool was a bonus at the end of a hot day of sightseeing. The house was spacious and very well equipped with everything we needed. The rooms were a very good size, including the third bedrroom. The area itself was so covenient, for Palma, for the coast, and for the interior of Mallorca. We hired a car, which enursed easy travel. Local shops were just a short walk. Victoria greeted us on arrival at the stated time, and was so helpful, especially with local recommendations. A beautiful and relaxing stay.

Es waren sehr schöne 4 Tage in der sehr sauberen Finca. Wir waren zu 6. dort. Es sind 3 Schlafzimmer,2 Zimmer haben getrennte 90x200 Betten und das 3. Zimmer ein 140x200 Bett,das war für 2 von uns dann doch etwas zu eng,so dass wir das vorhandene "Gästebett"(Klappbett) noch benutzt haben. Küche ist sehr geräumig und Es ist alles vorhanden,was man so braucht. Es war leider noch sehr kalt ,waren vom 10.-14.05. dort und waren nicht im Pool oder Meer . Man ist sehr schnell mit dem Bus in El Arenal,für 1,20€. Wer keine Lust auf Party hat kann in dieser sehr ruhigen Gegend super entspannen. Supermarkt ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns ein Auto gemietet und sind z.B. zu dem wunderschönen Strand Es Trenc gefahren.
