Property just as listed. Location was perfect, easy transport links and everything else walkable. Plenty of restaurants/supermarkets within 5 minute walk! Pierre made sure we had everything we needed as a home away from home!

An excellent and relaxing week away

Pierre was so helpful and kind, he checked in a few times over the week and was always attentive and ready to help. The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend to all.

Great location in heart of Old Nice

We spent 8 nights here and had a great time. The location was excellent in Old Nice with everything in walking distance. Pierre was a great host, communicating well with us throughout the trip. Apartment itself was excellent, tidy & had everything we needed. We would stay here again and would recommend to others !

Thie apartment was terrific the location was perfect.

The locality was amazing for shopping, restaurants, transport and walking you could not ask for more. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable the balcony was brilliant for watching the world go by. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing apartment in great location

We loved our stay at Pierre’s apartment! The location and amenities were great, and Pierre was super helpful, even giving us a call to walk us through the stove as we had trouble using the European appliance. Highly recommend staying here if visiting Nice and will definitely stay here in the future.

Cosy and comfortable apartment near the port

Pierre was an amazing host, hands-on, and very helpful! Cute part of town near the port, and yet only a 5 minute walk to the Port and 15 minute walk to old Nice.

Spacious, clean and perfect location

Pierre was an excellent host and met us although we arrived late in the evening. He was very helpful and kind. The apartment was airy, bright and comfortable. The neighborhood is perfectly located near shops, restaurants and the port. We hope to return!

Wonderful Stay in a Charming Apartment!

We spent six days in Nice at Pierre’s apartment and felt very comfortable. The location of the apartment is wonderful! It is exactly as described and has a special charm with its small balcony high above the stur Bonaparte. Pierre is a wonderful and very attentive host, and we were delighted that our dogs were just as welcome as we were. We would love to come back!

Rugby World Cup stay

We stayed in Nice for the rugby World Cup. Location of apartment to the Port was amazing and so easy to catch trams to the stadium from there. Loads of bars and restaurants around there as well. If you are going there and want a fancy meal out we ate at Le Plongeoir look it up it was amazing

Pierre’s apartment has all of the amenities you need and is perfectly situated close to the port. Walking to old town takes all of 15 minutes. Pierre is a communicative, friendly, and informative host. He helped us get settled in and checked in on us the next day. Thank you Pierre!

Great Apartment and Hosts.

Hosts were great and very responsive. The location is perfect, everything is at your doorstep. We stayed for four weeks in the apartment and loved every minute of it. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. It has a lovely balcony to sit and observe or have your meals/evening drinks. We will be back again.

Great hosts. Everything you needed catered for. Great space, especially liked the kitchen with lots of worktop for all the bits that you have that just need somewhere to be! Comfy bed too. And the all day sunny balcony was just lovely.

Good location for all transport links, restaurants/bars/groceries all close to hand. Stayed in many self catering properties in Nice, this had the best ‘household supplies’ already there (teabags, oil, soaps & shower gel, loo roll etc)

Excellent apartment and location

Street has multiple independent Butchers, fishmonger, grocers, cheese monger and Boulangerie. All excellent. Multiple bars within few mins walk. Balcony great to people watch. Comfy bed and sofa bed. Train station Nice riquier within 5-10 mins and multiple bus leave within 5mins. Host really helpful and flexible with check in/out.

Great flat!

My wife and I stayed for a week in Pierre's flat. We know Nice really well so the location, just up from the port and 5 minutes from the direct tram to the airport is brilliant. A real up and coming area. Martin met us and showed us around, a really good guy. Lovely bright south facing flat with everything supplied, very clean and a small balcony fitting 2 snugly! Would book again in a flash!

Lovely stay in Nice

We had a lovely time staying at Pierre's apartment in Nice. The location was excellent for getting around with the tram and train stations all within an easy 10 minutes walk. There are plenty of restaurant in easy walking distance of the apartment to enjoy an evening meal. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching people go about their business down in the street! Would recommend this as a good place to stay to explore Nice and the surrounding area. Thank you.

Excellent property and fantastic host

The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean, tidy and well-equipped. It more fully met our expectations. The location was perfect in a very interesting and traditional area, handy for local travel around Nice and beyond. The host Pierre was very helpful, informative and engaging. He made sure that all our needs were attended to and was always fully contactable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the near future. Merci beaucoup à Pierre.

nice flat at a great location

We stayed for almost 2 weeks and made heavy use of all those retailers close by. I am sure you can find everything you are looking for. Pierre made a fantastic check-in and took care of everything right away. We used the kitchen very often but it is well stocked so don't hesitate to make your own food. We definitely can recommend this flat.

-As a frequent traveler, I believe I am able to anticipate on what my guest might need and expect for a comfortable stay at a rental like mine.
-My rental is thought to be not just nice looking and welcoming, but also functional and as well equipped as possible. The deco is also meant to not be invading, happy but neutral enough for everyone to feel at home while on vacation.
- I feel grateful to be often in a city like Nice and it stunning coastline and mountains.
I am happy to help visitors have a base to enjoy it all while on the French Riviera.

- I am absolutely obsessed with making ure everything is clean in the apartment. This is a crucial point for me and the staff I hire to clean the flat between each rental.
