Ocean view home on canal w/dock in South Bimini

Little Conch is an island house in South Bimini with amazing ocean views, large windows & sliding doors, wraparound wood porch, and an 80-ft dock.

The front bedroom has a king bed and a sliding door that opens to the front porch where you can see the sunrise. The second bedroom has a double bed & 2 bunk beds. Both bedrooms have canal/dock view.

The kitchen has new cabinets & appliances & is stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious catch of the day! It also has a sliding door that opens to the back deck. From the sliding door you have a view of the canal & dock.

The living room has 2 futons. Both the living & dining rooms have large windows with ocean view. The bathroom has a tub/shower.

There are 2 beaches for you to enjoy. One is directly across the street and the other is a short 10 min walk. There are also some incredible spots for snorkeling & fishing.

Amenities include: dishwasher, central a/c, bath towels, hair dryer, washer/dryer, bicycles, beach towels & kayak.

*A few things about island life to keep in mind:
- There are frequent power outages & the wifi is spotty
- The water supply is limited. Please do not be wasteful when using water
- There are many insects. We recommend you bring insect repellent.
- There is a small market with limited grocery items and one restaurant. We recommend you bring all your food, enough for the duration of your stay
- The water is non-potable (not of drinking quality). Guests should bring sufficient drinking water.

Great communication from the owner. The residence was as advertised. The dock was great for our boat and we rented a golf cart on the island and was able to explore it easily. We really enjoyed our weekend there.

Bimini Summer Trip

Lots of fishing. Snorkeling at the Sopona and feed sharks and rays at Honey moon island. Made a trip to Gingerbreads and shot some Hog fish! Very nice house plenty of places to sleep. Full kitchen made cooking dinner super easy. And the view is amazing! Definitely bring bug spray!

Loved this property would definitely visit again. On the quiet side of the island able to relax after being on the water all day. Boats were extremely helpful and we're able to help us with contacts to rent a good cart. Able to dock our boat and just head up to the house so convenient. Startled by the dock security when I hopped off the boat and an iguana ran across the yard. So funny to see me jump but they weren't a problem just added to the experience.

Great Place!

Excellent small house. Very well appointed and very clean. The view and beach out front are nice. Great AC. Dock is great. Lots of beds was really good for our kids. Just FYI ... in June there were a lot of mosquitoes when the wind slacked off. They have bug spray but a head mosquito net would be very helpful to keep them out of your face. I'm told that gets better after the summer.

What a great house on South Bimini!! Nice and clean, perfect location without all the noise and people on north Bimini. Denise was very good at communication and nice. Will definitely be going back to this great place!!!

Nice South Bimini Home

This home is great for travellers arriving by boat. The home is located on a quiet canal only 5 minutes to open water. Eveything was in working order and the home was well equipped. We would stay here again.

Bimini lodging

House is in great location and dock is a huge plus however, the property was littered with hard debris like rusted wheels and other construction debris. I also had to pick out a number of broken bottles from the JetSki launch, which itself was a nice idea, but failed in the amount of garbage and gnarly impediments to a safe dockage. However, host was very pleasant to deal with and sent over her handyman when the power went out, which was a nice touch.

Another great stay on South Bimini!

Repeat stay at this property for us and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Owners have done a great job with this property. Views are great, house and dock have everything you need. Addition of two bikes is a plus when golf carts can be difficult on South sometimes. It’s a great south bimini house! Will keep coming back for sure.

Off the beaten Path!

My family of 7 had a wonderful time at this Home. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. If you want to experience Bimini away from the cruise ship tourists, this is the place. Just bring lots of cash and food as the locals only take cash and groceries are few.

Great experience!

We’ve stayed on this property for 2 nights on the Holidays. Such a cozy and cute place in a quiet and safe side of South Bimini Island. Well maintained inside, sleeping up to 8 people. We had a great time and hope to come back again soon!

Fabulous views, great dock and appointed well!

Great dock to hold 39ft boat and front porch is a great place to sit at the end of the day. Cottage feel to the house, very comfy and good water pressure! South Bimini favorite!
