Villa Les Jasmin

We've just bought this house, a real "coup de coeur" for its location and its breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea.

With its ideal location and absolute peace and quiet, it offers on the second floor a large parental space that can also accommodate a baby in a separate room, a living room with terrace and a large dining room for numerous gatherings, next to a spacious fitted kitchen. The first floor comprises 3-4 bedrooms opening onto the terrace and veranda, sleeping up to 9, and 2 bathrooms.

The house is pleasantly shaded by pine trees and always benefits from a light sea breeze. The grounds surrounding the house offer plenty of places to relax, a large table under an arbour and a barbecue.

The house is close to the village square of Saint-Mandrier, with its shops and harbor, which can be reached by shuttle bus to Toulon in 20 minutes. The beach (supervised in summer) and beautiful walks along the coastal path are just a few minutes away.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans la villa Jasmin. On s'y sent bien, comme chez nous, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire; et les environs sont superbes et accessibles très facilement (plages et centre à pied). Les hôtes sont disponibles et arrangeants, je les remercie pour leur accueil chaleureux.Le seul commentaire d'amélioration que je pourrais ajouter c'est que nous nous attendions à 5 chambres alors qu'il n'y en a que 4 dont une avec cloison très fine à fermer.

Super séjour en perspective !!!

Les vacances comme à la maison !Rien ne manque à la villa Jasmin et tout nous invite à profiter des lieux : des espaces de vie conviviaux, une terrasse surplombant la méditerranée, des coins cosy dans le jardin, des activités mis à disposition (paddles, pétanques, badminton...)La plage à 3 minutes à pieds n'enlève rien au charme de la location.Le charme de St Mandrier opère avec une étonnante tranquillité pour la période estivale ! Et vous pouvez aller faire de la plongée, partir visiter Toulon en prenant le bateau navette ou encore assister à des joutes provençalesMerci à Florence et Stéphane de nous permettre de profiter de tout ça :)

Perfect House for a big family or group with kids

We stayed a week with friends and many kids at this beautiful house and really enjoyed it! The kitchen is very spacious and perfectly equipped for big groups, the property is very big and has plenty to explore for children and different refuges to enjoy either sun or shades depending on the preferences. It is close to the beach, 2 minutes by foot and to the charming village 5 min by foot. The hosts are very helpful and extremely friendly and warm! We will definitely come back! Thank you for everything

Wonderful week!

We (3 families - 5 adults and 6 children) spent an incredibly wonderful week in Florence‘s and Stephane's house. The location of the house is fantastic: sea view and beach within walking distance, extremely quiet, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Florence and Stephane were very helpful in advance with tips (e.g. restaurants) and information. We received a very warm welcome on site. The house is wonderful and incredibly well equipped (kitchen, rooms, outside, etc); we were even able to use two SUPs free of charge. Excursions to Porquerolles, Toulon and other beaches made the week a fantastic overall experience. This week was too short; there would have been much more to discover.

Maison vue magnifique

Belle maison dans un magnifique jardin avec superbe vue sur la mer, très spacieuse et lumineuse. Bien placée pour visiter la région : Toulon, porqerolles, les Embiez.... et faire de belles ballades.
