About this property

Villa with pool in Denia La Giralda BO

Just 500 metres from the beach, this lovely villa with a private 8x4m swimming pool with Roman steps, lawn area and covered parking is located. It has 500m2 of fully fenced land.

The house has a covered terrace next to the pool with direct access to the interior of the dwelling. Once inside, we find the spacious living-dining room with satellite TV. Next to the living room is the kitchen with an American bar, fully equipped with a vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

Continuing down the corridor is the first double bedroom with mosquito nets. Just opposite, a large bathroom with a bathtub.

To reach the second bedroom, you must go up to the upper floor, where we find a double bed with mosquito nets and access to a small terrace with views of the garden and pool. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with a shower.



The beach is 500m away, bars/restaurants and supermarkets 500m, to the centre of Denia 4km

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

The holidays was perfect

The villa is very cosy, comfortable and absolutely fully equipped. It has very convenient location. It´s situated in silent private zone, not far from the sea and bus station. Villa was very clean and has a well-groomed territory. Our family felt like at home. The one very tiny drawback is a lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom.

all what you need

All was perfect accept two things wich could be improved. I think that the mattress in the bedroom on the first floor is already old and should be replaced. Also it will be more comfortable with a shower curtain in the bathroom on the first floor.

Bon séjour à Denia

Le séjour s est très bien passé. L endroit est calme, proche des commerces et de la plage. La maison est identique au descriptif. La piscine est agréable. Sauf petit bémol pour la chambre du haut qui ne bénéficie pas de climatisation. La ville et son chateau sont à visiter et les soirees animées au port.

Ein erholsamer, ruhiger Urlaub, wie gewünscht

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr gepflegten, gewachsenen gepflegen Wohngegend. Die Lage ist ein wenig außerhalb von Denia mit seiner Geschäftigkeit und dennoch sehr zentral durch am Ort liegende Supermärkte und der Urbanisation Las Brisas. Mehrere gute Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Diese laden zu einem Abendspaziergang nach dem Essen ein. Die Mitarbeitenden im Verwaltungsbüro von carlosferien sind immer ansprechbar während der Öffnungszeiten. Freundlich im Umgang und sehr hilfsbereit. Störungen im Mietobjekt werden sofort behoben. Die Entfernung vom Haus zum Meer waren keine 500 m sondern 700 Meter.

Wie immer, alles war gut vorbereitet und wir konnten den Schlüssel früher übernehmen. Welch eine Überraschung: Die Küche ist mit neuen, modernen Geräten ausgestatet. Dieses war unser 4. Aufenthalt, bestimmt nicht der Letzte. Alles O.K.

Gute Unterkunft mit schönem Aussensitzplatz und Swimmingpool. Küche gut ausgestattet, praktisch alles vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine haben wir erst entkalken müssen, Mikrowelle gut Warmwasserspeicher veraltet, Sicherung fliegt beim Aufheizen immer wieder raus

Die Lage des Hauses ist natürlich perfekt für einen Sommerurlaub, aber auch im Herbst kommt man dort sehr gut unter. Die Ausstattung ist gut, man ist sofort angekommen und der Urlaub kann beginnen. Wir kamen außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten von Carlosferien in Denia an, alles hat perfekt geklappt und war sehr gut organisiert. Machen Sie weiter so und informieren Sie Ihre Kunden so, wie sie es bisher gemacht haben. Mir hat besonders die unkomplizierte Schlüsselabholung mit dem Tresor gefallen. Nächsten Tag kommt man ungezwungen ins Büro und erledigt die Formalitäten. Aus meiner Sicht perfekt.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus hat einen hohen Standart und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Ein Tablett für das Raustragen des Essens wäre gut. Für den Geschirrspüler könnten ausreichend Tabs zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

La atención de la agencia fue maravillosa. Muy simpáticos, correctos, amables y siempre a nuestra disposición. Estuvieron dos veces limpiando la piscina en la semana que estuvimos. La villa preciosa, con su jardín con grandes palmeras, su piscina, cómodas hamacas y su mesa de porche. La habitación del piso superior con sus dos ventanas además de su gran terraza nos encantó. La cocina, donde había de todo tipo de utensilios necesarios para cocinar, estupenda. El gran baño en el primer piso con los dos lavabos que eran muy útiles. Gran televisión, y el aire acondicionado en la parte de abajo y Wi-Fi. La situación de la casa es magnifica. Un remanso de paz donde vimos como venían a visitarnos los pájaros y se oía el silencio... Muy cerca de la playa y de una zona de bares y tiendas. A 1.5 km de un gran supermercado y muy cerca de un magnifico restaurante italiano. No se puede pedir más, disfrutamos muchísimo nosotros dos y nuestro gran perro. Sólo una pega: teníamos que haber ido una semana más. Estoy segura de que repetiremos. Para mí la casa es ideal, no cambiaría nada.
