Elegant house for 4 to 5 people; fully restored in the Périgord style. great comfort: stylish furniture, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 other with 3 single bed, bathroom with 2 sinks and walk-in shower, fitted kitchen, living room and
living room with a fireplace. terrace with garden furniture to have breakfast with the rising sun. lunch and dinner under the majestic lime tree private swimming pool from summer 2016 overlooking the fields and woods therefore absolute calm, possibility of playing a small game of bowls or sunbathing. if not walk on foot, possibility of renting bikes at Monpazier (2.5km) and horseback riding. If not, you can visit the castle, caves, small village
typical in the style of Périgord without counting the farmer's market where you can walk around by purchasing regional products that are tastier than the others. and we are at your disposal to guide you in your choices and especially so that your stay be as pleasant as possible.
Double glazed stone cottage keeps the freshness in full heat
Sheet rental is 8 euros per bed per week. Towels are 5 euros per person per week (one large towel and one small one, and a set of toiletries). Cleaning is 75 euros (to be adjusted with the owner).

A piece of heaven

This being our first visit to the Dordogne we did not know what to expect and we were not disappointed! A short drive from Monpazier the property did not disappoint. The gite is well equipped with two comfortable bedrooms. The private swimming pool an added bonus. All were immaculately clean. Anything you read about this picturesque area does not prepare you for its history and wonderful countryside -absolutely beautiful. The property itself is set away from the town and offers total peace and relaxation. Perfect for couples and families with young children. Thank you so much Marie-Jose & Jerome for sharing your perfect piece of France with us. You made us feel so welcome and made us feel like family. x

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille au gîte du tilleul.Le gîte était parfaitement équipé et celui ci était idéalement situé pour visiter la région.Malgré la canicule le logement restait bien frais et la piscine était très agréable.Marie-Josée est une hôtesse charmante et discrète mais toujours disponible.Nous recommandons à 100%

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marie Josée. Hôtesse très agréable, vraiment très sympathique. La maison ne manque de rien, reste bien fraîche quand il fait chaud dehors. Seul petit bémol piscine non chauffée (aux alentours de 24 degrés) mais cela ne nous a quand même pas empêché d’aller nous baigner. Je recommande Encore merci à vous Marie Josée À bientôt

Super sejour

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour. Marie José a été très accueillante et nous a conseillé de superbes visites. Le logement est tel que nous l'avions vu sur l'annonce. Tout a été parfait avec un gros bonus pour la fraicheur sous le magnifique tilleule.

Séjour agréable avec une belle piscine. Le logement est au calme et fonctionnel. Seul petit bémol,il faut souvent prendre sa voiture car le logement est un peu isolé.

Vacances au vert

Très belle maison joliment décorée en pleine campagne au calme et à proximité d'un beau village où il est agréable de se balader , faire ses courses et prendre un verre à la terrasse du café sur la grande place .La maison est très bien équipée, les chambres sont grandes et la douche à l'italienne aussi ! De plus nous avons le privilège de profiter de la piscine qui n'est réservée qu'aux locataires de la maison.Il etait agréable de manger sur la terrasse prés d'un magnifique tilleul avec une vue sur le champs et les bois ,où on apercevait des chevreuils.Les proprietaires nous ont reçu avec un panier de fraises 🍓, du paté fait maison sans oublier la bouteille de vin! Ils sont discrets et très sympathiques et nous les remercions pour ces vacances où le cadre ne peut que nous détendre...Pour ceux qui sont à la recherche de tranquillité, c'est l'endroit idéal...

Heel fijn verblijf!

Wij verbleven hier 2 weken met 2 kinderen (13 en 15 jaar oud). Huisje was zeer schoon en volledig uitgerust (met name de keuken en goede wifi). Prive zwembad was ook heerlijk en netjes (meerdere keren per week schoongemaakt). Verhuurders respecteren je privacy. Vanaf ons terras 3x reeen gezien. Omgeving is prachtig en er is veel te zien en te doen. Kortom, een aanrader!

Tranquil and Modern

Notre séjour dans ce magnifique gîte était merveilleux. Le gîte était propre et avait tout ce que vous vouliez. Moderne et dans un cadre tranquille, nous avons pu explorer la région très facilement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et les hôtes étaient charmants et serviables. Je recommande cet endroit formidable à tout le monde. Our stay in the this beautiful gite was wonderful. The gite was clean and had everything you should want in it. Modern and in a tranquil setting we were able to explore the area very easily. We enjoyed our stay very much and the hosts was charming and helpful. I recommend this terrific place to everyone.

Un séjour pour le réveillon de Noël n famille très agréable. Des hôtes adorables. Nous avons été gâtés avec un panier garni et l'hôte a eu la gentillesse de nous mettre un magnifique sapin naturel pour nos enfants. Le lieu est reposant et la maison a beaucoup de charme. A refaire sans hésitation.
