Great Family Vacation House

Très belle villas avec tout l’équipement nécessaire! Que ce soit pour l’entretiens ou le divertissement il y a tout ce qui faut ! Très belle et immense piscine , lit confortable, très grande maison et un immense terrain ! Le propriétaire et très sympa et disponible. Seul petit bémols mais pas très méchant le bbq est un peu fatigué et un peu loins de la terrasse et sans éclairage , pas pratique pour griller dans les soirée d’été … mais sinon tout était très bien . Et les atouts la piscine et le bar terrasse avec ces guirlande rende l’été très agréable .

Petit havre de paix

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette superbe villa. Le salon et sa vue incroyable, la terrasse en bois pour des repas en famille des plus agréables, un jardin superbe sans vis a vis, une piscine tres grande ! Et le petit plus le jacuzzi 😍 Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. La literie est de qualité La communication avec Jean Paul est très fluide, toujours une reponse rapide aux demandes. La petite attention dans le frigo à notre arrivée était super. Le petit village de Tourette est trop mignon, on peut y accéder à pieds en 20 min (bon ca monte !) Pour les courses 15 min max Si cet endroit vous fait de l’oeil…n’hésitez pas ! Vous ne serez pas déçus Nous y retournerons très certainement !

Grosszügiges Haus für tolle Familienferien

Wir waren vier Erwachsene und sechs Kinder. Das Haus, Terasse, Garten und Poolbereich sind grosszügig, sodass wir alle genug Platz hatten. Auch Geschirr und Besteck hat es genügend, sowie Frotteetücher. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Musikanlage und Pflanzen im Wohnzimmer und Terasse bringen Ferienfeeling. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, für Ausflüge, Restaurant und einkaufen braucht man das Auto. Teilweise bräuchte es ein wenig Wartung was aber bei so einer grossen Immobilie fast normal ist. Insgesamt hatten wir tolle, entspannte Ferien.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Tourrettes-sur-Loup

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus von Jean-Paul. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. Der Salzwasser-Pool war sehr schön und angenehm. Auch die Zimmer und der Außenbereich waren wirklich klasse. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Dadurch, dass das Haus nicht an eine Kanalisation angeschlossen ist muss man mit der Toilettennutzung und dem Umgang mit Toilettenpapier sehr vorsichtig sein.

Perfect for Friends and Family with small children

Fabulous five star stay!!!

A fabulous one week stay that we all wished could have been longer. We were a group of 8 in total, 2 families with kids aged from 7 to 10. A very spacious property both inside and out. We were all in the pool daily. The kids loved the trampoline and running around the large back yard. The adults were also entertained with the ping pong table, darts and relaxing in the spa. We all enjoyed dinner on the deck each night and made great use of the plancha. There were also excellent restaurants, bakeries and ice cream in the village if you wanted. We went on a number of hikes within the area and also hired electric mountain bikes one day. Jean Paul is very friendly to deal and greeted us the first day. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a private hideaway with everything you need.

Highly recommended

Fantastic property in a great location. Excellent choice for families (there were 9 of us) with great options to keep all ages occupied - excellent swimming pool, hot tub, table tennis, games room - lots to do for all ages. Location is also great with local town about a 5 min drive away which has several great restaurants , weekly market, shops etc. Also about 30 minutes of coast - Antibes, Grasse & other popular towns which have great options for tourists. Jean Paul was a fantastic host & checked in on us a couple of times in the week to make sure all was ok (he even lent us his electric bike to ride around town). Couldn't recommend more highly - we'll definitely be going back at some point!

wir haben dieses Haus mit drei Familien gemietet und wir sind begeistert. Es fehlt wirklich nichts es ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattes Domizil und Jean-Paul ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Tourrettes ist über einen alten Römer Pfad zu erreichen

Brilliant week in the sun

We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this region, the neighbouring town of Tourrettes-sur-Loupe, and this fantastic space. The house lives up to the photos with excellent gardens, pool, bbq terrace and many other features all set among the majestic hillside and scenery. Jean-Paul was a great host and attentive to minor issues that arose during our stay (such as a power outage during a storm), and he has added such a variety of leisure objects to this house that we were never bored just hanging around and soaking up the sun, so much so that we probably did not get out to see the sights as much as we would have liked. There is something here for everybody with plenty of kids playthings, like a trampoline and fussball and ping pong tables. I would definitely stay again and recommend this one to all travellers in need of a 5-star home away from home. The only negative I can think of is that the pool is not really designed for small kids with not much of a shallow end, but it does have an alarm, so it is relatively safe regardless.

