Great Stay!

Condo was in a good location close to restaurants and nice being on the water. There are a lot of steps to get from the condo from the parking lot. Host was very responsive!

Great Stay

The condo was just as expected in looking at the pictures. The location was easy access to where we needed to go. Tim was very responsive when we needed to contact him about a slight problem. Would definitely rent here again if we come back to the lake.

Good location and pool

This was a great location with a nice pool. There were several steps to the property though, and I think that should be mentioned in the description.

Nice place to stay with great views and was very clean. The bad was no tv, it would of been nice to have the local news and weather. But overall a great place

Great experience!

The view of the lake was as described and pool well maintained. Shopping was close, husband loved fishing around the docks. The deck/balcony needed some attention as the grill was neglected. However, we are already talking about coming back next year!

Carpet in living room dirty, a lot more stairs then I thought there would be, the sheets on the king size bed would not stay on the bed, but enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic!

First word as we walked in "wow"! The condo has a great view, nice deck and every amenity imaginable. The king bed is soooo comfy we actually slept past 7am. Our 4 legged daughter was so comfortable with her surroundings that she sacked out on the tiled fireplace area (very unusual for her). We will definitely become repeat visitors!

View and location were great! Very outdated and needs major plumbing work done. Master bath/shower had mold and wouldn't drain. Kitchen area , including appliances werent clean so we did ourselves. And weatherstrip on door makes door stick and hard to use lock. Old jelly beans found in fold out couch. Beds were very comfortable, but again very outdated sheets and bedding

Thank you for your feedback, Melinda. I will get with the cleaning company to address any cleaning issues. We always want to make sure our condo is very clean and comfortable for all of our guest. I came in to stay a few day after you were there and noticed and fixed the drain issue. We are also updating all of the bedding this off season. Thanks again for your feedback.

Well, we got there, and the cable doesn't work. Called manger he lives in St louis not near which i do not like. So i spend between talking with him Spectrum the provider and the repair guy 2 1/2 hours to get it to work. Then on Tuesday my wife opens the door to washer and drier and there is a sign washer doesn't work. Called manager says he knows nothing about which is hard to believe. I'm 67 wife 72 do not mind the stairs stayed here before. But do not need to carry laundry we always book condos with washer and driers. He offered to refund the washing fees so big of him. I've sold millions online and i screw up occasionally when i do i overcompensate for my mistakes. He doesn't have a clue washer hadn't been fixed when we left. Love the resort but will never stay in one of his condos again.

As you can tell by our 9.6 rating, we take the comfort and experience of our guest very seriously. The guest was displeased that I lived in another area. I explained that with VRBO and other platforms, the owner was not always nearby but not to worry, I would take care of anything that I could. This was the first time in 25 years that this was a concern from a guest. The trip did start out with a problem with the cable box. I received the call and immediately answered, stepping out of a restaurant from a family dinner. I worked with the guest to see if I could do anything over the phone, (while being met with anger and profanity). When that did not work I immediately contacted Spectrum for diagnostics and even a 3 way call with my guest. Unfortunately this was not successful so we scheduled an appointment the next day between 8am and 9am. The technician showed up at 8:06am and the box was replaced and done at 8:40am. Unfortunately there was another problem,  a previous guest put an out of order note on the washer but did not inform me. I apologized for the problem and offered to compensate the guest but my text was not returned. Had this been reported I would have had it fixed immediately or if it could not be fixed I would have notified the guest. I'm not a property manager but rather the property owner and we take great pride in our property and the comfort of our friends, family, and all guests. Thank you, Tim

Perfect location!!

If you are looking for the best location not only in Osage Beach but in Bridgepointe, this is it. It's so close to the pool, you can run back up to your room if you forget something (which I did many times). Also, very close to the parking lot - only one set of stairs up. Just makes things so much more convenient. This condo is also close to all of the attractions, just mins away from Miner Mike's, Dog Days, etc. Beautiful view of the lake from the room and the owner is extremely nice and helpful. I didn't read the instructions that came with in the room (oops) and had a question. He called me immediately to help me out. Also, left something behind and he was so helpful and accomodating to get it back to me. I have a 5 yr old and a 17 yr old and we all loved it here - great price for such a great condo and location. Will be back! Thanks!

My wife, kids and family along with all of our guest have enjoyed this great condo since 1998. We love the location because it's close to great restaurants, activities and shopping. We also love the giant deck for the best views at the lake.

There is not a more convenient or better view at the lake. We are in the heart of Osage Beach near all of the restaurants, stores and activities the lake has to offer.
