Se sienta como en su casa. Sofá cama sistema italiano de 2018, colchón de 1,20 x 1,90. Terraza con 50% de superficie cubierta y 50% sin techo que permite disfrutar del sol más allá de medio dia, con dos toldos.
Equipado para 4 personas, máximo permitido. Aire acondicionado para frío, emisores de calor. Jardín, zona de juegos y piscina comunitarios.
