The ranch has been in the family since 1966, focussing on citrus. We grow some of the best oranges and grapefruit found anywhere. The ranch house was built in 1985 and recently renovated. Now we want to share this special place with others.
Steve purchased this Farmhouse in 1966
Why Steve chose Springville
Dad picked the most beautiful ranch with three small lakes for fishing and swimming, large hills for hiking, citrus groves and spectacular mountain views. This has now been passed down to us.
What makes this Farmhouse unique
Go on a day hike through the groves, hike the hills and swim across the lake while never leaving your property.

Beautiful home with amazing views
The house is a wonderful family get-away. Enjoyed the views, the quiet, the outstanding house (and well stocked with everything you could need) while kids loved the pond, game room, horses and tree swing. Loved it.
The house is secluded, big, well maintained and equipped with everything your family might need. The lake was a great opportunity to cool down (it was very hot), the horses, the bunnies, the cows were spectacular to watch every day. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.
This is a great reset from our a average living. The ponds was a hit and the canoes were icing on the cake. Love that we have so much privacy and the house was fully stocked. Wish we took advantage of the hiking and the horses was extremely friendly. Thanks for hosting!!
Very beautiful location, but WiFi did not work and no cell coverage for Verizon.
If you are looking for a place to get away and unplug with a nice view and plenty of seclusion, then this is your place. Note, the address on vrbo was not correct and the first of our party to arrive met the neighbors. No WiFi or Verizon cell coverage and no tv.
Our large family spent end of 2017 and welcomed in 2018 at the Ranch. It was a great getaway allowing us to spend some quality time together. We explored the hills and ponds surrounding the house and made a trip to Balch Park for some exploring. The wild horses on the property were super friendly and intrigued by our two Great Danes. House worked out perfect and the setting was fantastic.
Great Cabin and Great Area
Working in the area and stayed here it is a very nice place.
Ranch is 1/2 mile from the Springville Rodeo which is every April.
