The apartment is located between Praia da Rocha, Vau e Alvor in a quit spot you can choose between several different activities during all day. In the night you also can choose between Alvor’s charm and tranquility or, for those seeking late night action Praia de Rocha has casinos and lots of bars and discos that stay open till very late.
Several beaches, some rated as among the best on the Algarve, are just a couple of minutes walk. The nearest are Praia dos Tres Castelos, Vau e Rocha. A little bit further you can go to several beaches in Alvor. If you are looking for activities Praia da Rocha has jet skis, water skiing and numerous other water sports available. Also there are water parks and the marine zoo nearby
A few minutes away you can find the coastal picturesque fishing village of Alvor, with a maze of cobbled a lively atmosphere in the warm evenings that retains its charm and tranquility and yet boasts numerous bars, streets full of busy restaurants specializing in fresh fish which is barbequed outside and shops.
If your main interests are golf, the area is a golfer’s paradise with courses at Penina, Alto and Gramacho all within a 5-10 minute drive.
You could try the jeep safari into the Monchique mountain range or the international marinas at Lagos and Portimao. Further away but worth a visit are the West coast and Cape St Vincent, the historic fortress towns of Silves, and Lagos, and the stunning coastline around Carvoeiro

Lovely spacious apartment, fabulous views, ideal location.

Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The apartment itself was well appointed and very comfortable, and the view is stunning. It's in a great location, about a 1.5km walk to the main strip and the beach in Praia da Rocha.

Lovely views

The apartment is close to Tres Castelos beach and some very good restaurants. Very good value for money, as we stayed for a month. The lifts were always working and reliable. There is a concierge in the building for any emergencies. The apartment is well equipped for cooking and has a washing machine so we had a mixture of eating in and going to restaurants. There is a bus route fairly near but we used local taxis to get to bus and train stations and taxis are good value. The bath and shower of the apartment need updating. The bath is very slow to fill and shower needs better high attachment. Good value, older apartment close to beach with very good walks nearby.

Mejor de lo esperado

El anuncio es fiel al apartamento. Esta muy completo, tiene de todo. La terraza es muy grande para poder comer, desayunar o cenar. Solo tuvimos un problema con una llave porque la cerradura iba un poco mal, pero Carlos nos atendio rapido y nos dejo otra llave en recepcion. Hemos estado muy agusto.

Tivemos uma estadia muito confortável e gostamos muito da localização (perto da praia e dos bares, mas sem ruídos à noite). Só deixou a desejar o facto que o apartamento tinha ar condicionado, levando-nos a pensar que havia ar condicionado em todas as divisões, quando apenas tem um aparelho na sala, além disso com pouco potência.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung liegt in einen Größerem Hotelkomplex. Die Hälfte wird durch den Club Praia Mar betrieben die andere Hälfte schein sich im Privaten Besitz zu befinden und wird selbst genutzt oder privat vermietet. Die Wohnung hat ein schönen Ausblick, man sieht das Meer und die Wohnung liegt auf der Westseite, so das man Abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Der Große Balkon lädt förmlich dazu ein. Störend eventuell der Lärm der Straße , wir fanden es aber akzeptabel. Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, der Zustand war ok, es war nichts defekt aber es ist doch schon gebraucht. Der Pool der zum Haus gehört ist schön groß und das Wasser war angenehm, es gibt auch ein kleines Becken für Kinder. Wir würden Wieder Buchen.

Schönes Appartement, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet und machte auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Es ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen..Türen lassen sich schwer öffnen, das Wasser läuft in der Wanne nicht so gut ab, aber mit den Betten hatten wir die meisten Probleme. Nackenschmerzen waren unser Begleiter. Der Vermieter ist aber sehr nett und die Aussicht ist super. Alles in allem hatten wir einen guten Urlaub in dem Appartement. :)

Geräumige Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die 3 Zimmer Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, vor allem eine Waschmaschine, was für Familie mit Kleinkindern sehr praktisch ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte gut und wir bekamen schnell Antworten bzw. Hilfe, als z.B. das Babybett ausgetauscht werden musste oder wir mehr Handtücher benötigten. Die Mitarbeiter unten in der Lobby waren sehr hilfsbereit. Besonders gut fanden wir den großen Balkon und dass es doch Internet gab, obwohl es in der Beschreibung gar nicht aufgeführt war.

Muitas boas tardes! Como já tive a oportunidade de deixar escrito, na mensagem deixada no apartamento, ao cuidado do proprietário, as condições do alojamento são muito boas, tanto no que respeita à generosidade e localização do espaço, como no que respeita à sua utilização dotado de uma quase completa variedade dos equipamentos necessários para um 6/7 pessoas, seja para dormir, seja para a higiene, seja para a alimentação, seja ainda para a recreação e lazer Apenas, se registou um senão, cuja resolução implicou a necessidade de alguma insistência: a falta de sinal de Internet (resolvido, entretanto) e, depois, a parcimónia da utilização, sendo, por isso, necessário "disciplinar" a utilização das duas crianças (os adultos serviram-se dos dados móveis dos respectivos telemóveis), circunstância que, em férias, nem sempre é pacífico gerir adequadamente fazendo-os compreender a limitação do acesso. Em suma, e apesar do referido, faz-se da utilização do alojamento um balanço francamente positivo e que se recomenda. Os melhores cumprimentos! Domingos Ferreira.
