About the host
Hosted by Bridget Kallee
We are an Irish/German family with four children who are all adults now.
Why they chose this property
My husband was land bound due to Mistral during a sailing trip and happened upon the village of St. Mandrier which reminded him of one our favourite French town -Honfleurs in Normandy. On a stroll through the area he saw this pretty house overlooking the bay and the love story started……..
What makes this property unique
Our house is one of the oldest and prettiest houses in St Mandrier with an undisturbed view of the largest natural bay in Europe. Yet all facilities like shops, restaurants etc are within walking distance. You practically don’t need a car at all to enjoy your holiday. A highlight is the navette/boat which is like a mini cruise leaving every 40 minutes to visit provence market and restaurants etc in Toulon.
