Dit prachtige zwembad huis is gelegen in het hart van Sarasota en op slechts enkele minuten van het wereldberoemde Siesta Key Beach! U bevindt zich op loopafstand van vele fantastische restaurants en winkels. Sarasota staat bekend om al zijn culturele activiteiten en er is elke dag van de week iets nieuws en opwindends aan de hand!
Dit prachtige huis biedt 4 ontspannende slaapkamers en 3 glinsterende ligbaden, er is ook een queensize slaapbank in de familiekamer. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een luxe kingsize bed en zakdeuren die openen naar een ruim hoofdbad met een jacuzzi en een aparte douche. Er is een full-size wasmachine en droger in de wasruimte en twee 46 'flatscreen-tv's in de woonkamer en een aparte familiekamer voor het geval twee groepen verschillende shows willen kijken. Voor degenen met jonge kinderen, bieden wij een pak'n play en kinderstoel zonder extra kosten!
De eettafel kan worden verlengd en heeft extra stoelen voor 10 personen.
Er is een grote Lanai voor entertainment, samen met het sprankelende verwarmde zwembad dat een kinderveiligheidshek heeft en dit alles is in de privacy van uw omheinde achtertuin!
