Nuestro objetivo malcriará ..Super limpia .. acaba de actualizar primer dormitorio tiene 'cama superior de almohada New'queen tamaño, la segunda tiene 2 "nuevas" camas con acolchado de tamaño completo, nuevo tope de la línea de las almohadas y sábanas de algodón! Con wifi, cocina tiene nevera con 5 galones de agua (filtrada) para beber y máquina de hielo, horno con 4 hornallas, microondas, tostadora y cafetera, parrilla de barbacoa de gas en el muelle, mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 y sala de estar con gran sección y televisión de pantalla plana con Netflix y canales locales de Miami. Atraque de un barco con agua fresca de lavado. Casa está a poca distancia de la playa y club de playa y restaurante cerca de la concha pequeña y barra de arena Mackeys. Almacenamos la cocina de esta casa con café, té, azúcar, edulcorantes, jabón lavavajillas, toallas de papel, papel de aluminio, especias, y mucho más! jabón de paño, jabón líquido del baño, 2 en el champú. tantos adicional.

Bimini Time

Great home with everything you need for an amazing trip in Bimini! Kenny and Pauline are fantastic hosts that have local recommendations on the island and while out on the water! The golf cart rental made it very easy to get around the island! We will definitely be back!

Bimini Trip

This place was just as described Kenny and Pauline were above accommodating. Power went off one day we were fine but Kenny hooked up the generator just to be sure. golf cart rental was great it was on the property which made it very easy and pretty much anything you want to know about Bimini Kenny will be able to give you information on it. we would have had a great trip regardless but they made it that much better Thanks see you next time !!!!

Short but Sweet

We have stayed in this house several times and each time it's always amazing! It's always fully stocked and super clean. There was even a freezer outside on the deck to put bait it which is super convenient. The owners were close by and introduced themselves and made sure we had everything we needed. FYI...they have another unit right next to this one so if you need more space for a large gathering it would be convenient. The best part is not having to pay extra for dockage and your boat is right out the door. Will keep coming back!

Perfect little Bimini home!

We absolutely loved our stay in Kenny's place. Kenny came and visited often and gave us great pointers for fishing and island life. Home was very well appointed and we all loved the huge comfy couch! Everything worked as it should, a/c was cold, water was hot and pressure was fantastic. We rented the golf cart along with the house and it made getting around the island so fun. We spent most of our days on our boat so it was nice having the dock right outside and fish cleaning station with a hose right there. There was even a deep freezer with bait that Kenny let us use! We caught tons of barracuda & mackerel. The only downfall would be the bugs. I cannot say this enough--- bring plenty of bug spray (more than 1 can). The mosquitos are insane! But that's the price you pay for paradise, I suppose. Also, the only warning I would heed on this cute little home is that the bathrooms/showers are pretty small so a large person (300lbs+) would likely have a hard time maneuvering around the bathroom.

Bimini with a twist!

First off let me start this by saying Ken and Pauline are amazing host and you will not find anyone more suited to being hosts than this lovely couple. This was our first trip to Bimini with a party of 5. We had 4 adults and a 11 yo boy. I actually booked this trip while I was still deployed to Iraq and was just dreaming about blue waters and great time and Bimini didn't disappoint and neither did the accommodations. The house has a dock large enough to fit a 40' boat with no issues. The two bedrooms were perfect size and the AC worked like a champ. The fridge and outdoor freezer were perfect for us and the open concert living, dining, and kitchen made for a cozy place to hang out after dark. We rented a golf cart from Ken and wouldn't you know it, it had a flat tire 3/4 mile away from the house. A local gave us a ride back to the house and a simple text to Ken and he had another one for us to use no worries. If you are smart you will book Ken for a day trip of fishing and snorkeling just to get to know the waters better before heading out on your own. The island lost power for about 2 days but no need to worry Ken and Pauline have a generator! Let me tell you this is a life saver when you have been on the water all day and want a shower and AC. We were booked for 6 days but weather wasn't our friend so we ended up staying an additional night and thanks to the kindness of our host we actually had a place to stay. I'll be booking again very soon with Ken and Pauline for another epic Bimini trip for sure. You will have zero issues staying here and that's really due to the way the Host take care of the place.

Quiet and Convenient

Our stay was perfect, and had no issues. Kenneth was great with communicating with us. We were out on the boat mostly during the day and was at the house just for the evenings/night. Having the dock just a few steps from the house is perfect. The bait freezer outside was a huge bonus. It was fun feeding the nurse sharks in the evenings after cleaning our catches. It was a perfect and quiet getaway for us.

Great location for boaters

Kenny’s place was located on a canal in south bimini . The dock was great and very convenient for loaded and unloading from the house steps away. Fresh water hose on the dock, freezer and great amenities. We will definitely be back.

2021 Bimini Spring Trip

Great house right on the canal and also near the beach, which was of course beautiful. Kenny and Pauline were great hosts, and Kenny was always only a phone call away if we had a question or needed anything. It was great having our boat docked right next to the house, and the fresh water washdown and the fish cleaning station were a real plus. Kenny shared tips and local knowledge which helped make the trip much more enjoyable. South Bimini is laid back and a lot of fun, and I highly recommend staying in this house or in any of the other houses of Kenny and Pauline on South Bimini.

Bimini Getaway

We love staying in this little gem. It's easily accessed from the canal with a dock in front of the house which makes loading and unloading the boat a breeze. The front porch extends the entire length of the house and the outdoor shower is fantastic for washing the sand and salt water off. The house is very comfortable for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms (3 beds) and 2 bathrooms, large living room and nicely stocked kitchen. The filtered water is a bonus! The owners are locals and are quick to respond to emails. Ken & Pauline always make our stay quite comfortable and we look forward to going back every year!

Lovely cottage on the canal

there is a big difference between north and South Bimini. Where this cottage is located the surroundings are peaceful, relaxing and quite enjoyable. You can explore the island, ride out to the beach on the golf cart (available by the owner) or walk out the front door and hop right onto the boat (available by the owner). It is perfect for a getaway. Be aware the available provisions on the island are slim pickings so come prepared or plan a trip to north to the small grocery store. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay in Port Royal. Clean, quiet, and well maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed. A/C was cold and the beds were comfy. Pull your boat up to the front door, drop your bags, and relax. We hope to be back again soon.

The house has everything you could possibly need to have a great time. Kenny and Pauline were very accommodating when we had to arrive early because of the weather and put us in another of their rentals. Which also was very nice. We will definitely be renting this again!!! Thanks Kenny and Pauline

Amazing place

We had motor issues and was unable to make the crossing. Had excellent communication with owner for months and answered all questions. Property is an excellent choice for anyone coming over on their own boat.

We have had a vacation home here since 1989 and now live in port royale south bimini full time.Port Royale is a community of about 60 homes .90% +retired Americans.We love it here .We are property mangers for most of the vaction homes.and My husband does all the 'Honey do lists for are property owners.We help over 2 dozen people buy and build in South Bimini.and the all are Happy and good friends.We enjoy getting together and socializing and cooking together.I joke it takes three woman in my kitchen to cook a meal.But the men and woman all are great grillers and cooks.we laugh and swap fish stories ect.
