Lovely beach front apartment

This is a lovely beach front, 2 bedroomed apartment overlooking the picturesque blue flag Arenal-Bol Beach. Perfect for the family.

The entrance to the apartment is situated in the heart of Calpe just off the Gabriel Miro and is right next to the beach side promenade with bars, cafe's & restaurants. The promenade stretches for 2km along the beach via a stunning, bustling port where you can relax with a glass of wine and watch the sun set. There is an excellent supermarket a 1 minute walk from the apartment entrance. A car is not required as everything is in walking distance, but for those who want to explore the local towns (Altea, Moraira, Javea, Denia) there is a private car parking space.

This spacious, bright and comfortable apartment has been recently renovated. Both bedrooms are full size double bedrooms with air-conditioning. The master bedroom benefits from a sea view with glass doors opening onto the large balcony.

With breath-taking views over the Mediterranean, you can relax on the balcony and enjoy fantastic outdoor lunches or evening meals and watch the world go by. The balcony boasts seamless bi-fold windows which can be closed to create a dining room in the winter months.
Wi fi is available for an additional cost if requested when booking.
Unfortunately for late arrivals there will be a charge. Arrivals after 10pm the charge is E30. After midnight the charge is E50

Fantastic location with stunning sea view and the beach is literally outside the building as well as some great restaurants right on the promenade. Beautiful, modern, fully equipped kitchen which was recently renovated. Beach parasol, beach chair and cooler box were extremely useful. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. The manager Ann was very friendly, waiting for us already as we were approaching the building, and helped us with any question we had.Some things to impove are: replace the bed linen and pillows; add some more light in the bathroom; replace the only pan in the kitchen (as it is not suitable for use).Overall, we had a lovely holiday and enjoyed it very much and would come back.

Fantastic Location

My sister and I came with our elderly mum who is 86. We knew our mum wouldn’t be up to eating out every night so we were really happy with the large balcony and well equipped kitchen.

Holiday in Calpe

Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment . Right beside the beach and close to the restaurants and supermarket. . Felt safe . Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The apartment had everything you needed for your stay.

Flat was exactly where I thought it was. Great view. For the time of year, air conditioning was fabulous, beds comfy and every thing you could think of. There were a couple of niggles, such as the bathroom window wouldnt close and the outside blind in the smaller bedroom was tough to get down. Would highly recommend this and would go back, but perhaps later in the year as there were a few days you just couldn't ait outside due to the heat.

Location is perfect

Loved how close we were to the sea! Shops and restaurants all around too. Few issues with the patio door to the balcony but the manager sorted very quickly for us. Having the secure parking was a real bonus as apartmemt is right in middle of town. Just adored being able to just dip in that amazing sea whenever we wanted to, just a few steps from apartment door! And the view whilst sitting on the balcony was amazing!!! Would definitely go again and we always said we would not go to the same place twice. Drawback for some is this is obviously a location for the Spanish to holiday at and so not many establishments spoke English. But we had someone fluient in spanish with us so not an issue, and pictures in most menus if not words.

The apartment is located – in our opinion – in the very best place in Calpe. First row to the water with a beautiful view, and within walking distance of everything – both sights and shopping opportunities with a large supermarket only 100 m. away.The glass sections in front of the terrace, which can be opened/closed completely, make it possible to use the terrace day and night in all kinds of weather – even a cold winter day, which is important, since the dining table and chairs are on the terrace.The apartment itself is also nice and bright. We would have liked a small table by the sofas, where we could put our coffee when watching the news on TV. Apart from that we spend most of the time on the terrace. Deux semaines à Calpe

