Nice Place near Great Beach

Great place for couples with up to four children in walking distance to one of the best beaches on ELBA. The kitchen/Living room is spacious enough and the outdoor area and garden are great for the kids. The place was generally practical and had almost everything needed, even an iron & ironboard was provided, which we needed. ;) For sleeping there is one double bed only and 4 individual beds, plus one bed for a child in the master bedroom. (This should be in the description) Communication was very good in English. At the end of the season some things need repair or refurbishing so that this place does not come across "overly used", becoming a little 'old'. It was clean, though. WLAN would of course also be nice in these days... Still, we enjoyed this place, the nearness to Porteferraio and the beach with restaurants & snackbar, etc. Just don't expect perfection but love Ars Vivendi. ;))

Tolle Unterkunft, nah an einem sehr schönen Strand

Wir haben die 10 Tage in vollen Zügen genossen : Eine Wohnung, mit allem, was es braucht (nicht stylisch, aber praktisch), ein toller Strand, der in 5 Minuten erreichbar ist (mit einer leckeren Pizzeria und einen guten Restaurant und Eis für die Kinder und..., sehr nette Vermieter.Der Blick aufs Meer ist inzwischen zugewachsen, das Rauschen ist weiterhin zu hören , es bleibt aber ein toller Ausblick auf die Berge und ein schöner Garten.Liegt ideal für alle Unternehmungen auf Elba

Comfort a due passi dal mare

Wir hatten einen gelungenen Familienurlaub mit unseren 3 Jungs. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt. Die Anreisemodalitäten und Kommunikation waren problemlos. Sehr nette Vermieter, jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura le settimane centrali di settembre. La proprietà è molto spaziosa e immersa nel verde. La posizione è ottima. Geräumige Wohnung zweckmäßiger Ausstattung

Alberto ist ein sehr liebenswürdiger Gastgeber, der sich sofort um die Belange seiner Gäste kümmert. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch ist völlig problemlos! Die Wohnung ist recht geräumig und bot für 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (8 u. 10) sehr viel Platz. Sehr schön ist der Wintergarten, in welchem man vom Wetter unabhängig die Mahlzeiten einnehmen kann. Der Garten ist sehr schön und bietet Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mitten im Grünen und der Scaglieri- bzw. Biodolastrand ist fußläufig problemlos in etwa 5 min zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist zwar schon etwas älter, jedoch war alles sauber und Haushaltsutensilien in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Falls etwas fehlt, hilft Alberto sofort weiter. Die Bilder vermitteln einen realistischen Eindruck der Wohnung. Für diese Wohnlage oberhalb der Biodola-Bucht ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung. Man sollte allerdings keine Luxuswohnung erwarten, dafür muss man gut das Doppelte investieren. Uns und den Kindern hat es gut gefallen! Grazie Alberto!

Gut gelegene Wohnung mit sehr schönem Garten

Wir haben zu zweit drei Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Beim anfangs heißen Wetter haben wir es genossen, dass der Wintergarten noch unverglast war. Als es abends kühler wurde, hat Alberto eine Glaswand eingesetzt, so dass wir weiterhin unsere Abende draußen im Wintergarten verbringen konnten. Alberto ist überhaupt ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Der private Garten und die direkte Umgebung sind sehr schön anzusehen, so dass man auch Tage "zuhause" verbringen kann und dabei immer schöne toskanische Landschaft im Blick hat. Angenehm ist auch, dass es guten Mobil-/Datenempfang gibt (das ist nicht überall auf Elba so). Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar. Man erreicht einfach zu Fuß die Strände Scaglieri, Forno und Biodola und ist doch abseits vom damit verbundenen Trubel. Nur die Animation des Campingplatzes hört man in der Hochsaison deutlich, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.

