And 'comprises entrance hall, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), living room (with sofa bed), kitchen, bathroom and closet. The house is located in the historical center in the upper part of the country. The public parking is about 100 m from the house. E 'perfectly functional. Facing south, it allows a wonderful view over the valley to the sea! Beautiful and large terrace where you can dine, sunbathe by day and relax in the evening while enjoying a good glass of wine!

Schöner Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Wir waren eine Woche in Perinaldo und haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit einem herrlichen Blick in Richtung Meer. Sie ist sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Auch der sehr späte Check in war überhaupt kein Problem. Vielen Dank

Tra terra e mare un cielo si apre su di voi

Abitazione che corrisponde alle descrizioni, il terrazzino e' un angolo di luce e di mondo che si spalanca sul vostro soggiorno.Per chi ama un cielo aperto sopra di sé,un orizzonte marino e la presenza delle montagne che rendono la vacanza più vicina alla natura. Luogo pieno di memorie e di bellezza, ultima nota da considerare il parcheggio non e' molto vicino,ma verrete ripagati dal resto.

the best terrace view in the valley!

We spent more than three weeks with an incredibly beautiful view of the valley and the sea. Perinaldo is exposed to cross-breeze and it makes it very comfortable even on the hottest days. The terrace is one of the highest in the neighborhood so you have a lot of privacy.The apartment needs a little bit of care, it really feels like somebody's home, except that the inhabitants had been away for a while. The apartment has 2 bedrooms but we only used a portion of it, for two people it was just perfect. The owners are very friendly, they run a farm nearby so you can also get vegetables from them if you want. We would come back.

UNBESCHREIBLICH SCHÖNE AUSSICHT

Die Wohnung und Umgebung entspricht genau der Beschreibung des Anbieters. Schöne mittelalterliche Stadt/Dorf. Bis zum Strand in Valecrosia (kein Sandstrand) braucht man ca. 30 min. mit dem Auto. Die Wohnung befindet sich im praktsich höchsten Punkt des Dorfes. Eine großartige, tolle Aussicht von der ziemlich großen Terrasse über die Berge bis zum Meer. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bilder des Anbieters. Die Ausstattung ist zwar ziemlich gebraucht, aber funktionsfähig. Es ist eigentlich alles da, was man für so einen Wochenaufenthalt brauchen könnte. Die zwei Einzelbetten in einem Zimmer (Kinderzimmer) sind jedoch für "große" Erwachsene nicht so geeignet, ein wenig zu kurz. Die Atmosphäre im Dorf ist super.An beiden Wochenenden gab es jeweils die Ortsfeste mit Konzerten etc. Das Essen in dem Restaurant war wirklich toll und weiter zu empfehlen.

Panorama incantevole

Sono appena tornato da una settimana trascorsa in questa casa: e' stata una bella esperienza. L'alloggio e' completo di ogni cosa: come infatti qualcuno ha gia' notato, sembra piu' una casa “normale” che una una casa-vacanze. Al momento andrebbe solo migliorata l'aerazione del bagno. Il panorama dalla terrazza e' come da annuncio: incantevole. Il posto in cui la casa si trova - il centro storico di Perinaldo - e' , per gli amanti del genere, molto bello. Case antiche, alcune ristrutturate altre no, che si affacciano su vicoli strettissimi, quasi tutti off-limits per le macchine. Quando si passeggia per questi vicoli sembra di fare un salto indietro nel tempo. I proprietari della casa sono gentili e disponibili, veramente.

"L''abitazione è molto co...

"L''abitazione è molto confortevole e silenziosa. Perinaldo è un bellissimo e affascinante paese mediovale in cui è possibile rilassarsi e fare suggestive passeggiate. Le località di mare sono facilmente raggiungibili. Il clima è ottimo. Una chicca è la terrazza: spaziosa e con una incantevole esposizione che permette una magnifica vista sulla vallata. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Da tornarci!"

