"Best vacation condo in Puerta Vallarta" - Views Views Views
Condo was absolutely incredible to stay at; very private, wonderful and welcoming staff, views will take your breath away. Everything about the condo was perfect, the kitchen, the grill (we stayed in one night and grilled - may have been our best night in PV eating by the dipping pool), both pools had perfect water temperature, very clean and quiet. As active Millennials as our group is, we LOVED the fact that we were getting exercise by the small hills to and from the condo; we even used this as our workout instead of running on the beach :). In town, people are gracious and more than happy to be a resource, especially when it comes to dinning; would recommend eating at Rosalinda, Vista, La Palapa (brunch/dinner) and Tacos Revolucion (lunch). Also if you need a haircut, go to Barber and Booze (amazing service and awesome drinks). Our vacation wouldn't have been this amazing, which goes back to people we met at Villas Loma Linda and the wonderful hospitality/accessibility that Daniel has provided with this condo. If we could give more than five stars we would in a heartbeat!
I'm so glad you enjoyed your time in PV, Morgan. Hopefully, you can return again soon. Thanks for the recommendations...So much to explore!
All my best,
The view is AMAZING!
WE loved living close to all of the downtown! Amazing food and shops :) Daniel, the owner, was very attentive to all of my questions. Thank you Daniel! We loved the condo complex and the pool and dipping pool. There is some street noise, but you get used to it after a few days.
Thank YOU, Kacey, for being a wonderful guest - and for choosing Casa Daniel as your home away from home in PV.
My husband and I stayed at Casa Daniels for 6 weeks.
The pictures are true to what the condo looks like. A very clean condo with a fabulous view from the patio of Banderas Bay. A awesome spot to sit and watch the sunsets. Close walk into town. There is a step hill and lots of steps to get there but that did not hold us back. There is a bit of noise from traffic but it quietens down at night. I always travel with ear plugs so that helped. After a few nights we didn’t hear it. It’s Mexico so you will get noise no matter where you go.
We did encounter a few problems while we where there but quickly got resolved . Dianel was quick to respond and the property Manager was on site daily and resolved the matters quickly.
A few things need to be updated The TV and also the Internet. It was hit and miss at times with The internet as it is shared with other condo units.
Otherwise we had a great time and would stay there again.
Thanks for your kind words, patience and understanding. I apologize for the inconveniences and sincerely hope they didn't prevent you from enjoying all PV has to offer. (On the bright side, the condo now has a new water heater, faucets, light switches - and the best water pressure in the building!) I would welcome you back to Casa Daniel anytime.
We loved our stay in Loma Linda! It was close enough to both the beach and the Old Town to walk, but a short Uber ride made things easier for us. There is an Oxo near by to pick up anything you might need. The main bedroom is loud from traffic noise but earplugs took care of it! Rooftop sunsets were beautiful! Will definitely recommend this place to others!
Thank you, Daniel
It was a pleasure hosting you, Chris.
Sending you warm wishes for a joyous 2018 (and a possible a return to PV),
Great Location, Friendly Hosts!
Daniel's place is very centrally located to the Romantic Zone, right off the Barra de Navidad highway - a bit noisy in the apartment but if you're used to city background noises, it's not too bad. Otherwise, take their advice and pack earplugs. Bedrooms have AC units but no central AC in the entire condo, if you're used to US refrigerator style AC, this place does not meet those requirements. The condo has a big beautiful balcony, when the windows are open it provides a nice cross-breeze. Most of our time was spent outdoors, enjoying the beach, just a five minute walk away. And the condo has two great pools with tons of lounge space. Daniel and his team, Silvia and Marta were all very friendly, warm and accommodating! Thanks for a great stay!
Thanks for your feedback, Mark. Sorry about the noise. Hopefully, the prime location and views made up for it!
Wish we could rewind and do it all over again!!!
My son and I had a wonderful time during our stay at Daniel's home in Puerto Vallarta. The pool was wonderful for quick dips during the hot days. Sitting outside on the balcony was wonderful with a book or watching the sunset with a cocktail in hand. Location is perfect. A quick walk down the hill gets you to the beach, Zona Romantica and the Malecon. Other reviewers are right that the taxi up the hill for 50 pesos is the best bet. We did the stairs up several times during the daylight hours and it is certainly a workout! I recommend saving the Malecon walk for sunset when it really comes alive. We ate at some wonderful places but dinner at Archie's Wok was a highlight. We enjoyed two adventures during our stay. We went zip lining with Los Veranos Canopy Tour and they were first class all the way. We also spent a morning stand up paddle boarding/snorkeling at Los Arcos with Alberto and Santiago at the Paddle Zone in Playa Mismaloya. Highly recommend. If you want an alternative to taxi service, we used Uber to get to the airport and down to Playa Mismaloya.
So glad you enjoyed yourselves, Deborah. Thanks for your recommendations!
