This 2 bedroom/2 bath Gulf Front View Home has been newly remodeled in 2014 with million dollar views of the crystal clear water and sugar white sand. Sleeps 8 with large shaded porch and sun deck with plenty of room for family gatherings. 25 foot walk to the whitest sand in the area. Shower off with outside shower or totally remodeled bathrooms upstairs. There is a BBQ/Picnic Area downstairs with more shaded areas under the house. A short walk to the bay side (accross Hwy 180) has an inlet perfect for launching Kayaks and excellent fishing on the Gulf or Bay side of the peninsula. 50' Flat Screen TV mounted on wall in Living Area and 32' Flat Screen TV in Bedroom #1. Living Area and Breakfast areas both face Gulf of Mexico! Shopping and Restaurants are only minutes away.

Return to the original beach vacation with an emphasis on family without having to be 4-6 people deep to find a spot on the beach! Excellent Fishing out front in the Gulf or on the Bay side just a short walk across the street!

Anniversary getaway.

We don't get away very much but we try to do something special every year on our anniversary. We were very happy with Paul's house. It is clean, close to the ocean, and well provisioned if you want to cook for yourself. I did some birding at Bon Secour NWR and on the beaches around Fort Morgan and I must say there is some beautiful natural areas close to the beach house. We rode the ferry from Ft. Morgan to Dauphin Island and then toured the Estuarium. This is easy to do since the ferry is just 3.5 miles from the house and a ferry ticket was $5 round trip/person. Went to some restaurants recommended by Paul and had some great seafood too. Had a happy 28th anniversary!

Absolute Perfect Family Vacation!

Paul, the owner of this lovely Louisi-Bama home and his family have literally supplied everything to make you feel comfortable and right at home. From a nice gas grill to use to bicycles, beach chairs, tents and beach toys for the kids to the beautiful new Frigidaire Professional appliances including a separate ice maker (that cranks out so much daily that you never have to buy ice for your cooler) to the beautiful beach themed decor and new granite in the kitchen, utensils, seasonings, a library of movies to watch in the family room and TV's in both bedrooms.....yes, I was serious when I said "everything"!!! This is an immaculately kept property where pride of ownership truly shows. The covered front porch that faces the beach is a wonderful place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while listening to the sound of waves crashing on the shore. Beautiful sugar white sand beach and blue water just across the street. Don't worry about traffic...this is not Destin. It is a very laid-back neighborhood that offers a slow pace and great restaurants like Tacky Jacks, Sassy Bass and Behind the Pines within just a few minutes drive. I cannot say enough about the pleasure of dealing with Paul the owner. He suggested things to do, places to see, and restaurants based on type of food we were looking for. Super easy to deal with and a very conscientious host!! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Get-away

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is beautiful. Clean, beachy, airy. Fully stocked. Anything you could possibly need inside and outside. Our son and his wife stayed with us and said to add it to our favorits list. We all loved being so close to the beach. Most of all the owner, Paul Stanton, was so helpful and accommodating. He wanted to make sure we had a great trip. It was a perfect get-away.

Possibly our permanent vacation spot!

We have stayed here going on 5 years now & have absolutely LOVED each vacation spent here. The new owner, Paul, has completely transformed this home with the "modern beachy" upgrades & it is absolutely beautiful! Paul is such a kind person, great to work with, & really cares that you have nothing short of a wonderful experience at the house. Also, he is always available if you have a question about anything. I do, however, dislike the monstrosities that are being built right in front of the house now obstructing the once gorgeous view of the ocean but that will definitely not keep us from coming back!

A little piece of heaven in Fort Morgan

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Louisi-Bama home. The owner, Paul, was so helpful and kind, and we felt like we were staying at a friend's house. From all the clean linens, to thoughtful little amenities all around the house, to the standalone ice maker--so handy!--the house was comfortable, functional and beautiful. It's a very short walk to the water, and the neighborhood is quiet and gorgeous. Be aware: This isn't too close to many stores, so only stay here if you truly want to "get away from it all." The ONLY negative of staying at Louisi-Bama is that there are two homes being built across the street, so there was some construction noise. But it really didn't disturb our relaxation too much. Our nights were spent playing poker and laughing on the covered porch. We highly recommend this home, but--shhhhh! Don't tell too many people about it. Let's keep it our little vacation secret.

Fort Morgan is awesome, This home the Ocean it was all so lovely.

This place was Great!!! This was the first time we rented off of this app, Home Away and I was a bit nervous, But it was easy and Paul Stanton worked with us, All of my emails were answered. They think of everything you would need and they have it. It is an awesome place, The only bad thing I can think of is: We could only stay 5 days. Not long enough. The Ocean was great the home was great, I loved it and we will be back. :)
