Excelente apartamento con preciosas vistas

El apartamento está muy bien equipado, es cómodo y confortable con una terraza amplia y bien amueblada en la que disfrutar buenos momentos. Tiene acceso directo a la playa de La Fossa y está rodeado de buenos restaurantes. Mercadona y Consum a 12 minutos a pie. Muy recomendable.

Como leí en un comentario el ático es igual que en las fotos. No le falta detalle no lleven sillas de playa y sombrilla que también tienen. La ubicación a pie de paseo y de la playa de la fosa el agua del mediterráneo muy calentita muy cerca del peñón y de todos los restaurantes. La única pega es que en esta época de sequía para ducharte se hacía un poco incómodo por el poco caída de agua. Pero es una pega mínima y comprensible Muy cerca el apartamentos dos supermercados y tb mercadona Espero vilvler

Perfekte Apartment - auch für längere Aufenthalte

Die Lage ist ganz klar 1A, direkter Merresblick, 12. Etage, offen. Was uns aber zusätzlich richtig angetan hat, war die Ausstattung. Die Eigentümerin hat an alle mögliche Details gedacht. Auch die Kommunikation war perfekt. Wir (2 Erwachsene) haben dort 4 Wochen verbracht und sind einfach begeistert. Gerne empfehlen wir weiter.

Absolutely loved it!

It was exactly as the photos show. Really enjoyed using the kitchen, it has everything you could want to use when cooking a meal. The bed was very comfortable, and there is plenty of cupboard space. We loved sitting out on the balcony, which from around 3/4 o clock no longer has the sun full on, leaving a cooler space to sit in the evenings. We loved the apartment and Calpe so much, we have already booked our return for the same time next year.

The apartment is a good size and the fully fitted kitchen is great. The balcony overlooks the beach and sea and the view is superb. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay with 2 small drawbacks

Everything was amazing- location, the views equipment etc. If you are afraid it's east oriented, I'd say is the plus as you can see everyday sunrise over the see and the sun shines in the balcony exactly unitl 14:45 (February) so you can get a lot of tan. Drawbacks: Pool was out of order but I can understand it as it was February - Small water pressure so the showers were not so nice - Biggest minus is for the internet as it's download speed is just around 2mbps and when I worked it was cutting me of sometimes from video meetings not to mention that Netflix also couldn't work properly on that and I had issues
