no parque natural de Gargano, uma vista deslumbrante sobre o mar, rodeado por um parque de um hectare e meio constituído por árvores centenárias, oliveiras, laranjeiras e limoeiros, no piso térreo de uma casa de Art Nouveau no campo, mas não isolado, há outras villas nas proximidades, a propriedade é totalmente vedado, a casa é uma construção do início do século XX, com mobiliário original, todos os quartos estão equipados com ar condicionado central e uma casa de banho privada. Um refrigerador ao ar livre, perto do Grill, onde os pratos são também necessários para comer sob a pérgula. outra pequena figrorifero em vestir a cabine da piscina para obter bebidas frescas ao sol. Einfach wunderbar!

Die Villa ist ein Traum. 3 Schlafzimmer (2 mit Doppelbett, 1 mit zwei Einzelbetten), alle mit eigenem Badezimmer. Sogar eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Eine kleine Küche mit großem Gasgrill und allem was nötig ist. Ein Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit internationalem Fernsehprogram (Netflix, Amazon, usw.), eine große, überdachte Terrasse mit kleinem Gasgrill. Geschirr im Haus und auf der Terrasse. Ein riesiger, von außen uneinsehbarer Garten mit Pinienwald und ein schöner, großer Pool mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Herz, was willst Du mehr :) Der Pool wird übrigens jeden Morgen um 7 Uhr von Franco gereinigt und ist somit immer super sauber. Eine Außendusche (sogar mit heißem Wasser) ist ebenfalls dabei. Die Gastgeberin Cintia ist übrigens ganz zauberhaft! Sie hat uns neben einigen Hinweisen zur Nutzung des Hauses (wo ist was usw.) auch noch einige wunderbare Ausflugs- und Restaurant Tipps gegeben. Alle ein Volltreffer. Das gesamte Erdgeschoss und der große Garten inkl. Pool stehen ausschließlich den Gästen zur Verfügung. Im Obergeschoss lebt ein Teil der Familie, von denen man aber nichts sieht und nichts hört. Man kann also den Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe genießen. Die Villa liegt circa 50m über dem Meeresspiegel, jedoch nur rund 100 m vom Meer entfernt. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 5 Minuten, mit dem Auto entsprechend weniger. Alles in allem: Ein Traum! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :)

Formidable!

Très belle propriété, avec maison de caractère, magnifique jardin avec une très grande piscine et une vue directe sur la mer. Rien à dire au niveau de l'accueil et des prestations au dessus de nos attentes... Enfin, de formidables propriétaires d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité rares... Un lieu magique qui respire la sérénité... que Le Corbusier classerait dans la catégorie des "espaces indicibles"... Bref, un séjour en famille for-mi-dable!

Very relaxing stay in a beautiful location

Cintia made sure that all our needs were covered even before arriving. Everything from dinner on the terrace upon our arrival, breakfast for the next day, shampoo, toothpaste, shaving cream, etc was provided for us. The house is a period villa nestled among the olive and citrus trees with an amazing view onto the ocean. The house is relatively old and has its own charm. If you want a very relaxing, authentic Italian holiday with first class service in a beautiful location, then Cintia's villa is the one. Thank you Cintia and Assunte for looking after us so well.

Puglia paradise

This villa and its surroundings are beyond imagination and even more beautiful then all the pictures on the site . The host Cintia is welcoming you as a familymember in her monumental villa owned by her family since 1920. The interior is composed in good tast through centuries with the echo of a rich and distinguished familyhistory ; the antique furniture , the wallpaper and art display unique stories of a past still present .The attention of Cintia is personal , super friendly and very affective . As if she is somewhere silently around instead of in Rome, she takes care of extra pillows and other things when she hears that there are extra guests coming to visit , all without us asking . The large pool with a view on the turkoois blue sea is surrounded by deckchairs and a hammock , to read or dream away with the smell of roses all planted by the owner Cintia herself . The caretaker Fabio is there in a few minutes if you need any help with the BBQ or anything else : speedy Gonzales !! the house is very well organized and very clean . The antique beds are covered with embroidere9d sheets , and the rooms are all airconditioned .In the neighborhood there are many interesting things to see and to do : the monumental village Pichici ( great Michelin restaurant best view ever !) national forest , Promontorio del Gargano , the church for Padre Pio built by Renzo Piano and many other historic and cultural hotspots. This place inspired us to think, to relax, to dream, to paint, to cook and to eat far to much !!! With a heavy heart but lots of new energy we leave this paradise ! For everybody who wants to book Villa Giuseppina , please do take good care of this beautiful GEM ! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏Cintia & Donato

Wonderful villa and location

We had a wonderful week in the villa, and really enjoyed the gardens, terrace and pool. It has a great sea view, but is at the end of a quiet road just a short walk from the shops and restaurants. Cintia, the owner, is really friendly and helpful.