Fantastic stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is great and offers all that we could wish for. So much so that we had to drag ourselves out to explore the area... fantastic pool area, terrasse, trampoline and such a large garden. Only downside for us was a plancha instead of a traditional bbq and the fact that it was a bit too far to walk to town. However, the rest made up for it and we recommend it highly and would certainly consider returning. The owner was also very nice. Oversll, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you!!

It was a stunning house, with wonderful views, a great pool and lots to do.

There were various irritations:- for cot read travel cot, which was not erected and had no linen or towels. For twin bedded room read bunk beds which for two adults was not suitable, the upper one was right under the ceiling! Clearly there was a language problem. The door to the main corridor stuck, so an awful noise was made, expecially when trying to be quiet in the night. One of our party was very ill so our final cleaning was difficult, but we were made to feel totally indadequate, although the owner did not charge us for this! What are his cleaners for!

Highly Recomended

Just spent 1 week with my family (4 adults and 6 children)at this stunning villa.30 minute drive from Nice airport. Very spacious,clean,well equipped with amazing views. Lots to keep the kids occupied including swimming pool,hot tub,trampoline,table tennis,bikes,swings,games room,books,DVD's,internet. Well located with short drive (less than 1 hour) to Grasse,Nice,Monaco,Cannes,Antibes,Cagnes sur Mer,Vence. Groceries available from local village shop in Tourettes sur Loup with bigger supermarkets in Vence about 10 -15 minute drive away. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in South of France.

Ein Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Wir waren die ersten 2 August Wochen zu Gast bei Jean-Paul in Tourrettes sur Loup. Wir, d.h. 2 Familien mit insgesamt 8 Personen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar in einem Wohngebiet unterhalb von Tourrettes, was man mit einem etwas anspruchvollem Spaziergang in etwa 25 min auf einem alten Römerpfad erreichen kann. Ist man oben angekommen erwarten einen hervorragende Croissants, Baguettes, Café und Pastis. Das Haus selbst bietet viel mehr als wir in unserer über 15-Jährigen Ferienhauserfahrung bisher vorgefunden hatten. Es gab nichts, was wir vermisst hatten. Selbst der kleine Gemüsegarten stand uns zum Ernten zur Verfügung. Hervorzuheben sind insbesondere der hervorragende Salzwasserpool, die vollständige Ausstattung an Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, die Aussenbar, die vielen und guten Kühlschränke, und der Jacuzzi. Auch die sehr netten Vermieter helfen gerne bei der Planung von Ausflügen. Merci Jean-Paul we´ll be back.

Maison de rêve

Nous avons passé deux semaines de rêve en juillet dans cette magnifique propriété. Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires, qui sont charmants et se sont montrés très disponibles pendant tout le séjour. La maison est en tous points conforme à la description et encore plus belle que ce que les photos laissent deviner. La maison est très joliment décorée, extrêmement propre et très confortable ; tout est pimpant, fraichement mis à neuf ou parfaitement entretenu, tout l’équipement est récent, d’excellente qualité et en très bon état. La maison comporte un bel étage et un rez-de-chaussée, chacun avec salon, cuisine et chambres, ce qui peut permettre à 2 familles de vivre très confortablement. Le rez-de-chaussée n’est pas climatisé, mais naturellement beaucoup plus frais que l’étage supérieur, dont les chambres possèdent une climatisation très confortable (pas le salon, ce qui manque peut-être un peu les jours de grosse chaleur). La cuisine est super équipée (frigo américain, lave-vaisselle, grande gazinière, machine nespresso, thermomix , …). Le matériel multimédia peut satisfaire le plus difficile des amateurs (TVs, blu ray, ordinateur, console de jeux, ..). Le jardin est absolument splendide, bien isolé des maisons voisines, et méticuleusement entretenu. Si vous avez de la chance, vous pourrez y cueillir, comme nous, fraises, abricots, herbes aromatiques, … et de belles tomates qui s’annonçaient. La piscine est grande et très bien entretenue, l’eau salée bien plus agréable que de l’eau chlorée. Le jacuzzi est parfait et offre de merveilleux moments de détente sur la superbe terrasse, qui est aussi dotée d’un bar et d’une plancha. De nombreux jeux sont prévus pour les jeunes et les moins jeunes : trampoline, baby foot, ping pong, … Bien évidemment, un autre attrait est la région, qui est magnifique et offre d’innombrables activités culturelles, sportives, ou simplement de superbes ballades. Tourettes-sur-Loup est un charmant village médiéval , situé à ½ heure de marche, et l’on y trouve quelques agréables commerces de proximité. Le plus proche supermarché est à 15 minutes en voiture. La ville de Vence est à 20 minutes, et Nice à 30 minutes. Je recommanderais cette propriété sans aucune restriction, nous y reviendrons d’ailleurs certainement si possible.