"Perinaldo è un borgo che merita di essere visitato. E’ particolarmente indicato per famiglie con bambini e anziani. Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno che speriamo di ripetere. L''abitazione è vivibilissima e rispecchia fedelmente la descrizione riportata sul sito. in particolare dispone di una magnifica terrazza che permette una vista fino al mare. I proprietari sono molto disponibili. Consigliata. "

A notre arrivée, nous avo...

A notre arrivée, nous avons vraiment été impressionnés par la beauté et le côté pittoresque de ce village. La famille nous ayant loué l'appartement était aux petits soins avec nous, nous considérant plus comme des amis que comme des clients. Un bon exemple de l'hospitalité italienne.. Nous recommandons fortement cette destination, notamment aux personnes aimant la marche et l'époque médiévale, mais également l'astronomie (cf observatoire Perinaldo). Durant le mois d'août, les fêtes locales sont chaleureuses, et permettent de découvrir la cuisine ligure. L'appartement était conforme à l'annonce. Nous garderons un grand souvenir de ce séjour.

So, we arrived in Perinal...

So, we arrived in Perinaldo from Apricale, driving for about 6 kilometers on one of those narrow, steep Ligurian roads that some may define terrifying, but that locals (including old ladies) drive with sometimes an excess of ease. We parked our car right in the Church square just to download our luggage, then we had about hundred yards to go to the apartment. For the night, there are several easy places below to park your car, basically it`s less than ten minutes walking to the apartment, with some very steep yards up. The apartment is fine, with bedroom provided with ample space for clothes (plus a bed place in another smaller room), living room, bathroom and a tiny but working kitchen. More a typical Italian family apartment, in our opinion, than a vacation home. That was perhaps the reason the owners ask a 250 Euros deposit in case something is broken. It felt a bit awkward for us, we wondered what we could have destroyed with such a considerable amount of money, anyway we kind of moved even more carefully than we usually do, and, since we did not break anything at all, the money was promptly returned at the end. Of course we understand the concern, but (this is just our opinion) perhaps there could be another way around the problem. Anyway, the outstanding and most enjoyable feature of the apartment is the terrace, with a great view of the mountains on the east and west and straight down south to the sea. All said, we greatly enjoyed our stay there. Perinaldo is not as turistically advanced as some other medioeval villages in Liguria, like Apricale or Dolceacqua, for instance, but, for one thing, we did not have to walk in the carrugi (the narrow village streets typical of Liguria) trying to avoid cat`s shit (that would be the case in the otherwise charming Apricale). And we absolutely loved the experience in Perinaldo.

"Il contesto è splendido ...

"Il contesto è splendido e come previsto la spiaggia a Vallecrosia era dotata di una area dedicata ai cani molto carina. Il panorama che si gode dall''appartamento è splendido e le stellate notturne da mozzare il fiato. Bisogna entrare nello spirito del luogo che poco lascia alle comodità, il percorso per raggiungere l''appartamento è da fare a piedi e all''inizio preoccupa un pò, ma una volta trovato il passo giusto è parte integrante di questo sito. Il paese di Perinaldo è molto attrezzato, unico neo la possibilità di parcheggio, ma c''è un bar molto accogliente e per i bambini è un posto eccellente, poche macchine e percorsi quasi unicamente dedicati ai pedoni, le macchine che transitano procedono molto piano e evitano pericoli. Direi che la vacanza ha superato le aspettative iniziali. L''unico avvertimento è quello di non avventurarsi da subito con l''auto sulle stradine interne, ma farlo dopo una opportuna verifica a piedi, si rischia di lasciarci i freni. Tutto molto accogliente."

Perinaldo è un paese molt...

Perinaldo è un paese molto gradevole, interessanti i riferimenti astronomici e le possibilità di passeggiate, accogliente per i bambini. L'appartamento è valido ed in ottima posizione, splendido panorama dalla terrazza. Il 5° letto è piuttosto scomodo e anche i letti dei bambini necessitano di piccoli interventi. Accoglienti e cortesi i proprietari; concordare con chiarezza in anticipo le eventuali spese aggiuntive.
