Just one block from a pristine and uncrowded beach, this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom contemporary casita is appointed with such detail, that it will delight your imagination and soothe your soul.

In a private setting within the esteemed Costa Azul neighborhood, this fabulous space delivers an abundance of natural light and cross ventilation that captures streams of fresh air from the Pacific Ocean.

Casa Arena, features a beautiful semi covered swimming pool, ample upstairs terrace for relaxing outdoors in the sun, peaking at the ocean and beach, private garage, TVs in each bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen as well as laundry facilities. There are mosquito screen protectors throughout the property.

Casa Arena is a two bedroom home that can be rented for discounted rate as one bedroom home for a maximum of two adults.
When renting only one bedroom, upon check-in you get to pick which room out of two available you prefer. The unoccupied bedroom will remain locked.

You can walk to the beach, visit the nearby Tierra Tropical Beach Club or take a leisurely 20-minute walk to town. San Pancho offers great restaurants and shopping galore. Feel like staying in? Make a meal, or have a private chef prepare delicious food, enjoy an in-home massage, or simply be with your loved in this special space design to a detail with you in mind.

The house was perfect for our stay in San Pancho. It is beautiful, modern and clean. We loved the pool, and it had everything we needed to make meals. Although we had a car, it was a nice walk down the beach (which was just across the street) to downtown. The property manager, Barbara was very helpful with check in and showing us the property and Felipe, the owner was very kind with helpful tips on fun things to do about town. We would definitly stay here again!

Lovely & Relaxing

We enjoyed an all too quick four days exploring the beach and town. Both were lovely and coming back to Casa Arena was a perfect retreat. Mornings and evenings spent on the rooftop deck.

Couldn’t ask for more

When I first found this place and it looked great, well it’s much nicer in person! The living room kitchen area is a great size. We cooked and made lots of drinks. Has everything you need. From the living room you can go out to the pool/patio or go to roof deck. The roof is amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice. We ate up there a few times and it was perfect. The bedroom is nice, the AC will keep you extra cool if you want it to. It can be made extra private as well which is a plus. The privacy on the property is fabulous. The beach is a 1 minute walk, the beach club is also a 1 min walk, and there is a Mezcal bar across the street, so you can keep yourself entertained even though it’s a 5 min golf cart ride into town. A golf cart is probably ideal but you can walk into town. I’d say walking the beach would be most efficient if you did. The best aspect of the place though is the owners of the property as they were super welcoming, informative, proud of the property and more than attentive if you need anything. Impossible to be better hosts! All in all id give place 6/5 if I could.

When can we come back?!

This property is stunning and has a very new & clean feel. The location was great - about a 15 min walk or 5 min drive to town, which we liked because it is very quiet. It is so close to your own section of the beach that was not crowded at all, so it feels almost private. We met the owners a few times while they were walking their dog and they were really caring & kind. The property manager, Barbara, was also very helpful and good at communicating with us about when the cleaners would come. Love the heated pool! Great wifi. The power did go out in the neighborhood one day, and since I had to work, we ventured into town to a great cafe: Cafe Paraiso, which we highly recommend. Also highly recommend Ikan Cocina Marina if you're looking for a nice dinner out. We also enjoyed cooking in - all the cookware is nice and new! One quirk about this place is it is listed as 1 bedroom but there are two bedrooms. Upon check in, you choose which bedroom you want and the other one gets locked up. I suppose there is a way to rent both, but perhaps the price goes up? We had noticed the two bedrooms in the picture but it was indeed listed as 1 which we thought was an error. We didn't need both the bedrooms, but were just surprised by that little quirk. We loved our stay and hope we can come back sometime soon!

A little town with friendly local people, polo players, North American expats and Europeans, that just want to be private, relaxed, and enjoy life as it should be.