Excellent séjour dans un petit coin de paradis

Location de 4 jours pour 9 personnes en mai 2016. Jean Paul a vraiment été un hôte très prévenant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Idéalement situé dans la région : 40 min de Nice, 30 min de Gourdon, à 10 min du village de Tourettes. Possibilité de faire des randonnées à partir de la maison. Une fois sur place vous serez enchantés par cette maison. L'espace à vivre (une mention spéciale pour le canapé), la disposition des chambres, la cuisine (sur)équipée en font une maison idéale pour 9 personnes (suffisamment d'espaces pour que chacun ait son intimité). Le jacuzzi, la salle de jeux, l'accès au jardin, sans oublier la superbe piscine sont des extras qui ont été très appréciés. Dans son ensemble la propriété est très propre. A noter que le chat des propriétaires peut vous tenir compagnie pendant votre séjour et que la piscine n'est chauffée qu'après le we du 20 mai. Sans aucune hésitation nous serions prêt à réserver de nouveau ce petit coin de paradis. A wonderful time in a beautiful home in Provence!

We arrived in mid-June to join our family in this absolutely lovely home just a short drive outside of Nice. Our GPS was helpful in finding the correct address, as it's located outside of any actual township. This remove, however, proved to offer a number of lovely walks around a gorgeous valley. Thunderstorms rolled in over the hills on our first night there, and the view of the clouds cascading down the verdant green slopes towards us were absolutely breathtaking. The region is absolutely heaving with lavender, and the air was thick with gorgeous butterflies and the hum of fat honeybees. The home itself was in perfect condition; it had more than enough space to accommodate the ten of us - ages 3yrs to 60 - and we all slept soundly in the quiet, comfortable rooms. The hottub was perfect for relaxing once the evenings cooled off, and in the heat of the summer afternoons the swimming pool was an absolute oasis. The kitchen provided more than enough space for us to cook our large, communal meals, and the trampoline kept the kids occupied for hours on end. The nearest town, Tourettes-sur-Loup, is an ancient, almost-unchanged gem, and begged many repeat visits as its narrow medieval pedestrian avenues and stunning views of the valley leading all the way to the Mediterranean Sea were just magical. The small vendors there also provided us with all of our basic grocery needs, and the small patisserie in the town square served the most delectable fresh baked goods every morning. There is also a Michelin Star restaurant called Clovis located on one of its windy, cobblestone streets where we dined as a family in kingly fashion. The regional wine is also readily available in almost every store, and is truly exceptional. The slightly-further-along town of Vence also offers many more grocery, shopping, and tourist options and is only another 10-15 minutes down the road. And of course, Nice, Monaco and the Italian border (as well as the perfume capital of Grasse, not to mention endless hidden medieval towns, breathtaking hilly landscapes and seemingly endless bucolic drives) are only a hop, skip and jump away for those feeling like venturing further afield. The owners were very sweet and very helpful, and were always available to field any questions we might have had. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for some peaceful time in this gorgeous part of France.

Superbe location

cette location est superbe : remarquables équipements, location propre, lieu agréable, plusieurs terrasses avec tables - chaises... Nous avons passé un très bon weekend. Après le marathon Nice - Cannes, le jacuzzi est un plaisir pour les muscles endoloris dont nous avons bien profité ! L'accueil de Sandrine est très sympathique. Un excellent séjour dans un bel endroit dans une superbe maison.

Superbe maison

Maison tout comforte ideale pour vacances ou reunion de famille. Les enfants ont adore la piscina, le jacuzzi, le babyfoot, le trampolin, le jeux exterieur, le ping pong, la petit reine de la maison Nala. Tourrettes est une perle peu connue de l'arriere pay nicois. Proprietaire super disponible et tres accuillant.

Nous avons passé une super semaine à 10 amis à Tourrettes, la maison est au calme et très bien équipée, tout y est et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Le seul bémol vient des moustiques qui ont rythmés nos soirées. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !!