Vacation in paradise

We stayed for 14 days in this wonderful house. The beautifully arranged rooms are filled with memories and stories from lovely summers on the Italian Adria. Even before the stay the communication with the house owner was so welcoming, warm and easy. As we arrived we were welcomed by Assunta & Franco, who showed us around the house with so much warmth. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a fully, beautifully furnished living room and on top a fully equipped kitchen as I have never experienced before in a vacation spot. We had everything we needed. Let it be shaving cream, shower gel, everything was taken care of. Even the kitchen was provided with the most important stuff for the first days and Assunta welcomed us with a dinner on our first night. The most beautiful part whatsoever was the huge garden, including a spacious terrace and a pool. between orange and lemon trees we had relaxing days at the pool. You don‘t feel like a guest but more as family when staying there. Mille grazie Cintia, Assunta & Franco

A great spot, a great hostess ...a perfect week.

The 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment on the ground floor of the villa was exactly what we needed. We were 5 adults and a 3 year old, gathered from 3 different locations for a family holiday. We wanted a place to relax, reconnect and enjoy creating memories together. We got that. The private pool, which Franco kept in immaculate shape and stunning gardens (both were exclusively for our use) were used everyday. The roses in the garden by the pool were especially stunning. And the lavender plants brought many butterflies to the area by the pool. The land also includes a forest area which was a relaxing place to walk, sit or even swing in the hammock. Especially because the days were quite warm, it was a nice option. Fresh oranges and lemons were picked by us daily, which was an unexpected treat. The outdoor patio was where we centered our activities. It was well shaded, and the breeze carried in. The refrigerator right there meant we didn’t have far to go for our cold drinks. The kitchen, even though small when 4 adults were in there, had everything you could imagine needing. We ate in most evenings and it was easy. A few times we walked to the beach, although the climb up the hill back to the villa is not for everyone. Cintia was the best hostess. She established contact well before our arrival and was always available to us by whatsapp or phone. The one time we needed someone at the house to help, Franco was there in less than 3 minutes. And Assunda made us a welcome dinner and provisioned us for breakfast for our first morning so we could shop at our leisure. The villa is very well placed for doing activities. Rodi Garganico, San Menaio, and Vico are all right there. We had a welcome packet waiting when we arrived with lots of guidance on things to do and where to shop. We took advantage of that help when we set out each day. All in all, we had a great time. Thank you Cintia! We appreciate you.

vialla Giuseppina è accogliente,perfettamente accessoriata è assolutamente godibile.Una meraviglia!

Siamo stati accolti in questa angolo di paradiso da Assunta e Franco,i custodi che senza essere invadenti sono stati sempre presenti e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richiesta. La location è veramente unica:la vista è bellissima , il giardino curato e con un parco di aranci ,limoni e ulivi dove ti viene voglia di passeggiare e fermarti ad ascoltare i rumori della natura (unico rumore che si sente) mentre assisti allo spettacolo unico del sole che tramonta in mare. Il giardino è interamente recintato,pregio da non trascurare per chi ha con se un cane ,come noi, o dei bambini piccoli. L’interno della casa ha il sapore della casa di famiglia, ben arredata,comoda,curata e pratica. Avevamo a disposizione tutto quello che poteva servirci ed anche molto di più! Cintia è un ospite appassionato che ti trasmette l’amore che ha per questa casa e che fa di tutto affinché tu sia a tuo agio, rilassato ,coccolato e viziato! La piscina ci è stata molto d’aiuto nei giorni di mare mosso e di tempo incerto. Il mare è sotto casa ma volendo si possono andare a scoprire anche spiagge poco più lontane che meritano sicuramente un giro. Insomma non potavamo chiedere di meglio!! Awesome family getaway

Perfect place for a relaxing family vacation! Sweet apartment on the first floor and Cintia made sure that we had everything we could possibly need. Well equipped kitchen, fresh oranges and other basic food needs that made cooking easy. We were especially fortunate with the weather and enjoyed the pool and sea that was perfect for swimming. Such a special place that its hard to describe. Very authentic, old Italian villa that has been updated/maintained well. Days spent by the beautiful pool, beach or hiking in forest. Evenings in the outdoor dining space covered with flowers with view of the sea. Simply perfect!
