Cozy Cottage Retreat in Bajardo

This Traditional rusico cottage is located in a wonderful rural hamlet village of Berzi within the comune of Bajardo. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.


This property has a Jotul woodburner to keep you cosy(extra fuel costs during the winter months)to keep you warm during your stay.

Staying here also allows you access to our beautiful private garden.


As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge - freezer, gas hob, an electric oven, a toaster, a kettle(we do leave basic food essentials which you need to replace if used.

The cottage is a perfect(unique landscape surroundings full of nature and wildlife)place to relax and offers a smart television with Bluetooth surround sound bar, internet access and a dvd player & music cd player.


This cottage has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5.
In the first bedroom, you will find a single bed.
The second bedroom contains a super king brass posted bed.

There is additional sleeping space in the cottage, comprising a super king bed in the living room which is very cool and comfortable during the hot 🔥 summer months 2ft thick stone walls.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is ensuite and has a toilet and sink.
The second bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink,beday and a walk-in shower.


Linen, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 5pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking very near the property,unloading is just 80ft away on a flat path and then parking next to the beautiful church ⛪️.
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
