The apartment is situated really at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, in the Best area of Paris, located on the frontier of Arrondissement 7 and of the Arrondissement 15

EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION / BEST DISTRICT:
You are located very centrally, in the nicest district of Paris, really at the feet of the Eiffel Tower, a very beautiful and very safe place. The Eiffel Tower is located in the park Champs-de-Mars and the apartment is located at the edge of it. This is a perfect location to visit the Paris main tourist places by walk or metro. So, if you want to visit Paris by walk, you will definitely choose this place! Plus you will live in a very high level standing district (equivalent to NYC Central Park East side)
I took all the pictures myself, so they are not optimized by special effects made by a professional, and all the outside ones have been taken in the 50 yards around of the apartment. The apartment is exactly as shown on my pictures and it is clean, bright, quiet and safe.
The rooms' distribution is perfect (you can check it on my picture of its plan):

YOU HAVE THE ENTIRE APARTMENT for the proposed price. I will not remove my own personal belongings but you will have enough space for your own personal belongings. You will find the premises as you see it on my pictures
I am the owner, The apartment manager will stay available for any assistance during the time of your stay and we both speak English fluently
Apartment in a modern style building
Located at the 2nd floor with direct and quick access with 2 elevators or stairs. The right elevator (check my pictures) is very large adapted to wheelchairs and child strollers
CLEAN: Apartment is clean and interior of the building freshly renewed (2014). At the end of stay, a deep cleaning of the apartment is always made by a professional. I will ask you for Cleaning Fee like for every Guest because you benefit of the deep cleaning paid by the previous Guest
QUIET: View on a large quiet green Courtyard
BRIGHT: Orientation South West + Large double doors French windows let in plenty of sun light all day long
SAFE: High security under the supervision of 2 Janitors living in the 1st floor of the building. Access to the building controlled by 2 doors with digital codes (Access security pass provided). Video monitoring by the 2 janitors

- 1 MASTER BEDROOM with 1 King size bed Sleeps 2 people (180cmX190cm)
- 1 BEDROOM with 2 separated beds Sleeps 2 people: 1 Mezzanine bed (90cmX190cm) accessible with a secured bed ladder + 1 lower bed with an electric bed frame to adjust the mattress position (90X190cm), Kids friendly. Kids adore sleeping on the top bed and to play with the electric bed frame of the lower bed
- 1 LIVING-ROOM with 1 Queen Size Sofa-bed Sleeps 2 people (160cmX190cm) + 1 couch for eventually a 7th person

Hello dear Guest! I am the owner of this apartment and I am born Parisian. I did Assas University then La Sorbonne University and got 2 PhD, one in Law and one in Economic siences. I have been travelling a lot all my life, for fun as much as for my work. I worked as a manager in a famous American firm based in California, later in an Australian one, then in a German company. I have lots of American friends everywhere in USA and all over the World. I have travelled a lot in USA, a country that I love. I also have family living in Australia which I consider as a marvellous country as well.

I have chosen to live here since 2000 because of its very central location. That way I do not need to drive a car in Paris and I can easily walk to all my favourite places. Indeed I wanted to live in a nice, quiet and safe district, as close as possible from the Eiffel Tower. Because I love watching the Eiffel Tower when I cross the Park Champs-de-mars nearby, especially at night because the way the tower is light makes a magnificent show every night! Indeed I like to live near a park because I love space and nature.

4 adults and 1 child fit very comfortably. Supermarket right next door was so convenient. 10 minute walk to EiffelTour. Very quiet safe area. Eric did everything to make our stay amazing. He worked to check us in early when we had a long time to wait from our arrival and it was cold and we were exhausted. He also helped me pick up an important package I had delivered there. Also offered rides from the airport and to the train station at a reasonable price. Laundry is small but very convenient. Apt was clean and rooms offered privacy. I would definitely stay here again if I came back.

Good stay in Paris
The apartment fit my family of 6 perfectly. The location is nice and quiet, with easy access to public transportation. There are many restaurants and cafes near by.
Eric is a very nice host. He responded all communications in a timely manner. He also provides airport service, which is convenient.

Funky apartment, well located just off the Champs du Mars
Convenient, spacious and comfortable. We would rent again. Good for a couple with two kids.
We loved the property, it was 3 blocks to the park with a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower!
2 bedrooms with a kitchen. It is a very nice apartment. We arranged pick up with the manager, worked out well. Enjoyed staying & would go there again.

This was a perfect place for our family to stay. We were always just up and out the door and came back late, so we didn't spend much time in the flat, but it was very comfortable. Everything was great! Would recommend.

Our family of 4 stayed here very comfortably in September. It was warm so we slept with the windows open, the whole complex was so quiet. Very nice neighborhood, it had everything we needed nearby: grocery store, metro, cafes, halal restaurants, bike rental, Eiffel Tower. I could have used some more closet space, somewhere to put the suitcases. Other than that it was lovely. And Eric, the manager, was great and very helpful.
