Awesome Center Village Location
Our spacious 2 bedroom, 3 full bath Mountain Plaza condo is located next to the Eagle Lift in the heart of Center Village. It is just steps to numerous restaurants and shops in the village. Starbucks, Child care and Endo’s restaurant are located on the 1st floor of the building. Grab a coffe before your ski run or mountain biking on the mountain. Condo complex has 2 hot tubs for your enjoyment. The indoor hot tub has the capacity for 6 and the outdoor hot tub has the capacity for 14.
This ~1230 sq. ft. condo comfortably sleeps 8 people. Each of the two large bedrooms have 2 queen beds and an ensuite full bath. Additionally, each bedroom comes with flat screen TV, dresser, desk and mini fridge. The center room with kitchen/dining/living area is one of the larger floor plans in the complex with over sized windows that overlook the mountains, West Lake and the village. The third full bathroom is just off the kitchen in the center room. The living room sofa folds out to a queen sized plus bed. The sleeper sofa has a upgraded premium mattress. You won't realize you are sleeping on a sleeper sofa. There’s a large flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace. Firewood is provided in the complex for your use.
The updated kitchen with granite counter tops is well appointed with upgraded stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, glass top stove/oven, fridge with ice dispenser, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster oven. Kitchen is well equipped utensils, pots and pans if you chose to cook.
There are 3 ski lockers to store your ski gear on the 3rd floor of Mountain Plaza as you exit the elevator. Convenient for storing your ski gear.
Primary parking is heated underground parking within the building. Secondary parking spot is located in a covered parking garage across the street that is within 2-3 minutes walking distance of Mountain Plaza complex.
The free Summit Shuttle which goes to Frisco, Breckenridge and Dillon stops next to the building as does the Copper shuttle.
Condo is non-smoking (no tobacco and no marijuana). Pets are not allowed.
Cable TV in each room.
Condo will be ready when you arrive including towels and linen (beds made).
As with last year I'll likely have access to discount ski tickets with no restrictions. Price will be around $60/ticket. I'll know more in the October / early November time frame.
We have remodeled the first floor of Mountain Plaza. New lockers, carpet and lighting. This is part of a multi year upgrade plan for the building. You'll notice the entrance area by Starbucks is included in the remodel.

About Richard & Marylou
We enjoy the Colorado Mountains year round which is why the Summit County area is a great place. There's lots to do in Summit County in the summer and winter. We come up in the summer to mountain bike, hike, fish, enjoy concerts and of course enjoy the good food. In the winter we ski. With our 3 boys we've been skiing 20+ years and have skied all the resorts in Colorado. With family and friends we’ve always found ourselves coming back to Copper Mountain because of easy access, its wide range of ski terrain and mountain layout that accommodates beginner to advanced skiers. The natural mountain geography gradually increases in difficulty from west to east. West Village is best for beginner skiers, Center Village accommodates both intermediate and beginner skiers and East Village is where you’ll challenge yourself. Open terrain skiing can be found in the back bowls. The mountain is also good for boarders as there are no runs with flat areas that boarders really don’t like. You are also 20-30 minutes from Vail, Breckenridge and Keystone – so you have easy access to their skiing, shopping and restaurants.

Great condo in a perfect location
This unit was a perfect ski in ski out location! It was spacious and the kitchen had everything you could need. Starbucks and Ten Mile Tavern are downstairs and connected so you didn't even need a jacket to grab coffee or dinner. Steps from the Eagle lift. Lots of card and board games for the kids too. Would stay again!
The property was great! The location is perfect and the condo was very spacious!!!
We loved it, the kitchen is good size with new appliances... all 3 bathrooms were in descent condition. All the rooms were good size, we had 2 families of 4 staying there and there was plenty of room.
It was nice, everything was there that we needed! Beds could stand to be updated, but not terrible.

Whats not to love. Easy check in, covered parking in building, great location steps away from lifts, clean and comfortable space, lockers for ski gear. This place has it all. Thanks again!
