About the property

2 bedrooms 3 bathrooms with a pool and views of the ocean

Newly constructed home features a pool and sliding glass doors to off the kitchen to the pool. Very private if you require this. Features a detached guest cottage out back which is also available. The home sleeps six and is gated for absolute solitude but close to all activities. The home is less than one year old. The access is gated and is the last home on the street so if privacy is important this is the place. You can see whales breaching from the deck and watch the sunsets daily. Also follow the trail to a 15 minute walk to the beaches to watch the surfers.

Why Patricia Porsnuk chose San Francisco

I Travelled all of Mexico and San Pancho is my favorite place, it is clean, safe and what Mexico is really all about. The tourists are just starting to find this hidden jewel and therefore it is not crowded. The beaches are amazing and the restaurants fantastic.

Welcoming and Relaxing

  • 5 of 5

Lovely property and a perfect little getaway for our family of 4. The home is very clean, well appointed and well stocked with everything you need. A sweet welcoming gift of beer on ice and wine awaited us upon our arrival. Beach towels, pool towels, beach mats, umbrellas, and boogie boards were graciously supplied for our use. Lots of little touches made this stay feel special.

Great location, private yet a short drive or walk to town. We loved hanging out at the pool on the warm afternoons. Relaxing and comfortable! Nice vibe!

Villa Guadalupe

This is a beautiful house. For one couple it allows for single level living. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The master bedroom bed is comfortable. The terrace is wonderful for coffee in the morning and to look over the town of San Pancho. The pool is terrific with jungle/sunset/ocean views. Walkable to town for those in good condition. Individuals with physical challenges would find a car to be of benefit. Patricia is the consummate host. Lalo, the caretaker is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Gracias Patricia y Lalo. We look forward to seeing you in the future!

Luxury and serenity

  • 5 of 5

A wonderfully appointed home, very private, with stunning views. The 2 bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house so this adds to the privacy. We rented a Jeep which made handling the assent to the house very easy. Not sure if a golf cart would do it. Another reviewer complained about hearing roosters... yeah there are birds, and dogs, and people in the town. That is part of the charm of staying in a community not at a resort. I personally loved hearing the charming music being played waft up in the early evening. The pool is lovely, if colder then pools in the US. This has been my finding at every pool in San Pancho. Very refreshing between 12-4 when the sun is the strongest. We just floated for hours. Will return next year!

quiet and beautiful

  • 4 of 5

We stayed here with our two year old while visiting friends in San Pancho. Patricia met us upon arriving and was warm and kind. There was a pack and play for us and a beautiful clean house. The second bedroom is very secluded from the first so it might have been better if our kid was a little older, and needed their own space. The house is situated on top of a hill, overlooking all of San Pancho. If you like feeling the burn you can easily walk into town and then hike back up. The pool was a little on the cold side, but it's such a lovely view you seriously can't really care that much. The rooms have black out curtains for sleeping in and then open up, allowing for all of the beautiful natural light to come in. A lovely home.

Amazing - will be back

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I had a 4-day getaway to Casa Guadalupe and we had an amazing time. Patricia and Lalu were both super helpful. With that said, everything was perfect with no problems, so we didn't need them too much. :) We saw them each day walking through town, which was very personal as well.

The views from the home were stunning and all the valley sounds were so authentic and enjoyable. Very comfortable bed and amenities as well.

Again, just perfect all the way around. We returned on a Monday and booked a return San Pancho summer trip later that week. We need a bigger house for the broader family, but we will 100% be returning to this home for another getaway.
