perfect stay

We stayed for two weeks at this very nice apartment, which is located close to everything - beach, grocery stores, restaurants and walking distance to the old town. Gerardo and Pilar were very helpful and nice, met us in person when we arrived, showed us everything and were available whenever we had any question. We would love to come back for sure.

Olena and Ihor, are two educated, friendly, nice and comprehensive people in all contact we had. During his stay in the apartment and in contacts prior to it, the treatment was extremely cordial and pleasant. They took care of the apartment as if it were his. Without a doubt I recommend them to any owner. For our part we would be delighted to receive them again if they decide to come back to Calpe.

Excellent emplacement . Grand appartement très agréable dans lequel nous nous sentions très à la aise . Confirme au descriptif de l’annonce et aux photos . Sophie et Laurent sont d'excellents locataires. Dès le premier instant, la communication avec eux a été fluide et agréable. Ils ont fait preuve de politesse et de gentillesse. Wunderschöne Wohnung, perfekte Lage und sehr herzliche Vermieter!

Wir haben das erste Mal eine Ferienwohnung gebucht und waren nicht in einem Hotel. Bereits beim 1. Kontakt wurden wir durch den Vermieter sehr freundlich kontaktiert. Es klappte alles wunderbar und die Ferien werden für uns unvergesslich bleiben. Bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten, konnten wir uns jeder Zeit beim Vermieter melden. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe klappte pünktlich und es wurde uns alles gezeigt. Die ganze Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert und äusserst herzlich! Lieber Gerardo und Familie, Vielen herzlichen Dank für Eure herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Ramona y familia son unas personas extraordinarias: educadas, amables, cariñosas ....Como dice Ramona, desde el primer momento el contacto fue fluido y cordial, el conocerlos en persona fue estupendo porque son simpáticas y alegres. El apartamento lo cuidaron como si fuese suyo y dejaron todo recogido y limpio. Las recomiendo a cualquier propietario que elijan su apartamento, por nuestra parte, estaríamos encantados si vuelven en sus vacaciones al nuestro.

Überwintern in Calpe

Wir waren 2 Monate in Calpe bei Pilar Gerardo, freundlicher Empfang, schönes Appartment. Wunderschöner Ausblick, günstige Lage, kurze Fußwege an den Strand, zum Einkaufen und Restaurants. Diese Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen.

Martha y Ludo se alojaron durante dos meses en nuestro apartamento. Personas super educadas, amables. cariñosas.... Desde el primer contacto todo fue muy bien, así como los tenidos a lo largo de su estancia. Cuidaron el apartamento como si fuese suyo y muy en especial las jardineras de la terraza. Para nosotros sería un placer si en otra ocasión eligen nuestro apartamento para otras vacaciones. Muchas gracias a ambos y os deseamos lo mejor en la vida.

Superbe appartement et situation idéale

C'est la seconde fois que nous réservons cet appartement. Toujours aussi satisfaits. Il est très bien situé, à proximité de la plage, du port, des restaurants et commerces. Les piscines de l'immeuble sont bien entretenues et très agréables. La vue depuis sa grande terrasse est magnifique. On ne s'en lasse pas ! Confortable, bien équipé et très propre. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur chaleureux accueil. Un petit plus bien apprécié : parking souterrain.

Хочу поделиться впечатлениями о поездке в Кальпе и проживании в квартире Херардо. Первое, что меня впечатлило, это то,что хозяева нас встретили как родственников, с огромным радушием и гостеприимством. Квартира оказалась замечательной, 2 спальни и гостиная с раскладывающимся диваном, отдельная кухня. Очень хорошо, что в квартире 2 санузла, не надо было стоять в очереди в душ после прихода с моря. В квартире есть 2 балкона и с обеих открывается шикарный вид на море, на бухту с яхтами. Один из балконов очень большой и на котором стоит обеденный стол. Мы всегда ели на балконе. Квартира оснащена всем необходимым. Нам очень понравилось. Также есть бассейн, достаточно большой. Так как я отдыхала с двумя детьми, было немаловажно, что целый день возле бассейна дежурит спасатель, у которого также имеется аптечка для оказания первой помощи (при мне обрабатывал девочке рану). Вокруг бассейна достаточно места для того, что расстелить полотенца и позагорать, есть теневые веранды с лавочками. Дом расположен очень близко к морю, 1 минута пешком. Также в пешей доступности есть 2 больших супермаркета, в которых можно купить все необходимое. Прямо возле дома находится автобусная остановка, что очень удобно для тех, кто хочет прогуляться в центр города. Пляж чистый, вода чистая и прозрачная, в течение для патрулируется полицейскими. На променаде вдоль моря есть много ресторанов со вкусной едой по доступным ценам. Нам очень понравилось отдыхать в Кальпе и особенно проживать в квартире Херардо т.к. очень удобное расположения дома, квартира большая и с хорошим ремонтом и с такими хозяевами всегда можно решить любой вопрос. Это очень добрые и отзывчивые люди. Всем рекомендую и мы тоже обязательно вернемся.

Genial!!

La descripción del anuncio corresponde con la realidad superándolo muy favorablemente. Las vistas espectaculares y todas las habitaciones y baños muy amplios y confortables. Estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado y la atención de los propietarios excepcional. Pienso volver en otras ocasiones y desde luego lo recomiendo a mis amistades. El apartamento está muy céntrico y cuenta con todos los servicios de ocio para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.

Precioso apartamento

La descripción del anuncio corresponde con la realidad, pero ésta lo supera favorablemente. Las vistas son espectaculares y todas las habitaciones y baños son muy amplios y confortables. Estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado y la atención de los propietarios excepcional. Pienso volver en otras ocasiones y desde luego lo recomiendo a mis amistadas. El apartamento esta muy céntrico y cuenta con todos los servicios de ocio para pasar unas vacaciones muy agradables.
