We were in Chatham for a wedding and house was perfect for our family. Weather was awful so unfortunately did not get to enjoy the huge yard and firepit. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Chatham! The house is older but has been nicely updated with a modern kitchen and renovated bathrooms, giving it plenty of charm while still feeling comfortable. The backyard was a huge plus for our family. It was spacious enough for the kids to run around and play, and we really enjoyed spending evenings on the back deck and around the fire pit.The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to downtown Chatham and the ballpark, which made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer without needing to drive.Christine was fantastic to work with. She was very responsive and incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions before we arrived, which made the entire process stress-free. The house was also very clean and well cared for when we checked in.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Cape Cottage

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Chris was very accommodating when we needed to come a day early because the wedding we were working at got the dates moved up due to a hurricane. The house was so cute and perfect for our stay in Chatham. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect family house

Great location-walk to Main St in ~10 minutes plus two great playgrounds even closer. We rarely used the car unless driving outside of Chatham. Chris was very responsive when we had questions before arriving. Would definitely stay here again!

Cape Cod Getaway

Overall impression was very positive. I had taken my two senior sisters for a getaway following a memorial service for one of my sisters husband's who passed in December. While we did not avail ourselves of everything the property had to offer we did enjoy the well equipped kitchen for breakfast and our relaxing time in the indoor sitting areas before (happy hour) and after our dinners out.

Our glorious Chatham vacation

We were fortunate enough to have stayed in the best house on Cape Cod! We have been vacationing on the Cape for the last 5 years. This year we found our dream house. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It is a short walk to Main Street which is chock full of great stores and wonderful restaurants. The beach is also walking distance. And the best part is, with all this wonderfulness so close by, the house has a private large deck and large beautiful yard. Never have we had everything so near us and the enjoyment of a quiet, private get away. We will be staying here again!