Un luogo perfetto per le nostre vacanze

Davvero una vacanza perfetta per le nostre esigenze familiari. La casa davvero bellissima, il luogo incantevole, immerso nel verde e lontano da traffico e rumori. Alberto, il proprietario, sempre gentile e disponibile, una persona davvero amabile e sempre presente per qualsiasi esigenza. Un petit coin de paradis chez Alberto et son accueil très chaleureux et sympathique, visiblement très heureux de parler français avec nous et de nous livrer de précieux conseils sur l'île d'Elbe. Jardin magnifique avec salon de jardin, barbecue, véranda et tout le confort dans la maison. Nous recommandons fortement cette location très bien située sur l'île et au calme. Una vacanza oltre le aspettative!

A lovely family holiday in Alberto's property. There was plenty of room for the four of us, and the beautiful garden made it feel even more spacious. The outdoor eating areas made for delightful al fresco dining, and we enjoyed the use of the BBQ. The position of the house couldn't have been better - in a very quiet area, just a short walk to the sandy beach of Scaglieri, but also an easy drive to reach the white beaches of Padulella, Sansone, Capo Bianco for when we wanted to explore a little further. Alberto was very welcoming and full of information and recommendations about the local area. Highly recommended!

Ottima sistemazione ad un ottimo prezzo

Ottima sistemazione, comoda come vicinanza alla spiaggia di Scaglieri e Biodola raggiungibili a piedi e posizione strategica come punto di partenza per tutte le altre spiagge e località dell'isola. Il proprietario sig. Alberto è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. L'appartamento, oltre agli ampi locali, dispone di un bel giardino ad uso esclusivo che abbiamo sfruttato molto (è attrezzato con lettini, doccia esterna, barbecue a gas, 3 tavoli esterni etc.). Tutto noi (4 adulti + 2 bambini di 4 e 6 anni) siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della sistemazione.

Wunderschön ruhig und etwas abseits gelegen. Strand nur 5 min zu Fuß. Perfekt ausgestattet.

Eine wunderbar gelegene Wohnung mit eigenem liebevoll angelegtem Garten in einer sehr ruhigen Lage abseits des Strandrummels. Der Strand (schöner Sandstrand) ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alberto, der Vermieter, ist supernett und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet, wir haben jedenfalls nichts vermisst. Unter der überdachten und verglasten Terrasse konnten wir bei jedem Wetter draußen essen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Danke für die wunderschöne Zeit.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, hilfsbereiter Vermieter!

Wir haben Ende August/Anfang September unseren Urlaub in Scaglieri verbracht. Die Wohnung war für uns und unsere vier Kinder optimal geeignet. Insbesondere der abgeschlossene, schöne Garten ist mit kleinen Kindern sehr schön und sicher. Die zu Fuß erreichbaren Strände haben wir oft genutzt. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber funktional und komplett ausgestattet. Vermieter Alberto hat uns gleich am Anfang sehr herzlich begrüßt, hat sich um kleinere Probleme schnell gekümmert (den "verstorbenen" Fernseher hat er innerhalb von zwei Tagen durch einen neuen ersetzt!) und war immer sehr gut für Rückfragen und Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Ausflüge erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung an guter Lage

Schöne Wohnung mit tollen Garten. Alle Mahlzeiten können im Wintergarten eingenommen werden - es hat genug Platz. Strand ist zu Fuss - auch mit Kindern- gut erreichbar. Vermieter Alberto ist ein unkomplizierter & netter Gastgeber dem das Wohle seiner Mieter stehts wichtig ist.

très bel appartement

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cet appartement. Il dispose d'un grand jardin sécurisé pour les enfants. La plage ,superbe, est à 5 minutes à pied. Alberto parle très bien français et est de bons conseils! Nous sommes ravis!

Fantastico, come sempre

Nette Wohnung in toller Lage!

Nette Wohnung inmitten der Macchia mit Blick auf den Monte Capanne. Schoene grosse Terasse & Garten mit Grill. Die wunderschoene Scaglieri bzw Biodola Bucht fusslaeufig problemlos erreichbar. Wem Dinge wie Natur, Ruhe, Lage, Blick wichtig sind und beim Standard kleinere Abstriche macht (zB funktionierte der Geschirrspueler waehrend unseres Aufenthaltes nicht) ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Vermieter Alberto ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber der stets mit Rat & Tat zur Seite steht.
