Great house. Clean, conveniently-located, well-outfitted, and tons of space!

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed the house very much. The space was very well-suited to any family or group, with plenty of eating, sleeping, and relaxing room. The management was responsive and eager to please. Email questions were answered immediately.

The co-op next door was noisy and had some strong, fishy smells at times, but it was also fun watching the action, and the view of the water and PC Harbor was great.

The house had a nice lawn and grill and was so close to town you could walk to the general store or to get an ice cream in minutes. The beach and lighthouse were both a short, easy bike ride away. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a terrific house.

14 Raspberry Lane

  • 5 of 5

Exceptional! Clean and adequately supplied. Family were delighted with the facilities. Customer service very good. I'd suggest a second shower when cottage full; we only ended up with 5, so managed without problems. Will recommend to all headed to Maine for vacation. The info notebook very useful, especially for visitors not familiar with the area.

Excellent cottage!!

  • 5 of 5

Beautifully furnished, excellent views of the harbor, clean and comfortable. My mother rented this one and the one next to it, 16 Raspberry Lane, and we enjoyed family dinners on the spacious deck that is in between the 2 units. Kitchen is fully furnished with new appliances, all of the plates/silverware/utensils you could ever imagine, and plenty of seating. The TV room is quiet and has a HUGE TV with lots of channels. Easy walk to the General Store. We had 5 people but this unit can easily sleep 6 in 3 separate sleeping areas, but probably a total of 10 or 12 if you count the hide-a-bed in the TV room. Pretty reasonable price too!!
