Located 4 miles north of Ouray, Co. Centrally located between Ouray and Ridgway. Close access to BLM, and Forest Service Hiking Trials. Home includes all the current amenities.

Cabin was perfect, beautiful location, cabin had everything we needed and more, very clean, enjoyed sitting on the deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Lawn and deck flowers are beautiful. Location is easy drive to town. I hope we can stay here again

It was a spectacular location outside of the town of Ouray, but close enough to go back and forth for restaurants, shops and outings in the area. The price was reasonable and the views are incredible! Also, the cabin itself is stocked with most everything.. And very cozy and comfortable there. I will definitely return!

The cabin was great for two people. It was clean and comfortable. The deck had a great view of the mountains and there was plenty of privacy as the cabins were not crowded together. The owner is local and takes care of the maintenance. We enjoyed meeting him. Would recommend it to anyone wanting some peace and quiet.

We arrived to a clean, cozy and well stocked cabin. We cooked all of our own meals and enjoyed a great selection of cookware, serving dishes, paper plates, paper towels. There are lots of bath towels & extra linens if you need them as well. There’s a super nice breakfast nook to enjoy in the mornings. Great patio to enjoy in the evenings. There is also a window unit AC in the bedroom which is awesome for warmer summer nights. We loved the view from every direction, the quiet neighborhood and coziness of this property. We definitely plan on returning, perhaps in the winter months. Very easy access from Ouray or Ridgway, giving private vibes in a very nicely maintained neighborhood. We came for the jeeping this trip, but have been coming to Ouray for 20 years just to enjoy its beauty and outdoor experiences. We have stayed in many rentals throughout the years. This is our favorite couples property.

Peaceful Cabin

We enjoyed this cute, quiet cabin. It's conveniently located shortly outside of Ouray, allowing easy access to both Ridgway and Ouray as well as many hiking trails in the area.

Perfect Colorado Cabin for Two

The Brown Cabin is in a great location. It is surrounded by mountains and trees, has a nice size yard, great decks, nicely decorated, clean, well maintained. It was everything that we were looking for in the Ouray area.

This cabin became available to purchase in June 2014, My realtor said you need to look at this cabin. It is the most beautiful cabin setting in Ouray County. He should know since he is a native of Ouray. When I did I agreed with him and purchased it the same day.