Les points positifs : - L'emplacement et sa vue incroyable sur la mer. - Grand supermarché dans l'immeuble d'en face. - Appartement moderne et fonctionnel. - Très belle cuisine avec lave linge et lave vaisselle. - La terrasse est grande. - Bonne literie et 2 chambres climatisées. Un ventilateur au plafond dans le salon très utile. - Les bars, restaurants et commerces variés accesibles dès la sortie de l'appartement. - Tout se fait à pieds, pas besoin de voiture. Les points à améliorer : -Accueil expéditif, en 5min chrono, la dame était visiblement très pressée, peu d'explications. - Il manque une table basse dans le salon. - La chambre des enfants n'est pas isolée contre le bruit, mes enfants ont eu du mal à dormir car la rue d'en bas est très bruyante à toute heure. Mais pour notre chambre, aucun problème, on a pas eu de bruit. - Il n'y a pas de passoire ni de poëlle dans la cuisine, juste une poëlle à griller la viande. On recommande ce logement sans hésitation on a passé de supers vacances avec 15 jours de soleil sans nuages⁷

There is a new fan in the salon and if you had e mailed me I could have explained how this works easily or Ann would have popped back to the apartment to show you. The apartment is on the beach front and occasionally there can be noise - Indeed my own children have always slept in the second bedroom and have never had any difficulty sleeping. I can only presume this was an exceptionally busy August. I do hope you will come back and stay in my apartment again.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé

L’appartement est suffisamment spacieux pour 4. Il est vraiment fonctionnel et possède de nombreux rangements comme équipements essentiels. Il est lumineux et très proche à pied des plus beaux endroits de Calpe. La vue sur la mer/la plage est absolument superbe. Vous êtes tellement proches que vous entendez le bruit des vagues! Le grand et long balcon avec vitres que vous pouvez ouvrir ou fermer et qui va du séjour jusqu’à la chambre principale est un vrai atout. Tout comme la climatisation dans les 2 chambres. Tout cela a contribué à la réussite de nos vacances et nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous le pouvons! Pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et le silence, il faut tout de même préciser que le coin est très animé en été. Il y a foule sur la promenade et deux restaurants très fréquentés. Mais le double vitrage de la chambre principale vous permet de bien dormir dans tous les cas. Pour nos enfants, dans l’autre chambre, pas de double vitrage donc un peu plus bruyant mais rien d’insurmontable non plus. On peut rarement tout avoir: la plage/la mer + toutes les commodités aussi proches et le calme dans le même temps. C’est donc une question de choix. Dernier point à signaler: selon nous, un effort devrait être fait sur l’entretien, la cuisine en particulier qui mériterait un gros nettoyage très approfondi (hotte aspirante saturée de graisse, tiroirs, poêles à renouveler d’urgence, frigo pas en parfait état). A envisager aussi: le changement des ampoules grillées dans l’appartement, le robinet du bidet doit également être changé ou réparé, les têtes de climatisation doivent être dépoussiérées. Ceci étant dit, nous recommandons cet appartement, car il présente beaucoup plus d’avantages que d’inconvénients. De plus, la propriétaire, Jeanine, comme son contact sur place , Ann, sont vraiment sympathiques, très à l’écoute et très réactives. Merci à elles pour tout cela et bonne continuation.

El apartamento esta en una situación inmejorable,unica diría... Las habitaciones pasables,... El punto muy nalo a destacar es que nos encontramos con una cocina llena de grasa en todos sus aparatos,y grasa en los azulejos,los muebkes antiguos y mal cuidados y ya ni digamos de la higiene de los utensilios de la cocina en ese aspecto muy muy mal!!!grasa encima de la necera en los mandos de la cocina,la nevera perdia agua y nos encontrabamos por la mañana una laguna en la misma cocina.. Valoracion pues un 6 de 10 ...

I am sorry that you did not say anything at the time you were staying in the apartment and let us know that you were unhappy when we could have investigated your complaints. I have spoken to Ann who entirely refutes your comments and says that everything was left in a clean and spotless manner. I have just received a review from a guest who has just left saying that "I have a wonderful apartment" and indeed all prior reviews and those immediately following your stay have been very good. We can only conclude that your unfair commments are unjustified.
