This 2 bedroom/2 bath Gulf Front View Home has been newly remodeled in 2014 with million dollar views of the crystal clear water and sugar white sand. Sleeps 8 with large shaded porch and sun deck with plenty of room for family gatherings. 25 foot walk to the whitest sand in the area. Shower off with outside shower or totally remodeled bathrooms upstairs. There is a BBQ/Picnic Area downstairs with more shaded areas under the house. A short walk to the bay side (accross Hwy 180) has an inlet perfect for launching Kayaks and excellent fishing on the Gulf or Bay side of the peninsula. 50' Flat Screen TV mounted on wall in Living Area and 32' Flat Screen TV in Bedroom #1. Living Area and Breakfast areas both face Gulf of Mexico! Shopping and Restaurants are only minutes away.

* At certain times of the year (spring break and Hangout Fest) We do not accept reservations from groups of travelers under the age of 21, All members in group should be of legal age (21yrs+) Primary renter must be (25+) and provide valid state issued ID prior to arrival. Payment in full is due at the time of reserving, and there are no cancellation refunds for reservations to a person under age 25. *

Perfect location

This house was perfect for our family of four to getaway to the beach! We loved that it is in Fort Morgan and away from all the hustle-bustle of Orange Beach. But it is close enough to venture over if you want. The owner was great to work with and offered lots of tips on where to go, what to see. One of our favorite rentals thus far!

We had a wonderful stay. Paul and his family have really thought of everything! So many little details that made our stay so comfortable. If you are looking for a great beach location, we highly recommend this property! We would definitely rent this property again.

"Perfect beach house".....a little slice of heaven

This is the perfect beach house.....a little slice of heaven on the most beautiful stretch of private beach in Fort Morgan!!! The Stantons maintain their house with every amenity you can think of: DVDs, games, books; beach chairs, canopy, and toys; and even extra toiletries. The appliances make this rental a functional home away from home....the ice maker ensures that you never run out of ice, while the full-size washer and dryer make bringing clean clothes home from vacation a breeze. The Stantons go out of their way to make sure that any stay in their home is a worry and stress-free get away. My family would certainly go back (in fact, we talked about extending this stay from day one!!) and can't wait to return to Louisi-Bama SOON!!

Beach Life is Grand!

This beach house sits very close to the tip of the peninsula, so is far less busy and noisy than places nearer to town. Short drive to shops and restaurants, yet away from the traffic and congestion. This home is just as advertised and we loved the week we spent visiting Louisi-Bama. There are walking trails nearby, Gulf Shores State Park, and many fine eating establishments. Try Sassy Bass, Tacky Jacks, and our favorite, Acme Oyster House. The owner is very friendly, accessible, and helpful.
