un soggiorno fantasticoooooooooooooooo

Quel merveilleux séjour !!! rien ne manquait : un appartement parfait, propre, avec toutes commodités et une vue féérique, magique...180° de mer, de golfes, la plénitude - l'appartement est situé en plein centre de balestrate accès privilégié près des restaurants et toute zone d'acrivité principale et surtout nombreuses possibiltés pour garer sa voiture - En fait tout est conforme à la description voire mieux encore - je conseille vraiment cet endroit, aucune déception, des vacances parfaites - A tout cela je rajouterai une étoile voire plus pour la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires. En tout cas, en ce qui me concerne, je prend rendez vous pour mes prochaines vacances, - Bravo et merci pour votre accueil particulièrement chaleureux, à bientot

Appartement idéal

L'appartement est comme sur les photos du site : clair , propre, bien équipe , bien entretenu . Une vue sur mer imprenable avec une terrasse très confortable pour y prendre les petits déjeuners et les repas du soir . Le véhicule peut être garé à 2 mètres de la porte de la résidence . Commerces et supermarché à quelques dizaines de mètres . Passage du Bus pour aller visiter Palerme . La ville de Balestrate est également très propre ce qui n'est pas le cas partout en Sicile . Nous avons bien apprécié la tranquillité de cette endroit et sa vue sur mer . Super séjour .

uno dei più belli appartamenti a Balestrate, con attrezzatura completa compreso internet e TV a schermo piatto. Vista mare dal balcone, direttamente, o terrazzato.

Traumhaft schön

Wir haben in diesem Jahr schon zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht und waren wieder sehr begeistert. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich, gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend, mittlerweile haben wir fast schon ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wunderbar gemütlich, alles ist in einem erstklassigen Zustand. Der Ausblick vom Balkon und von der Dachterrasse ist ein Traum und kann mit Worten kaum beschrieben werden. Fotos und Beschreibung der Wohnung stimmen zu 100 Prozent. Wir werden natürlich auch ein drittes Mal wiederkommen, denn für uns wird es keine andere Ferienwohnung mehr geben. Cari saluti a Yudy e Nino, grazie di tutto, ci vediamo :-)

Stunning seaviews

After having booked a flight to Palermo we had to find an affordable place to stay for our 12 spring days in Sicily. Browsing along Palermo coastline southwards, we struck across with the apartment on the seafront in Balestrate.The detailed listing description was so accurate and persuasive, that we picked it up and did not regret a single minute our choice when arriving at the apartment with really stunning seaviews. We were met at Falcone airport by charming Yudy and Leslie. We were shared with warm, friendly atmosphere and hospitality and introduced to wonderful Sicilian friends Catarina and Ignazio from Terra Nostra Frutta e Vini. We had really wonderful time and recommend to chose the apartment for lovely holiday stay. Andy & friends

The apartment is very nice, it looks exactly like in the pictures. The view is spectacular! The central location of the apartment is ideal. Balestrate is great, it is a small pleasant town with beautiful beaches, ideal for families.

"Absolut schöne, saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, traumhafte Aussicht wie in der Beschreibung. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wohnung kann vom Bahnhof (400m) erreicht werden, Zug fährt von Palermo Flughafen direkt dorthin. Vermieter bieten auch Fahrdienst gegen Entgelt an. Direkter Zugang zu kleinem Kiesstrand, leider dreckig, aber zwei saubere Sandstrände direkt in der Nähe. Zug unterhalb der Wohnung stört wenig, da nur selten Züge fahren. Balestrate ist kein Ferienghetto, sondern eine gewachsenes Städtchen mit freundlichen Bewohnern. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Appartement agréable, calme, propre et bien équipé bénéficiant d''une vue exceptionnelle(3 balcons et une grande terrasse) sur le golfe de Castellamare.Petite réserve: la chambre avec lits superposés est très petite. La station de Balestrate est agréable et bénéficie d''une belle plage de sable. La localisation est idéale pour visiter l''Ouest de la Sicile : Palerme, Monréale, Ségeste, Erice... Le centre de Balestrate est très proche ce qui permet de faire ses courses très facilement; Il n''y a aucune difficulté pour stationner la voiture juste au pied de l''immeuble. "

"L'appartement est vraiment exceptionnellement situé avec 3 côtés vue sur mer, 2 balcons et une immense terrasse au dessus de l'appartement. Propreté impeccable, tous les équipements très bien entretenus, très confortable, vue exceptionnelle. La situation géographique à Balestrate permet d'avoir accès à de très belles plages et à des sites historiques de grand intêret: Palerme, Segeste etc... Il faut ajouter quelques mots aussi au sujet des propriétaires, charmants et disponibles."

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt...

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Via Marconi sehr genossen. Die Wohung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestatted und der Blick ueber das Meer ist fantastisch. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war auch ganz hervorragend besonders der Abholservice vom Flughafen! Balestrate ist ein sehr schoener kleiner Ort und die Zugverbindungen nach Trapani und Palermo sind auch nicht so schlecht auch wenn nicht sehr haeufig. Es ist aber auch kein Problem im Ort ein Auto zu mieten, wenn noetig."
